This class has been amazing, full of kindness and has supplies if you didn't come prepared or are inexperienced. I have been attending this for a little over 6 months and the ways I have learned have made me feel more grounded when I have had quite a bit of turmoil. I have learned quite a lot about my strengths and weaknesses on my exercise routines. And when I work out I'm much less concerned that I'm going to be injured as pairing this with my other exercises I have improved my stretching routines, core strength, and body intuition.

Kate is a fantastic Yoga instructor who's both patient and perceptive. And she's very supportive and keen when providing insights or helping find how to do any specific poses. It is such a treat to take the time with her to do Yin (slow flow) techniques on Monday, Yin/Yang (mixture of slow and fast flow) classes on Tuesdays, as well as the Wednesday Yang classes. If you haven't tried yoga or a returning yogi then her tutelage is perfect for getting back into the rhythm of your body and mind.

Enchantment Yoga is one of my favorite places for yoga in Humboldt! Kati’s classes are the perfect balance of effort and ease. Each class also offers time to work on your inversion practice (headstand/handstands) with supportive and constructive queues from Kati. My inversion practice has progressed significantly since taking classes at Enchantment! The studio is beautiful with a fireplace and lots of green plants :)

I have been going to Kati’s yoga classes for a few years now. I’ve been doing yoga for almost 25 years, and i absolutely love learning and flowing with Kati. She has some really awesome flows and inversions and I’m grateful to have met her. I’ve also been to one of her retreats, made some life long friends there, it was magical. Her classes provide challenge and peace. She’s the best!

I was lukewarm towards yoga until I met Kati and started going to her classes. I’m a beginner and go to her beginner’s class every week, but I’ve taken her intermediate class as well, and it’s amazing! She’s a fantastic instructor, she’s passionate and knows exactly how to teach and encourage you throughout your journey. she’s helped me every step of the way. She’s taught me yoga isn’t just about exercise and learning the poses, but about looking inward and letting go to find your inner peace. I improve a little more every week, and I’ve never been more excited to continue a practice.

Kati is INCREDIBLE! She is knowledgeable, offers classes for all levels, and has such good energy that you can feel -not only in her teachings- but in speaking with her as well. She has helped me in my healing journey just by being present with me when practicing. I can’t say enough about her. Everyone loves her! And you have to take her class to experience her ability to help you, in whatever you are going through / wherever you are at in your life, through her gentle & intentionally thoughtful practice, and by just by being HER. 10/10 ❤️
