The lack of care for the facilities and members is really starting to show after coming to this gym for almost a year. This was the inside temp for the last 2 weeks and they have ignored my request for a refund seeing as how I'm sensitive to heat and cannot stand to use facilities that keep this as their normal temperature in the summer! I will be updating my temperature photo later today to show what it's like in the heat of the day. This was at 7 pm 2 nights ago! 🥵💀

Best gym in the area. Great equipment, lots of space, tennis and pickle ball, basketball, huge pool, great classes and friendly staff. There’s even healthy food available downstairs, although I haven’t tried it. Our son says it’s very good.
Note: The classes do fill up fast and I wish there were even more. Junko’s Stretch and Roll class is the best thing that’s happened to my back in years!

Wynn's Zumba class is so much fun. We laugh and do all the moves the best we can. The music is so good! Honestly, it gives me so much joy sometimes I get teary eyed. I adore this class, it makes my day, my week. And her husband David comes and leads with her so it's not just for women. Really, this is so much fun and a great workout taboot! Don't hesitate. Zumba with Wynn is the bomb!

So thankful I found this gym! Easily the best in the area. So clean and everyone is so friendly! Eric got me set up about 3 months ago & he immediately made an effort to remember my name & learn more about me. Same with the front desk team — everyone’s so kind. I even convinced my cousin to join since I love it so much. They have a great pool area with lounging chairs, a hot tub, and an ice plunge. The sauna in the locker room is also a staple for me post-workout. I love spending my afternoons at Enterprise!

Grateful that I found this gym! It’s worth the 30 minute drive from my home thanks to the cleanliness and simplicity. I love that there are different classes offered on top of all of the great equipment and machines, fantastic amenities such as the sauna, steam room, pool, ice bath, and on site food spot during the day. Also a great basketball court if you’re into that.

I've moved away, but Enterprise Sports Club is the gym I've loved going to the most. I loved working out upstairs, enjoyed the pool and it’s peaceful setting out there with the trees around the property.
All of their instructors love what they do, make their classes fun and give you a great workout.
I loved Holly's and Amy's classes and the community they built in helping each person feel included and important. I teach at some new gyms now across the country and still really miss going to Enterprise each day!

This is no ordinary massage. This is a truly therapeutic experience. Brian Shoen sits down with you to talk through your physical challenges in detail before he ever lays hands on you. His curiosity and penchant for problem solving help him understand exactly what he needs to work on, while his exceedingly gentle manner puts you right at ease. The massage itself is otherworldly good and incredibly effective. Because he knows exactly what to target, you just feel all of those horrible knots melting away. And because Brian checks in with you about your progress before every appointment, no two massages are alike. He is constantly adjusting and experimenting with his approach to ensure your needs are always met. At the end of each massage, I am often in such a state of bliss and relaxation that I can hardly form coherent sentences. That has NEVER, not once, happened to me after a massage before. Almost all my associates here are wealthy professionals, all the equipment is new and well maintained, and the price is actually cheaper than the 24 hours Toadal Fitness pass. That's a good deal right there. Not including the fact you get access to the pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, steam room, and cold plung. This is a deal no one should pass up!

Ah, love this place! I'm super grateful to have a facility like this in Santa Cruz. It's always clean, customer service is top notch, and I love the thoughtful touches to their amenities-- partial salt water pool beats fully chlorinated; ice bath/jacuzzi combo is a rare find; and I'm eager to see what kind of food options they will offer at the restaurant downstairs. I was doing virtual physical therapy when one staff approached my student, yelling at her and demanding she turn off the call. I couldn't believe it! I'm so sorry she had to face such an awful and unprofessional situation. They made a new rule while she was doing exercises, saying people cannot talk on the phone. Unbelievable!

My initial experience, when they first opened, was negative. But I’ve gone back and there has been a significant change for the better. At this point my opinion has changed and I find Enterprise to be a great place for membership. In fact my family of four are all members and we thoroughly enjoy the experience. There are a few small growing pains but I feel management is moving in the right direction. I am very happy for the turn around and look forward to my future here.

We are lucky to have such a great gym in Scotts Valley. The remodeled locker rooms are gorgeous and the pool area is kept up nicely. There's no need to bring your own lock, just create your own key code each time. The pool is always clean and the temperature is well-regulated.

We've been members of Enterprise since they reopened and were members of the two previous operators of this great sports club. Much more than just a gym but without the stuffiness of a Country Club. People are super nice, the place is clean, the fitness equipment is top notch (all new last year), and it has a great pool! I'm trying to add more movement in my life so I'm thinking about taking a class or two.

Has been a member since they reopened as Enterprise sports club and I’ve been very satisfied with the services they provide. Sometimes it’s hard to get swimming pool appointments but it’s not the club’s fault and they do what they can to fix it.
Location is awesome, easily accessible, enough parking spots even at rush hours. Pool is well maintained, tennis courts are clean and staff is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely keep coming back.

With this past year closing much of the counties gyms, Enterprise followed the guidelines, and allowed clients a safe place to stay in shape. I probably would have had a break down if I wasn't able to release tensions by swimming, and working out!
