They are many things I can say about this gym one thing I will say is that the customer service is terrible. My first day at the gym I was looking for a quick start so I went in with the impression that I would just start my subscription and immediately start working out. What they don’t do is make it timely at all and ask you millions of question regarding personal life so they can then use tactics to get you to sign a training contract. Throughout this whole process I kept insisting that I didn’t have money to afford said training but continued to insist on me. Towards the end you feel so overwhelmed with information and they keep introducing you to new trainers to see if you take the bait. This doesn’t even take the cake in the end they had me workout with a trainer telling me I won’t have to pay just for the training to be over and have me sign the contract. I then figured well I don’t like my experience there so I then try and cancel and have been going back and forth with staff and management to cancel and get my refund because I didn’t even show up to my trainings and I’m still getting charged. They first tell me they are going to cancel over the phone since I’m within the 5 days of getting my membership I then have to call again on the 5th day just to make sure all is in order just for them to tell me they don’t cancel over the phone, I then show up later that day to waste time just so I can request a cancellation on my phone on a website that could’ve been easily provided over the phone… still haven’t heard from the manager Robyn Haynes which was supposed to get back to me regarding the situation since corporate had told me he’s the one who takes care of those approvals.
Moral of the story don’t trust this gym with anything.

Don’t do business with this gym I suspect this gym of altering a personal trainer contract. I received a copy of the agreement that showed that I didn’t sign and 24 hours later I received an email of a personal training agreement signed by me. Suspicious.
I won’t be doing business with this gym and I would suggest no else does. They offer you a free welcome personal training workout only to try to get you to sign a contract for personal training.

My wife’s a member, we went in just so I could see the gym, was considering joining. Front desk was rude and said I couldn’t even walk around and no guest pass available, when on their website there is a free 7 day guest pass… said I had to pay for a 1 day pass just to look around.. why wouldn’t you show people your gym who are interested in joining? I visited EOS Fitness this past Saturday for workouts in both the morning and evening. I had a few questions about my account earlier in the day, and since it was busy, I decided to come back later. When I returned that evening, I spoke with Marissa at the front desk, and she went above and beyond to help me. It looked like she was the only one working, yet she still took the time to address all my questions and greeted every guest who walked in. Marissa is a great representation of what the EOS brand stands for — friendly, professional, and truly focused on the member experience.

I love this gym tbh. I left another smaller gym and upgraded to eos. I'm very glad I began going here. The location is convenient, and there's quite a bit of parking as well. I wish there were more stationary bikes though. Literally every employee (except for one with the 1st name beginningwith a letter t) is always super friendly and helpful. They definitely prioritize guest service and it shows. Even if I go when it's busy, there's enough machines so it's rare for me to wait too long. They should put some more hip abduction machines though. Lol. Anyway, if ure not sure about joining, go early (during business hrs) and get the tour. I'm also SAVING money every month compared to my smaller former gym. Plus they have a daycare for the moms and dads out there. (Daycare IS NOT 24 hrs) also I saw a review saying it smells. It's a HUGE lie. I've gone at various times of the day, and it's is ALWAYS clean: not only on the gym floor, but the sauna, showers, and locker rooms are spotless. I have gone to various gyms, and i have never been to a cleaner gym. If this location were truly gross, there would be many reviews stating so, and I wouldn't attend this location.

This gym is a joke. It’s always crowded. Membership guys are always flirting with women instead of doing their job. There’s creepy girl in the evening and night that walks around the gym for a whole hour and just stares at dark men. The lockers and showers smell like poop. Theres a girl with a dragon tattoo that tries to get attention from elderly men. White electric BMW that always speed thru the parking. Customer service is terrible.

This is a Big & Clean gym with many fitness classes to offer to fit your schedule and many workout machines where I never seen any one having to wait for equipment. They offer daycare which is a plus and a movie theater so you can catch a movie while working out, an outdoor space for fresh air workout not to mention so much more!!! I'm happy that I joined this gym It motivates me to come 6 days a week by having the fitness classes I enjoy!!!

Mi Angel is a great trainer at EŌS. My workouts are always planned & organized when I arrive. I like that she will challenge me but not pushed me over the edge towards injury. She’s focused & will correct my form when needed. Mi Angel is a knowledgeable trainer who understands how bones, muscles & joints work together when you’re exercising.

This gym is very nice and the front desk staff in the morning are the best. I can't pronounce the young lady's name but it starts with a T, she always greets us with such a warm welcome & a smile. I was locked out of my app for days and would always just give my number until she asked about the app and offered to help reset it. She's amazing. No other staff offered to help. She also gives you a nice goodbye when leaving. I feel bad for not knowing her name when she knows mine.

As a mother, I’m extremely disappointed in EOS Fitness and how they’ve handled ongoing issues with my family — especially the completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the woman working the front desk in the mornings.

On June 19, 2025, my 13-year-old son briefly stepped outside to walk his younger sister to me (I was outside picking her up). When he went to return to the gym just a couple of minutes later, the front desk woman refused to let him back in. He calmly explained that he needed to go find his dad, who was inside the gym working out, to help him with his barcode but she wouldn’t let him in and wouldn’t even help him locate his father. It wasn’t until my husband realized something was wrong and came up front that the situation was addressed. Turns out there was an issue with the barcodes, which was fixed later that morning. But not before my son a polite and respectful kid was treated like a problem instead of a guest.

Then on July 2, 2025, my husband, son, and two of my other children scanned in and began their workout. Moments later, that same staff member came all the way to the gym floor saying there was again a problem with their barcodes. My husband told the kids to stay put while he went to resolve the issue, but even though my oldest is 20 (a legal adult), the woman insisted everyone leave the workout floor. After they complied, she escalated things further and told them they all had to leave the gym entirely.

She then falsely accused my husband in front of our kids of calling her a “crazy B-word.” That is a flat-out lie. My husband is a grown man with a wife, daughters, and young son present. He knows how to speak to people respectfully, and anyone who knows him knows he would never use language like that in that situation. When he denied it and asked another female staff member whether he said that, she paused, looked unsure, then awkwardly agreed with the accusation. There was no real investigation, no professionalism — just escalation and disrespect.

What makes this even worse is that risk management called my husband on a Sunday from a blocked number — told him it was their day off, yet still informed him he was banned from the gym… without giving a clear reason why. Meanwhile, no one at corporate has answers, the general manager is out of the loop, and despite this so-called “ban,” we are still being charged full price for our active family memberships that are still active?

This is not how a gym should treat families especially those who are paying members and simply trying to resolve a minor barcode issue. Instead of showing patience, professionalism, or common courtesy, this staff member has repeatedly escalated and mishandled everything. EOS Fitness has been a nightmare to deal with, and I absolutely would not recommend this gym to anyone u especially parents with teens or kids. They don’t value families, and they clearly don’t have proper systems in place for handling customer concerns.

Called yesterday afternoon w questions about membershipS & pricing because I wanted to get a membership for myself & son. I was told they couldn't give me any info on membership pricing that I had to physically go in for someone to give me a price because they had to see if I was a good fit? (Whatever the hell that means!) So, to make sure I hear it all correctly, I asked the woman if I understood correctly that she couldn't just give me the price without me having to walk in- she replied that's correct because they have to make sure it's a good fit... So, I said told the lady if your policy is you can't tell me a cost then I guess you won't be needing my money or my business. EXTREMELY ASININE!

They have haven't deep cleaned since Grand Opening. Corner near freeways smells like urine. There is a ton of dust and hair everywhere along the walls, bottoms of machines, under the free weights, pieces of paper towels on the Yard and scattered around the workout area. The ONLY manual treadmill has been broken for three weeks now. Anytime I ask about it being serviced, the staff simply states "a ticket has been submitted."

I purchased a pre membership and wasn't aware that the gym had opened yet so I was just stopping by. It was around 5pm (Tuesday).
It was PACKED!
I totally expected there would be a long weight to get my membership ironed out since I wasn't contacted about the opening. I didn't even know how to sign in.
There were at least 8 people standing in the lobby, but an associate (I'll update with his name later), quickly waived me over and asked if I needed help.
He was quick and thorough.
Helped me get the app up and filled out on my phone, made the correction to my phone number (which was why I didn't get the opening information) and provided me via the app with the bar code to check in with.
All said and done, it took less than 10 minutes and I was checked in and ready to roll!
Despite how busy the plage was.
I didn't have time to workout, but I did walk around to get a feel of the place. I'll have more to report after I train there a few times...
For now... the parking during peek time is inadequate, but not ridiculous.
There were enough lockers and showers available (in the men's side anyway) despite the crowd.
The showers are stall type, so open near the floor and at the ceiling with the same style door (don't drop your soap). They are much better than the open trough style I grew up with and I appreciate a solid door to a curtain any day.
There's a small shelf for roughly three bottles and if you are like me and shave in the shower, the walls are smooth which allow for suction cupped mirrors and razor holders etc.
I'm going back to train after 10pm...more to add later...

So after two months, here's the 411....

It's BUSY!
If you plan on working out before work... good luck getting a shower, there's only 5 or 6 showers!
Gotta sh!t... NOT there...
3 stalls for the men's and a line like the DMV.
Gotta Shave... not with those sensor sinks . Bring an electric razor!

I have no idea how they got away with such a terribly inadequate locker room, shower, bathroom design considering the size of the Gym and how much they've oversold the memberships.

Now this part doesn't bother me, because I have low boundaries, but it may bother you... I am not exaggerating at all here either... I encounter one to three women in the bathroom or locker room (the all female cleaning crew) EVERYTIME I workout after midnight and before 9am (because I need to sh!t, shower, and shave!)!

I'm walking out of the bathroom stall and a woman walks right in after me. (At least she smiled... I smiled!)

I get out of the shower and walk to my locker and start to put my clothes on and three of the ladies are 4 feet from me discussing their shower cleaning strategy.

I said Hola as I pulled up my briefs. I felt compelled to be courteous. I dont know what they said (or thought). I don't speak Spanish. I think it was probably uncomfortable more for them. I've already seen myself naked and I was pretty sure that I was in the proper place to be putting on my briefs.

Those women have all seen me naked enough times now that I feel like I should at least know their names...

I have since leaned how to say I'm sorry in spanish. They ignore me now. I would. The mystery is gone.

At least the clientele is super hot for the most part. So I definitely don't skimp on my training. The equipment is top notch and the staff is friendly.

Even those poor cleaning ladies. They are nice too. I think you should hire at least one guy though... for the lady's room.
I'll do it. For the right price. I want hazard pay. And if it makes everyone more comfortable, I will act queer as phuc and pretend not to speak English 🙂

I recently referred a family member and a friend to the gym so they could take advantage of the free 7-day pass being offered. However, instead of a simple and welcoming free-trial process, they were immediately met with a lengthy membership pitch and almost forced into a membership, making it feel more like a sales push than an opportunity to test out the gym. With a goal for the free-trial, they were only given that after a manager intervened, calling it a "complimentary trial"—which was just the 7-day pass they were originally supposed to receive, since the entire process took about an hour and a half. As an existing member, I had expected a smoother and more inviting experience, but this unnecessary complication left a disappointing impression.

When I signed up I was told they were opening in May and wouldn’t be charged until June. I decided to go to LA Fitness instead. I went to cancel to find out they already opened and had been charging me since April. I unsubscribed from their emails because I was getting multiple emails everyday. Who needs that many emails from a gym??? I never registered as the emails were asking me to do and I never used the gym. Now they want me to pay another month’s dues for dates they lied about and a gym I’ve never used. Unfortunately, my contract says opening date TBD, so I can’t do anything about it. The only thing they offered was to reinstate my membership, as if I’d ever go to a place that shady.

This gym may be new and clean, but the front desk customer service was seriously disappointing. My husband and I came in for a tour as part of a 7-day pass, and the staff simply had us sign in and then left us sitting on the couch with no further guidance. It wasn’t busy—there are no other customers and he had another person with him—yet Noah (his name) didn’t acknowledge us, make eye contact, or explain anything about the gym. He needs to seriously go through customer service training.

His demeanor came off as disinterested and unwelcoming, as if he didn’t want us there. I had to initiate and ask whether we were waiting for someone, and when I asked about a promotion I had seen, he flatly replied, “I don’t know, I don’t want to give you false information,” without any effort to follow up or help us find the answer. No enthusiasm, no friendliness.

That first impression made our decision easy—we left and likely won’t return, even though we live nearby. There are plenty of other gyms in the area, and we’re already members elsewhere through work perks. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark.

This gym is the shit if you’re serious about working out!. It’s like the next step up from planet fitness. No hate towards them as they were my first gym. I love the selection of free weights and plate loaded machines. It does get packed during peak times BUT I’m usually able to still use all the equipment I want so it’s not as bad as yall think. So far this gym is decent and sufficient. But it's always packed. My only issue was the customer service I received on Thurs. the 17 around 9 30am I came in with my receipt to exchange or return a supplement I recently got. I showed the PT manager these photos of the product not mixing well he said I have to mix it better. I told him I did and followed the instructions on the product. He said he couldn't do anything since the product was open. I asked to speak to the sales manager or GM. He said they would tell me the same thing after he went looking for them. I asked him what am I suppose to do with the product then throw it away? He said I could do whatever I want with it. So I told him to keep it and throw it away for me. I contacted customer service online and have not heard back. The person who sold it to me never stated it was final sale.

I agree, I didn't need the sales the pitch I waited over an hour to get. I went in already knowing I wanted a membership, but wasn't familiar with the setup.

I do love the facilities, equipment, smart equipment, and price options. It starts getting crowded after 10am on the weekends so I wish it were bigger. I wish it had a 2nd classroom and a pool. I go to the Santa Ana/tustin location sometimes on my way home from work, and it has both.

Since I signed up when it first opened, things were pretty hectic. I had trouble when it came to singing up for the personal trainer I wanted when it was clearly stated at the membership sign up, and the other benefits like Betr weren't explained well. However, everything was sorted with the employees and who really made an effort to give you what you want.

There’s a dark heavy set lady that works here. With a bonet hair covering that’s is extremely rude and makes coming here such a headache. She had a terrible attitude. All other staff is incredible but I would advise to go to another gym unless you want to be hassled and disrespected by that lady. It’s a horrible experience. I have seen her hassle other gym members and we have talked about this over. She gives everyone trouble

I’m giving this gym a 1-star review to draw attention to a serious issue. The gym itself is fantastic, but the sauna is a major concern…they’ve used vinyl instead of wood for the seats… which can release toxic, potentially cancer-causing fumes when heated. Do your own research on this…vinyl has no place in a sauna. Outside of that, the gym is top-notch.

Unbelievable!! It seems like everyone is complaining about the same thing about the same thing I’m about to complain about.

We made an appointment with Steneth he said he was supposed to call us an hour before and he never called. Then we went down to meet him and we waited 30 minutes and still no sign of stenteth

so we got fed up and left and all the staff was doing was chatting and they all seem rude and they are all young nothing against that but it seems like kids are running the show.

they didn’t even tell us how long the wait was, nothing just chatting it up or I’ll be right with you or anything, horrible customer service!

And steneth never even called to apologize or anything! We will never sign up or be apart of eos! They’re lame and they suck!!

Terrible front desk, The guy with colored eye and brown hair is so rude, My wife went to see the place and she politely asked this guy in the front if she can see the place, we are a potential customers, the only answer he told my wife NO, no explanation, he was so rude in front of many people who were standing there. She repeated her question waiting for explanation, he again replied NO, NO. The rudest, most terrible customer service we ever experienced. Back to our old gym.

Horrible. We went to go check it out and no one was available for over 45 minutes to show us or sell us anything membership. Keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW gym and they should have multiple people there to assist with selling memberships and tours. They had plenty of staff just walking around, way too many “coaches” and employees doing nothing but they let us sit there for almost an hour.

First of all the people that are complaining about the gym most of you are paying 9.99 so STFU. The wait times are because the gym is popular and everyone wants to join, which will be in the beginning, which is normal if you know anything about business. This gym easily is over $50 bucks a month in Orange County. Beautiful layout, large high ceilings great color, aesthetics brand new machines. It’s even got a cinema. Complainers go to LA Fitness or 24 hour fitness with old machines and dusty floors and pay your $30 bucks a month.
