I started practicing at Enso 11 years ago, after I had recovered from neck surgery. On day one. I thought I won’t ever be able to do some of these moves. With the Amazing teachers, my growth, both physically and spiritually has surpassed my expectations. It’s the best yoga room to practice in, as you gaze out the window to see the ocean, in all of its beauty.
So very lucky to practice here!!!
