Don't waste your money.
Horrible parking. Takes forever to find a spot.
This gym is way too packed — it feels like they only care about selling memberships and not about the actual member experience. There’s no crowd control, and barely anyone from staff walking around to make sure people are actually working out instead of just sitting on machines scrolling on their phones.
Some of these 5 stars are bc they give a free shirt for a good review. Just fyi
They really need to have staff monitoring the floor and enforcing time limits on cardio equipment so everyone gets a fair chance to use it. Right now, it’s frustrating and not worth the monthly fee. Definitely needs better management and organization.

Best value for a gym membership by far.
I've been with 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness for a long time respectively, and EOS beats both hands down.
A) Cleanliness: The staff at EOS stay on top of messes, and the bathrooms are consistently well-maintained, something I couldn't say for 24.
B) Equipment: EOS has significantly more equipment and racks. Even when it’s packed, I can lift and run without worrying I might have to skip a muscle group or run for lack of a machine or treadmill. The variety for each muscle group makes LA and 24 feel limited by comparison.
C) Recovery perks: For just $30/month, EOS includes a sauna, cryotherapy, massage chairs, and compression sleeves—plus a full gym and guest pass. LA and 24 charge nearly double for fewer amenities and no guest access.
D) E-Gym & Evolt: These smart machines test your strength and adjust weight and reps automatically. The monthly strength competitions are a fun incentive. The Evolt scanner gives you detailed body composition stats - another great bonus.
Final thoughts: EOS covers all the basics and throws in tons of useful extras at half the price of outdated, dirty gyms that ignore customer feedback (looking at you, LA/24). My only gripe is location—both nearby EOS branches are 20 minutes away. Not their fault, but I wish there was one closer to Riverside Plaza. The staff, when I've interacted with them, have always been friendly. If you come looking for a membership ask for Sam, he's a good dude.

I brought my 13 yrs old to work out with me, I have the highest membership to bring someone else with me, turns out it doesn't apply for kids. I said how much would be to get him a membership, $10 a month, plus $59 sign up fee, plus $69 to be billed in one month. Ok so you want $130 for signing up my 13 yrs old son ? Scam
In addition they dont want to honor my training sessions I was charged for because the EOS I paid for was in Moreno Valley. Since I moved to Riverside I want to go to Jurupa Valley bc is closer, however the Manager told they wont allow me to get training sessions, I have to drive 45 minutes to MV to get training sessions. BS!

I love this gym although it gets packed in the early evenings during the week. It’s unfortunate that it was built on the local Stringfellow acid pits wells that have held the toxic waste together for decades now. Hopefully the city council of jurupa valley can protect the remaining waste from hurting and damaging more citizens like it did before

Always overcrowded at all times of the day. Not worth paying for the higher membership. Definitely don’t recommend paying for a trainer due to being overcrowded 24/7. sorry EOS, but you guys need to Stop selling memberships if your gym is always overcrowded at all times of the day and worry about opening up more gyms to combat this issue if you’re going to just keep signing people up knowing that this place is overcrowded as it is.

Went to the gym today and to work on legs and abs and was stopped by the fitness manager and a trainer named Courtney and asked if I felt any discomfort when using the leg press I had told them yes and they offered to show me what I was doing wrong. They didn't have to go out of there way to.help me but they did and Courtney actually showed me more then one exercise and showed me proper form and technique for all of them including breathing techniques. Courtney was very helpful and kind and was very patient with me I will be using these techniques from now on when I train. If you every need any assistance with training I would highly recommend Courtney

Save your money. I got a membership and have only went once in November 2024 called 2-3 weeks after to cancel and also did it online, come to find out was being still charged for the past 9months. Called today to fix things and turns out I need to pay $90 to cancel even after taking my money for the past 9 months. As usual their excuse there was no calls ever made by me. Pros: Great equipment. Cool vibe. Great amenities. Most people clean up after themselves.
Cons: Cell service is abysmal. WiFi is also terrible. They only open their studio for classes boooo 👎🏾
On a side note not the most trustworthy gym goers. Lost my headphones in the gym and front desk said no one returned it. My iPhone says that was the last location it was at only to try and get it two days later and it’s not there.
Overall it’s a good gym but why’s the studio only for classes?

★ 1
Do not get a membership at this gym or sign up for the classes. I was told I would only be charged twice a month and that the classes would last four months, but instead, they charged me \$68 every single week from November all the way through July—well beyond what I agreed to. This was never mentioned in the contract, and when I asked for a refund, they kept denying it and refused to take any responsibility. As a single mom working full-time and going to school full-time, I didn’t catch the charges right away, and dealing with their slow and unhelpful customer service has made it even harder to resolve. Be very careful and double-check everything if you’re thinking about joining.

I visited the gym yesterday hoping to use the free week pass, but never received it. That was okay — I liked the facility, and its location near my kids’ school is convenient, so I went ahead and signed up for a monthly membership.
However, I was extremely put off by the aggressive push for personal training. After I declined, the attendant brought over a manager who continued pressuring me even after I said no multiple times. I must have declined at least four times before they finally let it go.
I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I came in wanting to try the gym and left feeling like I’d been cornered into a sales pitch. I’m now second-guessing whether I want to continue coming back. I hope the gym reconsiders this high-pressure sales approach — it doesn’t create a welcoming environment.

This gym sucks, the workers are literally useless, they’re not helpful, can’t instruct you on how to do the exercises properly, stating “the goal is to feel it somewhere”, which is insane. And on top of that, the manager Terry is completely useless. he can’t help or do a single thing. He doesn’t manager anything at all. You also can’t cancel unless it’s 2 months in advance, you will be charged 2 months to cancel. So if you want to cancel it today, just know you’re getting charged for the next couple months anyways so you might as well cancel your card.

I came to test out this gym with a friend once. And the staff gave me a 7 day complementary pass to try out for myself. When I came back to use it the worker, Terry did not let me use it since I’ve been there once. He was not helpful even with me explaining his staff gave me the pass. Only gave the option to buy a membership or leave. So I left. He was not helpful.

I've been a member at this EOS location for six months, and I’m officially done. The parking is awful—spaces are always limited, and now they’re building a Target next door, which will only make it worse. I usually spend 10–15 minutes just trying to find a spot, especially if I don’t want to park all the way over by Raising Cane’s.
Inside isn’t much better. The gym is constantly overcrowded, something they never mention when you sign up. I often have to wait 15 minutes just to use a machine, and there’s always someone waiting behind you, making it feel rushed and stressful.
The BBL room is always hot and overcrowded—it’s uncomfortable and not worth using most of the time. The massage chairs are almost never available unless you're willing to wait even more.
Overall, this location just isn’t worth the frustration.

Personal coaching is great. Equipment is great, But, unfortunate we only had the pleasure to enjoy the use of men sauna for approximate 3 months, then after it been disappointing. DO NOT sign up for personal training. They do not give you a full 30-minute session as promised, and the cancellation process is a nightmare.
To cancel, you’re required to fill out a form online, and they claim someone will contact you within 72 hours—but no one does. I’ve had to email back and forth with three different managers, and I was told that I could only cancel after my fourth invoice.
Well, now that it’s past my fourth invoice, they’ve gone completely silent and have been ignoring my emails.
I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and transparency. BE AWARE when it comes to signing up for personal training here. The experience has been disorganized, misleading, and deeply frustrating.

EOS Fitness has a lot of potential, and I appreciate several aspects of the gym—especially the variety of equipment and amenities. I purchased the highest membership tier at $29/month (about $32 with taxes), expecting a premium experience. While there are some positives, there are also ongoing issues that need to be addressed.
Pros:
The gym offers a wide range of machines and fitness areas for all types of workouts.
Early morning hours (between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m.) are the most efficient and pleasant—parking is manageable, the gym isn’t crowded, and it’s easy to get your workout done without delays.
The membership pricing is reasonable for what's promised.
Areas for Improvement:
Parking is a serious problem, especially in the afternoon. The gym is located in a shopping center where a Target store is about to open, which will likely make parking even worse. Finding a spot during busy hours is already difficult, and this upcoming addition raises more concern for future accessibility.
The afternoon crowd consists largely of younger individuals who tend to gather around machines, socializing, taking long breaks, or simply occupying equipment without using it. Asking about sets or machine availability is often met with rude or dismissive responses, making it uncomfortable for those there to focus on fitness.
The sauna has been unreliable for extended periods. Throughout most of April and part of May, it was frequently out of order. Staff provided multiple, inconsistent explanations—ranging from equipment damage to safety issues—but many of these stories seemed contradictory or implausible. One staff member even mentioned camera footage in the sauna, which is both concerning and likely inaccurate, as cameras are not permitted in those areas.
The BBL Room, an exclusive area for higher-tier members, lacks proper enforcement. The door has been broken for over two weeks, and even when it was working, members often brought in guests who didn’t have access. This makes paying for a premium membership feel less worthwhile.
No pool is available at this location, which may be a drawback for members who enjoy aquatic workouts or recovery options.
No kids club or childcare services are provided, which is inconvenient for parents who need a place for their children while they exercise.
Staff presence is visible, but not always effective. There are usually plenty of employees on the floor, but they are often seen talking among themselves instead of assisting guests, cleaning equipment, or maintaining order in busy areas.
Despite the drawbacks, I still make use of the gym during early morning hours when it’s quiet and functional. However, to truly deliver on its promise of a premium fitness experience, EOS Jurupa needs to improve on key areas such as facility maintenance, parking, customer service, and amenity enforcement—especially with increased traffic expected once Target opens.

My experience with this location has been quite frustrating due to a clear lack of consistency and training among team members. It seems staff either aren’t being held to the same standards or aren’t properly trained to ensure a consistent customer experience.
I was misinformed by a salesman named Jordan, who gave me inaccurate information about bringing my 16-year-old sister. When I asked about potential issues, he dismissed concerns and told me anyone who asked for proof of guardianship was just being a “chismoso.” He then tried to upsell me on a family plan, which felt more like a sales tactic than helpful guidance.
Today, the front desk staff were not only unhelpful, but also dishonest—offering no support until I insisted on speaking with a manager. Thankfully, Terry stepped in. He was professional, understanding, and the only reason I’m giving EOS another shot instead of canceling my membership entirely. If not for him, I’d have not only cancelled but also encouraged those I’ve referred to do the same.
Still undecided on how much longer I’ll stay a member here, but there’s a lot of room for improvement in how this location handles customer service and communication

Went 2 days on my guest pass at 9 PM. Went again today and the lady at the desk told me that my guest pass isn’t available after 8pm and only works from 8am to 8pm. Called 15 mins later and a gentleman answered where I questioned why I was told I couldn’t enter where he said I shouldn’t have been told that. Embarrassing from EOS. Otherwise great location. Gym is super busy and it’s almost impossible finding parking unless you park farther away.

It's a nice place great equipment only thing is they advertised kids club even a paper on the door says it closes at 12am yet it dosen't exist also website says they have a pool and nope they don't. Originally i had given them a somewhat better review. Now, after being here for a while, this facility specifically is too new for the sauna, to constantly be having issues.
Also, there are just far too many people here. Wait time to use equipment is ridiculous.

Great gym - clean, many amenities, and friendly service. But it took three months for them to cancel my membership. Try to pay with a credit card if you can. Be advised there is no pool or basketball court.

Do not have many problems with the gym equipment, the facility is clean, and plenty of equipment opinions but the paper towel dispenser are ALWAYS inoperative which is a huge inconvenience.
Many staff members are welcoming and many are not, it’s quite surprising bc before you are a member they are super helpful & welcoming, once they lock you in and see you around the gym it’s like they never helped you. Management should place emphasis on customer service rather than numbers. A bunch of early entry managers who could use refreshers in customer service. Love the facility but do not love the customer service.
Other than that and besides the consistent paper towel dispensers malfunctioning and occasional sauna closures I would have zero complains about this gym.
**UPDATE**
This location has major issues with their sauna service, the sauna has been closed for close to a month which is a major inconvenience for me. The gym has made mention of patrons who intentionally pour water on the sauna which causes it to malfunction however it has also been said it’s the electrical connection which is a building issue. Either way this ongoing issue makes me change my overall rating of this particular location.

This gym was great at first but since more people have started to join it’s lost what made it special.
First off the crowds are terrible, when this gym hits peak time it’s impossible to find even a treadmill let alone have an effective split day.
Secondly, the culture is very “fend for yourself” as the crowds create incredibly rude people that will steal a machine you are using mid way though your set.
Lastly the sauna in the men’s locker room is always out of order and even when I call the front desk to ask if it’s working they tell me it is, only to get there and it’s been closed for days.
I’m not sure what the point of all this great equipment is if it’s never available, broken, or someone takes it from you mid set. It’s impossible to have a good effective workout here

If you want to go to a gym that feels like high school all over again this is definitely the place for you! The staff seems so rude and stuck up almost. I’ve NEVER been greeted here at the door, they hardly look at you when you come in. I called to ask what time Zumba was because I didn’t have access to my app yet and couldn’t see the class schedule, so I needed to know what time to go in to get my barcode and the girl MARIAH over the phone goes “I don’t know I don’t have it infront of me it’s on your app” with a really nasty tone. I called again to speak to a manager to complain and apparently she was the manager. MIND YOU that was my first impressions of this gym as I have never been here ! I would not recommend coming here. The gym itself is amazing but the staff needs some serious work!

First, I would like to say that it is a great gym to be at. Staff is very friendly and attentive to all needs. I would also like to leave the 5 stars to my personal trainer, Audrey Vaugh. She truly motivated me to meet my goals and took the time to show me how to properly use the machines. I especially like the recovery room🤣. Overall, it's a great gym to come to.

Stay away! I went in for a 7 day free trial and I immediately get sent to sales. The salesmen pretend it doesn't exist and get you to sign up for a membership. READ THE FINE PRINT! Avoid the personal training at all costs!! If you don't cancel in the first 3 days you'll be locked into a 6 month contract. Also you will always get a lower price when you buy the membership online, but once the salesman signs you up in person there's no more getting that low price. Oh yeah and that "only 9.99 a month" is if you pay like 200 dollars up front (I forget the exact number). Later I did the math and the lowest tier membership is only like 10 dollars cheaper per year than the highest tier when considering the upfront costs (again not the exact number). Overall EOS engages in very misleading business practices to maximize profits at all costs.

I love this gym BUT it’s starting to go a little downhill, gameday hasn’t been available on the smart machines, the tv with the rankings has had an update notice for over a month now, the sauna has been broken on and off, many of the paper towel dispensers to wipe machines are broken, they had a movie schedule like once and now it’s never up and they play the same 4 movies everyday in the movie room. Theres also an ungodly amount of teenagers who constantly break the smart machines by hitting the emergency button (which has to restart them basically and makes you unable to log in so you’re forced to use the guest login which is frustrating because your account tracks your progress) I really don’t want to Give up on this gym since its the first one I’ve ever really enjoyed going to but I hope they get back on track with keeping the amenities working and I’m not sure they can do anything about the minors who just mess around in there (definitely a personal annoyance lol) but I hope they see these reviews and can fix the issues they have! $30 a month to deal with all these things is just sucky

Got a 7 day pass they call you to set up an appointment and I missed the call. I called back got transferred then got a machine telling me the line was disconnected. Decided to just walk in at the time gyms are usually not to full 11am. They checked me in and I literally walked in and walked out. This gym has 3-4 person people at each station I felt like I went at 5pm. I asked the people checking guest in at the front if it was always this full they responded with “this is actually a good time it get a lot fuller.” No thanks I’m out. I also didn’t even get a tour they just checked me in and let me figure out where things where myself

While EOS Gym has a cool diversity of members across different ages and fitness levels, the gym is overwhelmingly overpacked at almost every hour of the day. It’s clear that the gym prioritizes selling as many memberships as possible without any regard for the actual quality of the fitness experience for their members. It’s nearly impossible to get sets in on machines or even find space on the floor area. What’s the point of having a gym membership if you can’t actually work out comfortably?
This issue feeds directly into the problems with their personal training program. You’re locked into a four-month contract before you’re allowed to cancel, which would be fine if they actually honored their own cancellation process. Their contract clearly states that you can email or write to Member Services to cancel — but when you do, they tell you they don’t accept cancellations that way and that you have to go to your home gym. That’s a clear breach of their own contract verbiage - someone at EOS needs to get it together.
During my training period (4-month contract), I usually went during non-peak hours (after 8 PM on weekdays and after 11 AM on weekends), but even then, the gym was so packed that my trainer and I were only able to use the machines maybe 3-4 times total. Considering I specifically signed up for training to become comfortable using the gym’s equipment, it felt like a complete waste of time and money. If people are paying extra for personal training, there should be a dedicated area for personal training sessions or a clear gym policy allowing trainers and their clients priority access to machines. It’s unfair and incredibly stressful to have to stand around and wait when you’re paying a premium for a professional session. Especially given the training sessions aren’t very long.
Additionally, when I signed up, Clay (the staff member who sold me the package) failed to disclose that the training sessions were only 30 minutes. He described them as being close to an hour or at least 45 minutes — but when I actually started, the trainer told me sessions were only 30 minutes. That’s a huge misrepresentation of what you’re paying for.
Overall, EOS seems far more concerned about chasing money and growing their numbers than providing a quality fitness experience. Between the mass overcrowding, the shady personal training practices, and the total lack of transparency, it’s simply not worth the money or the hype.

I just wanted to jump on here to say that the girl working the front desk named Stephanie deserves it all! If you walk in here she is always greeting you so nicely, it is very welcoming. Typically all the staff are very welcoming but she in particular goes out of her way to do more than just her job and make it a good experience. Ex. The other day i forgot to charge my phone before the gym and the legit went the lengths of letting me barrow a charger for w bit, and thanks to that gesture i had a great workout and left feeling optimistic the rest of the day. I’ve seen Stephanie literally ring ppl up for items all while managing the line of ppl scanning in AND help someone on the phone simultaneously! Give her a raise NOW

Got assisted by Terry . Very kind and helpful in the process of switching over from active and fit to regular membership . They already had deals going on so that definitely helped in my decision to switching over . Only thing I had wished is a little bit more transparency with breakdown on pricing in the beginning to start . Other than that had a great experience! The glute focused room is great and the class they had was fun

Recently moved to the area and had the gym down the street, it was new and seemed nice. But if you’re there to actually just workout and not waste time on machines it’s a terrible gym.
Horrifically overcrowded all the way up till midnight, and it’s always groups of 5-10 broccoli headed kids that are just messing around or looking at girls. Generally gyms are dead at this time but parents treat this like day care cause of the cheap cost.
Also, your car will get broken into. Was there the other night and a car got broken into right in front of the gym, not even in a back alley or anything. Front and center of the gym where it should be safest. One of the employees cut the music and screamed at the top of his lungs that someone’s car got broken into made way too big of a scene of it. A bit excessive. Then walking out later he’s standing around a group of people laughing at the situation while the guy is outside clearly upset. Heard multiple gym goers say it was his fault cause cars are never safe in that parking lot. Wild. Just isn’t a good vibe for the place.
Equipment and such is good, they are just far beyond capacity at all times, it’s full of unsavory type children, and your car is not safe in the parking lot.

Today, 04/21/25, I went in to dispute a charge on my account. I spoke to Stephanie. Stephanie was knowledgeable and super helpful. Stephanie took the extra time to triple check and confirm that this mistake was fixed and it wouldn’t happen again. While I waited for Stephanie to do this, I saw her greet every customer by name with a smile. Stephanie is amazing and it is evident she contributes to the positive energy every gym needs.

they lie about their personal trainer program and how it works…:they tell u one price then it end up being double the price and very challenging to cancel their membership. you have to jump through hoops in order for u to cancel and you wanna talk to a manager “they’re always on a meeting” will call you back which they don’t: While the facility is brand new and their equipment is new their bathroom facility smell and one of two stalls out of order….DO not sign up for personal training classes.

Highly don’t recommend, we signed up for a membership. I was interested in a personal trainer.. but I wasn’t sure because I have a child on spectrum so it would be hard to commit to my journey when I have to be my child caregiver. Which I told the fitness consultant his last name was Luna. Then Andrew I believe he is manager and a trainer there signed me up but he never mentioned a contract. He stated I can cancel anytime I like. He never presented a contract to me. He stated just sign so I can assign you a trainer. So I received a email of my copy. I went down there yesterday spoke to clay. He lied to my husband about only working there a month.. according to Google reviews people have came into contact with clay before a month. Everyone here lied to my face. Now my hard earned money I get to take care of my child is going to their scam. You can not cancel until your 4 months with a personal trainer is done. They are dishonest, liars and scammers. Don’t fall for their scam. Also it was very unprofessional on their part to not inclose that when you sign up… they stated “we inform you before you sign up” that was not true. I hope cooperate gets involved shuts them down. My husband also asked for higher ups and we couldn’t get that information either. Please be aware of. 🧩
