This company is run by Maryam, Head coach a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and coach. We believe in lifestyle changes and coaching is the best approach to optimum health and vitality.

I’ve been taking Maryam’s class for five years, and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. When I started, I was just looking for a way to get my booty moving again after the pandemic and rebuild my heart health from the anxiety and life changes at that time. I never imagined I’d end up losing 60 pounds and transforming my overall health, strength and endurance. Her driven and consistent motivation, challenging (but do-able) workouts, not only met my fitness goals, but exceeded them. My doc said whatever it was I was doing, to keep doing. It’s fun with each weekly class targeting different areas. The class members are also a great supportive community. Maryam will push you to the limits you need to be, but truly cares and is mindful offering supportive alternatives for any body discomforts. I am forever grateful ❤️

I have been working out with Maryam since September 2021. The 2 nights a week I go to boot camp is my sanity. I am stronger physically and mentally. My family continues to tell me how much more happy I am now since I have been doing boot camp. These nights are my happy place and my "me" time. The workouts are challenging yet fun. You can be in any physical shape and be able to do this. Maryam is passionate and when you join the class you become part of the tribe. Unlike other boot camps, Maryam's boot camp atmosphere is uplifting and accepting of all. Back in 2021 I was so incredibly nervous, I had been to other classes before and hated being constantly picked out for not doing an exercise/move correctly. Maryam takes the time to teach you the correct way of doing an exercise/move that benefits your individual body's ability. I highly recommend.

I started my fitness journey at Endeavour Personal Training in August 2023 and it has been a challenging and rewarding journey so far. Maryam, my coach is experienced and very knowledgeable. Her booty camp classes are challenging but fun, and I have always felt accomplished (and sore) after each one of them. I love that she always walks around the class and corrects my form as needed. I owe it to her for keeping me motivated and consistent in my fitness journey. Would highly recommend Endeavour Personal Training if you want to get stronger and healthier.

I started training with Maryam during the pandemic and she is the best coach and trainer out there. She genuinely cares for each one of her clients and always goes above and beyond in her classes. Each week is a new set of workouts and learning, so you will never get bored. The nutritional tips and her sense of humor are an added bonus. I went to gyms before and it was not the same. These workouts have helped me a lot in fighting my auto immune condition, even my doctor has noticed the changes. I am definitely stronger and healthier with her training and look forward to it each week.

I just got back from my weekly Monday Personal Training session with Maryam. I feel energized, fit and ready to take on the rest of the week. This is exactly how I have felt for the past 1.5 years I have been taking Maryam's amazing classes. She is one of the best I know in the field. Her routines are so different every class, that I have not seen her repeat a routine in the past 100 classes I have taken with her. She has helped improve my strength. Taught me how to do push ups which was always a dream until I met this amazing lady. Her motivating way of instructions keep me pushing myself just a bit more every time. Endeavour PT totally exceeded my expectations! I've been to other PTs and gyms, but the vibe and energy I get from this place is just so amazing. Maryam is super sweet, but at the same time, will definitely make you work! She carefully plans out the circuit training so that you work every part of your body, and I felt like in an hour I got a full comprehensive workout. I highly recommend this place.

As a wife, mom of 3 active children and running my own business it has been very challenging trying focus on MY own health. But I know, in order for me to continue doing the things I love with the people I love, I needed to make a change and working out was a key component to creating balance.

Thankfully I found Endeavour Personal Training and met Maryam. She has been an amazing coach and I am very grateful for the time she dedicates to making every workout count. She pushes me and supports me at the same time. She is very professional but makes the class fun and always brings new moves/exercises that I have never seen or done before.

Maryam is genuinely committed to helping her clients reach their ultimate health, customized to their age and any physical weaknesses or limitations. She adapts her fitness training to what you can do progressively, with both personal strength and correct diet as key goals.
Besides her personal trainer expertise, she is such a genuine, caring person that going back to work out is something you'll look forward to, rather than "running away from" it. LOL
