Excellent teachers and a great variety of classes. The equipment is second to none and it's always clean. EOS even provides cleaning supplies. The bathrooms and the facilities are always clean as well. They even have filtered water. The only thing I would suggest at this time is to include 55 year in up classes such as Gold Zumba, silver sneakers and aqua classes for the older population. EOS would be perfect if they if it would do that.

Its super complicated to cancel your membership - and even if you somehow do manage to do it online - they don’t fully process it (even though on the screen it shows a confirmation message) and still take your money every month. I just noticed it on my bank account, it’s extremely disappointing… i really hope they will handle my case professionally and i’ll be able to get a refund for all these useless months…

I am writing to formally demand immediate action regarding my EOS Fitness membership and personal training services. This matter has dragged on for nearly a year without resolution, despite multiple documented attempts to cancel, pause, or address billing concerns.
I initially signed up for personal training when I became a member in October 2024. After only 3–4 sessions, my trainer left in December 2024. I was told I would be reassigned a new trainer, but that never happened. I followed up multiple times in January 2025—via phone and email, specifically with a staff member named Brandon—to request a reassignment or a pause in training charges until further notice. My outreach was ignored or delayed, and I continued to be charged for services I was not receiving.
In February, after another charge, I followed up again and was told the freeze would be initiated, though no details were provided. I again requested confirmation and reimbursement for unused sessions. Brandon then claimed I had not given enough notice—even though my request was made on January 14, well within a reasonable timeframe.
Despite my continued outreach, charges persisted in March. I again requested to freeze or cancel training services entirely and received no response. I also asked to be connected with the San Clemente PT manager after I began using that location. Again, no follow-up.
I eventually spoke to a trainer manager in San Clemente (possibly Zack), who promised someone would help me use the sessions I'd already paid for. That never happened. At this point, I was working out on my own and no longer interested in personal training.
In July 2025, I moved to San Diego and noticed I was now being charged twice monthly—$88 per charge. I contacted the San Clemente location and spoke to Lucca, who initially seemed helpful but has since failed to follow through. Despite multiple calls and voicemails (on 7/17, 9/4, 9/12, 9/18, 10/7, 10/8, 10/20, and others), I have not received any meaningful response from him or Monique, the district manager he claimed would contact me. I’ve been told repeatedly that someone would follow up—yet no one ever has.
Because EOS Fitness failed to stop these unauthorized charges, I had no choice but to block further payments, which has now resulted in a negative balance in your system and a collections notice affecting my credit. This is unacceptable and entirely avoidable.

Today, October 20, 2025, I noticed yet another $88 charge, along with an additional $102 annual fee. After everything I’ve outlined here, the continued billing is indefensible and borders on predatory behavior.
Let me be extremely clear:
* I am demanding immediate cancellation of my membership and personal training services.
* I expect a full refund of all charges made since my original cancellation request on January 14, 2025.
* I require confirmation that the collections report is withdrawn and my credit is restored.
Your handling of this situation has been unprofessional, negligent, and entirely unacceptable for a company of your size. This issue has gone unresolved for nearly a year. I suggest someone with authority contact me immediately to resolve this before further action is taken.

I had such an amazing experience today at EOS. I accidentally dropped my phone inside the StairMaster in the movie room (total panic moment), but Natalie at the front desk came to the rescue! She was so sweet, patient, and helpful. She actually opened up the machine to get my phone out for me. Natalie went above and beyond and she did it with the kindest attitude. Last week at Eo’s Fitness club of Ladera Ranch around 9 PM, August 28, 2025, an employee of EOS fitness club, whose name, I believe, was “Eric” (The front desk person at 10 PM refused to give his full name to me) approached me in the men’s restroom with disrespect, insult, and threaten me not to shave in that restroom!!!
I told him if this Is club rule show me the rule and I will obey.
I also told him I have been using different Sports Fitness’s in the Los Angeles and Orange County area during past 40 years and I have never been approached ,insulted, and disrespect from any Fitness club employees; to name : Life Time, LA Fitness, and 24 hours fitness clubs which I have been member of .
He has also continued threatening me for seeing me in that restroom in future for shaving!!!!
I found his action insulting, Threatening, and Disrespect to members!!!!!
I believe the management should discipline this employee and take action. Also the general management to oversight shift management for this behavior.

With the local LA Fitness closing, I decided to explore other options and stopped by here. The staff at the front was friendly, but wow—this place was absolutely packed, even at 5:30 a.m. on a weekday. People were waiting around just to use equipment. Personally, I’d rather pay more for a gym that isn’t so crowded; the atmosphere here felt more like a New York subway ride.

That said, if you don’t mind big crowds and have the flexibility to wait for machines, it could be a solid spot for a workout. Just not for me.

I was going through their contract terms and man, they set you up good, they have the most broad liability terms in their contract, You give up almost all claims (even for malfunctioning equipment or slip-and-falls), with only gross negligence or intentional harm carved out, they’ve even buried a clause letting them film you and use your image however they wish for marketing, they also have irrelevant sections to confuse you even further such as cancellation rules for $1,500–$2,500 contracts, childcare waivers, military deployment, club-opening delays, etc. none of which apply to the contract given and It only bloats the contract, making the key terms easy to miss, the cake on top is the annual fee that you get charged vs them advertising a "1$ to enroll " claim with the disclaimer of the annual fee being all the way down to the page in a tiny grey text lol.

GROSS AND UNSANITARY! The bathrooms are disgusting and absolutely unacceptable! I have been coming to this specific location for the past few weeks, and they have never cleaned the showers or floors since I have been here. I spoke with someone at the front desk, and he told me they cleaned them twice a day and checked on them every hour. So I waited in the bathroom for over an hour and they never came in one time to check on them. I know that cleaning sucks guys, but it's part of your duties to keep the place sanitary. Then I spoke with Jacob, the manager, and he assured me that they would be cleaned asap. I mentioned that I would be back in 12 hours to check, and if they weren't clean, I was going to call the city health inspector. Please do your job and don't be lazy.

I've been a member here since you first opened. And I love this gym. My only complaint is that no one monitors the women who wear shoes in the sasona. I know there are 2 signs, but they're not easily identifiable. It wouldn't work much better if you had a sign on the door these women track oil spit garbage from the parking lot into our clean sauna and the heat releases the toxins that we have to breathe. I've been trying to police the situation for years. But fifty percent of the women will not comply and there's no reinforcement of this rule

My perimenopausal girlfriend is training for her first half marathon and she is very… shall we say “particular” in her treadmills of choice at EOS. She discovered one of her two favorites out of commission on 3/12 and they fixed it within a week! Great job EOS! The gym itself is seriously impressive. It’s super clean, doesn’t have that funky gym smell (you know what I mean), and has a really positive vibe. The equipment is top-notch, there’s plenty of space, and the staff are all super friendly and ready to help. The recovery room is a nice bonus too!

When I joined the gym before it open, it had some really good deal and I got a good deal on the premium price. The equipment is really nice but it could use more ropes for tricep pull downs. I think they could put more bench presses and utilize the second floor of the building. The staff that works in the front are really kind and welcoming when you walk in and out of the gym.

The main reason to why I switched is that they are the only gym with 24hrs access.I just wish they didn't have the 10 bucks a month membership because I think that leads to the overcrowding.

I have taken several PT sessions with Domenique. I must say: she is AMAZING! She truly cares about her clients and have helped exceed my fitness goals. The most important thing is that she taught me how to train on my own the proper way and sustain the results! She is a breath of fresh air. I recommend her without hesitation!

My boyfriend, his friend, and his dad went to EOS to work out. My boyfriend and his friend are both 15, while his dad is, of course, an adult. When they arrived, a male employee denied them entry, claiming that no one under 18 could work out there. However, according to EOS’s website, minors aged 13–17 are allowed to work out as long as they are accompanied by a legal guardian. Only those under 18 without a guardian are prohibited.

When they pointed this out to the employee, he insisted that the policy didn’t apply to that specific location. They then asked to speak with a manager to confirm, but the employee claimed the manager wasn’t present and refused to call or text them.

At this point, my boyfriend’s dad had enough and explained that he had a membership with a buddy pass, which should allow both him and my boyfriend to enter. Meanwhile, my boyfriend’s friend—who is also 15—was allowed in without issue because he had his own pass.

This raises several questions:
1. Why couldn’t the employee contact the manager?
2. If my boyfriend had a valid buddy pass, why was he denied entry?
3. Why did the employee claim the official policy didn’t apply to this location when the website clearly states that members aged 13–17 can work out with a guardian?

We have proof of this policy from the website, yet the staff still refused entry. I recommended this gym because it’s clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, but this experience was unnecessarily difficult. The gym itself is great, but it seems like the employees need better training.

Beware of Misleading Sales Tactics at This Gym

I am compelled to write my first-ever review due to a deeply disappointing experience at this gym, which otherwise seemed like a fantastic place with friendly staff and excellent coaches. However, my issue lies squarely with the sales management practices.

After my wife and I signed up under a single account, we were approached about an optional upgrade to our coaching sessions. Initially, I declined this offer. Despite my decision, it seems the gym proceeded without my consent, persuading my wife to sign for the upgrade. When she attempted to cancel, we were misled into believing that a simple signature from me at the gym would resolve the issue.

Upon arrival, I discovered there was no such "cancellation acknowledgement." Instead, the sales manager disclosed that the cancellation wasn't possible as initially promised. It was further frustrating to learn that the upgrade was processed without my authorization, even though the account was registered under my name. This disregard for proper authorization and the subsequent blame placed on us for their internal communication failures is unacceptable.

In the end, after a heated discussion where the sales manager even called me unprofessional, I was coerced into signing a document under false pretenses. During my visit intended for signing what was described as a "cancellation acknowledgement," I glimpsed a price tag on the sales manager’s computer. This led me to confirm whether I was indeed there to sign a cancellation document, only to be told abruptly that no such document existed and cancellation was not an option. I questioned the legitimacy of accepting an upgrade without my authorization, considering the account is under my name. The manager responded with excuses, shifting blame onto my wife and accusing us of not being on the same page.
I further pressed on why I was summoned under the pretense of needing my signature for a cancellation, yet they had managed to process the upgrade behind my back without any consent. I declared my intention to cancel my entire gym membership due to this unprofessionalism. In response, the sales manager labeled me as unprofessional and stated that if I signed, he would then "allow" the cancellation to process, but not for another 30 days. It was revealed that after my wife's signature, they realized the account was in my name, yet they did not rescind the unauthorized upgrade. Instead, they manipulated the situation to secure my signature under deceptive circumstances. Shamefully, I fell for it and signed, a decision I regret deeply. This practice not only undermines trust but also raises serious questions about legality under the California Unfair Competition Law (UCL) and Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).

Prospective members should be wary of the gym's sales tactics and ensure all communications are clear and documented to avoid similar situations.
