I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There are a few veteran coaches, but other than them there has been a constant carousel of coaches and subs. Many of the coaches are new and, despite what they will say, are clearly undertrained and under prepared to do their job. My 6 year old daughter had what seemed like a new coach every other week.

In July, she broke her arm requiring surgery when taking a make up class with a new coach who pushed her too hard. The gym refused to meet with us to discuss the situation and hear our concerns.

Steer clear, it is not as safe or supportive here as they may say it is.

1. At no point was I told she could try on sizes to see which could fit. All we recieved was an email to select sizing.

2. When the staff said you were in the back room and they would ask you if you could accommodate the larger size without having to forcefully try something on that was two sies too small. We were given no choice per your direction and were forced to try something on that was way to small. This is what I find an issue with and specifically asked that you come out to speak with me personally. Yes; If someone is specifically asking to speak with me I listen to avoid things like yelps or google reviews from lack of customer service.

Bottom line, this wasn’t handled correctly and I asked to speak about in person rather than a public forum.

My daughter is actively attending. I had an issue with the sizing of a leotard for my daughter. I asked for a larger size and they said she would have to try on the smaller size after I told them she was larger size . They said that she would have to try it on first. Imagine being handed a size smaller than what you wear and being told you need to try it anyway? I told her that this doesn't make any sense to me and that how would she feel if she was handed a size to small? I agree with the other poster , (who was not refunded $180 tuition after canceling ) regarding their business practices.

I asked to speak to the owner as I was told she was onsite. She didn't come out and instead sent her office manager. 1 stars for not taking the time to speak to your clients who pay fees to be here on top of paying $100 to attend the winter formal. I'll be exploring other gyms, this one is lacking being personable and empathetic . As a business owner myself, I would never conduct business in this way and would take into account the feelings of my clients.

Anyway, she ended up having to size up and the girls were helpful with giving the sizes, however owner still MIA, still "unavailable " I imagine and this entire situation for unnecessary.

I can’t say enough great things about Endeavor gymnastics. The staff is fun, competent and courteous! I especially love that they continue to enhance and improve the gym and equipment. My daughter absolutely loves coming here! Thanks so much to the owners and staff for a phenomenal place to learn and have fun!

My daughters love it so far, their coach is very patient and kind. The gym looks very clean including the bathrooms. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

I cannot say enough good things about having my daughters 4th birthday at Endeavor Gymnastics! From the beginning Ryan was so helpful and extremely friendly. His energy was great and he was so wonderful with the kids. There were no dull moments or bored kids, as Ryan had them entertained with games and obstacles the entire time. I would recommend anyone to have their kids party there! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you for making her birthday so fun and special!
