I go between 3-6am throughout the week. My experience is going to be better than the afternoon/evening crowd. With that said, decent place to train. For the most part clean and sometimes organized well enough not to irritate you as you walk over plates/DB's in the middle of the floor in random spots around the gym. I have one thing I would want to see changed for the better though, the cryo-chair room... the ambience in there sucks. I would suggest make the room dark or darker, with ambient up lighting thats hidden as to not have direct visual to the human eye... maybe a deep blue or UV color as to add to the "cryo" aspect. Also, the music in there should be different. Maybe not even music at all, but like ambient wind/rain/snow or something. Make it immersive. Big ask, I know, but would be appreciated and the only one of its kind in any Eos.

I have been coming to this gym for a few months now and its by far the best. My only complain is the lazy front desk workers during the week when getting there at 3am, nothing ever seems to be stocked up.. i had to go up to the guy working the wednesday shift and the girl on friday shift and ask to stock up on the paper towels. There is nothing else more disgusting than seeing people not clean up after each machine use. Both of these front desk workers were on their phones and not once bothered to stock up on paper towels and the sanitizing spray until being asked to.

Do not go to this gym if you want to get a good workout in. Its packed all the time and its full of inconsiderate people who have no consideration of time. I was only able to do 2 machines in a span of 45 minutes for four sets on each. 35 of those minutes were spent waiting for the next machine. Please if you are serious about lifting do not go here.

THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION is easily MY FAVORITE GYM PERIOD. This includes the nearby EoS Tustin location and other gyms, including the best LA Fitness location I've seen. This tops them all, hands down! And at such a competitive price! (24.99 for the highest tier)

This place is decked out with a Bose sound system that sounds incredible - even though I pace myself to my own music, the ambience when I take my headphones out or my headphones die is top tier. The Tustin location and other gyms I've seen skimp on this and it's something I immediately notice and appreciate when it's good. We run a Hotworx in Torrance and we use a Sonos system for this reason.

One thing I really appreciate is how fresh it feels inside this gym. They have 3 giant, HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) ceiling fans from Big Ass Fans circulate air through the entire facility. Feels great when I'm sweating a lot on the elliptical.

The cryo lounge and recovery massage chairs are icing on the cake - and all for the price of a standard crunch membership, there's no beating it. This is truly bang for your buck...

The one area of improvement is the PARKING situation... Oh boy. The university students from Hope International and CSUF abuse this parking lot to avoid parking fees at campus. This means several minutes of circling the parking lot waiting for a spot, even when the gym isn't that packed. Something needs to be done about that.

I do really enjoy this gym but there's always what feels like a big mess everywhere, the weights are never re racked, and I really wish they would turn the subtitles on for the cinema. I also wish they would have more early morning, like, 6am classes. The paper towels are always empty when I want to clean my machines and equipment before/after my uses. All in all, if youre looking for a more affordable option than 24hr fitness then EoS is your next best bet.

Been training with physical fitness trainer Dylan Porto at the Fullerton location. Dylan is AMAZING! He is extremely knowledgeable and has already helped me get stronger and healthier with great muscle building and strengthening exercises. Update (June 2025)

Since my original review, I’ve had a chance to work with a fantastic trainer at another EOS location and have made amazing progress on my fitness journey. More recently, I’ve started frequenting the Fullerton location again and I’m happy to report that things have changed for the better.

There is a night and day difference from my previous experience. The personal training staff now appear professional, focused, and genuinely invested in their clients’ progress. I haven’t seen any of the inappropriate or unprofessional behavior that was once common. Coaches are punctual, positive, and present. A huge improvement.

It seems some of the prior management or staff who contributed to the issues I experienced are no longer there, and whatever internal changes EOS made have clearly worked. While I can’t speak for every interaction, what I’ve observed lately has been encouraging and worth acknowledging.

I’m leaving my original review below for transparency but I wanted to recognize that EOS Fullerton has taken visible steps to improve, and it's showing.

EOS Fitness Fullerton (Nov -Jan)

I initially loved EOS Fitness in Fullerton for its state-of-the-art equipment, towel service, and recovery amenities (including a pool, zero-gravity massage chairs, cryo chairs, sauna, and hot tub). The facility itself is top-notch, and the equipment is always in excellent working order. Unfortunately, these positives are overshadowed by serious, ongoing issues with the personal training program and staffing.

Over the past few months—and continuing into January—the problems with the personal training team have only worsened. My husband and I experienced high-pressure sales tactics, with trainers insisting we purchase additional packages whenever we raised concerns about missed appointments or scheduling problems. In fact, they canceled or no-showed nearly every session except for one, each time citing a new excuse. Moreover, these pictures do not include the additional sessions they promised but “kept off the books,” telling us we had an appointment scheduled and then acting as though it never happened—including one on Thanksgiving morning—or any of my husband’s missed sessions. We opened a ticket with corporate about six weeks ago, have followed up consistently, and have yet to receive any response.

The lack of accountability is especially apparent for morning appointments. I strongly recommend you steer clear of Fullerton’s EOS’s personal training program. Go to Santa Ana—they are working with less and doing more.

Another disappointing aspect is witnessing sales staff, in uniform, on the gym floor actively interrupting workouts to flirt with members rather than maintaining a professional environment. This behavior further erodes confidence in the gym’s ability to provide a truly supportive fitness experience.

In short, while the gym’s equipment and amenities are outstanding, the unprofessionalism and inconsistency from the training and sales staff are major drawbacks. If you only need a facility with excellent machines, EOS may still fit the bill. However, if you’re seeking reliable personal training and a professional atmosphere, you’ll likely be disappointed.

It’s super convenient for me as I live about a 5 min walk away. I’m really enjoying the classes like Bodypump and Zumba. So far the pool and jacuzzi have been very clean. I have an issue with folks being in the sauna with their workout shoes on when the sign clearly says flip flops should be worn. It’s also super distracting when someone is on their phone or doing their full workout in there.

All the instructors at EOS are stellar…Julia’s Zumba class is one of my favorite’s..She plays great music and all songs are masterfully choreographed. Mark is another Zumba master who teaches on Saturday. Love his energy and enthusiasm!! Eden’s Body Pump is another class that is so wonderful! She cues all moves perfectly and makes lifting weights a super fun experience. She is always very welcoming and positive. It’s always been a welcoming experience, every time I walk into the gym there’s someone there to welcome me in. Great customer service and people tend to clean after themselves. (Wiping down machines) They also have staff that helps maintain overall cleanliness of gym. If you’re ever interested in Fitness Training hit up my boy Edwin. He was my PT for a bit & I truly enjoyed working alongside him! He’s patient and kind and willing to work with your schedule to meet your needs. 💪🏽

I'm really impressed with the kinds of equipment this gym has.
I have a personal trainer, Hailee A. She is absolutely the best! She is the sweetest, yet assertive type of personality I need. She has taught me so much within the 1st month with her. She has taught me form & techniques and mind/muscle coordination. (I noticed, I did not have a proper form prior , as evidence by back pain with certain exercises prior to meeting her.) She has taught me how to do excercises the correct way.
She goes above & beyond for me. I truly appreciate all she has done. I look forward to training days because she makes me feel GOOD everytime with the workouts she has implemented.

Everything is excellent but the parking lot is not . It takes 10-15 mins around to find the parking space. It is good for gym business because everybody loves services in Eos but it is inconvenient for members to come to the gym. If that problem is fixed, No Words for Eos . I still recommend this gym .

5 starts because it’s the great gym, great staffs , and the best part is Group Fitness classes with so many different classes and amazing instructors: Nguyen, Laura, Sanna, Sunny, Jose. Phat, the manager for classes is awesome!

I rated it four stars because it can get super crowded, and parking can be difficult to find (usually after 4 pm). If you like working out in a more private area and not having to wait, I would recommend going during times of the day when it's less crowded.

They refused to allow me to read a legal document due to the touchscreen being broken but required me to sign it anyway. One staff member rolled her eyes and the other smirked at me when I said I need to be able to read that document. Disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention absolutely scummy. Furthermore, if your front desk area is filled with failing equipment, how can anyone expect them to properly maintain the rest of the equipment in the gym

came in looking for a new environment to workout in since my last gym has a crew that shown disinterest in getting to know their guests or even addressing us. I walked in and immediately Liss showed some love and kindness to know what my goals are, what i’m trying to do with my health. Liss is inviting with her smile and gave me pointers for my workouts. She even gave me a sticker. The details is what counts and that’s what i look forward when walking into my gym!

I would have never considered having a personal trainer but after getting a good deal and meeting up with my trainer LISS !! I had a whole different prospective on what a personal trainer is and how much It has helped me with working out ,learning how to work out the correct way and learning how to properly work all the workout machines !! Liss my personal trainer is so outgoing, very supportive, very understanding, and very relatable she understands that not everyone is perfect but she can get you to the goal you want to achieve to make u feel confident and most importantly comfortable! Liss is not just a personal trainer but she is studying to know about nutritionist which is someone who provides advice about healthy eating and lifestyle choices,Which is such a good help for me !! EoS Thank you for getting me into shape !! And thank you LISS my personal trainer for getting me there !!

I love this gym, very spacious area to work out at. I just moved into the area and been shopping around looking at what gym fits me the best specially since I just had knee surgery and one of the Personell Izzy help me out so much. She made me feel so comfortable and highly knowledgeable. She went out her way and gave me tips on what muscle groups I should workout on and gave me PT type stretches to correct the weaker muscles. I recommend this gym to anyone . I feel the most comfortable here, check it out if you can and ask for Izzy if you get a chance .
