This is easily the worst gym I have EVER belonged to in my entire life. Let's start with the cancellation process. You have to call a 3rd Party service just to be able to end your membership and of course they try to convince you to stay instead of just ending the membership. Extremely frustrating and an absolute joke.

Now let's talk about the gym itself. They're too cheap to provide towels in the locker rooms so you have to ask for them upfront. The towels themselves are extremely small and need a major upgrade in quality.

The steam room is way too hot and borderline unusable. And the locker room itself is sub-par for the monthly cost. And the gym closes earlier on Saturday and Sunday despite being marketed as a 24-Hour location.

There are significantly better options out there if you're looking for a clean, accessible gym. Stay clear of Gold's Gym no matter what!

Nice brand new equipment. Gold members only get 14 visits a year which is unreasonable. They created a “platinum “ level for this gym specifically. No other perks other than the new equipment and great location.

Having no pool is a bummer

Have you ever been to a gym that feels like home? Every time I step into this Gold's, I feel so pumped and welcomed to be there!

First, the staff: they're friendly, welcoming, and actually care. When I came to the front desk a few weeks ago with an issue, Evan helped me resolve it very quickly. He was attentive, kind, and patient.

Second, I LOVE the equipment here. I'm mostly on the AstroTurf with dumbbells and KBs, and there's always the right weight and number of them that I need. They're new, well-kept and organized, and feel really good to workout with. The barbells and squat racks are pristine, and I've always been able to find at least one open one, even during busy hours.

Third, the bathrooms are sparkling. Has all you need (lockers, shampoo/body wash, sauna), and are very clean.

Finally, the people who go to this gym are really nice. It can be as social or solo-time as you prefer. Sometimes I go there for a focused, quick lift session; other times I find myself in really sweet conversations with some really supportive people! I love that everyone and anyone can workout here.

Can't beat the location, the 2 hours of free parking, and the overall energy!

So grateful this Gold's exists! If you need a new gym, I'd highly recommend this one! 💪

Great new gym with all new equipment that is buttery smooth. My only gripe is that they advertised other types of amenities (such as boxing), when originally joining the gym, only to find out that it is at a different location.

Not the end of the world, just doesn't align well. Other than that, I cannot complain, it is a great gym.

I joined the Beverly Center Gold’s back when it first opened. The best parts are the modern layout, plenty of equipment, and ample benches for free weights. They also validate parking, which is convenient.

My biggest complaint is the poor sanitation standards. There are only a few cleaning stations, which use those brown, industrial-style scratchy paper towels instead of proper sanitation wipes like other “premium” gyms provide. I’ve also never seen staff wipe down equipment, and guests rarely clean the floors or yoga mats after use - likely because of the lack of adequate sanitation supplies. The hand sanitizer dispensers have been empty for almost a week, despite informing the front desk multiple times.

Another issue is that there’s only one water fountain for the entire gym, and the filter tends to run out quickly. They also frequently run out of towels, and despite being branded as a “premium” gym, the locker rooms lack small amenities that other nearby gyms offer, such as mouthwash, flossers, or combs.

Overall, it’s a good gym, especially for the value - but for a facility marketed as a premium or diamond-level gym, there’s definitely room for improvement

Worst front desk ever, was in the city and wanted to subscribe for three weeks and they told me the best solution is to subscribe and cancel before 26th of the same month to save money instead of paying the 200$ for a month. Now I have been trying to cancel and they are just ignoring me.

On the subscription they told me its easy just when you want to cancel come to the front desk or you can do it through the app or by calling us. Now nothing is working, Can’t do it through App and the front desk said we cant and provided a number for the technical support that supposed to do it. The technical support when called didn’t do anything and they said you have to go to the gym front desk. Everyone is just transferring me the other. Even tried through email but no response.

Be careful if you are planning for a short time subscription.

I’m a regular Gold’s Gym Hollywood member with the “plus one” option. I brought a friend to the new Beverly Center location so he could check it out and maybe get a membership himself. But it turned out that “plus one” doesn’t work there, and we were denied entry. No loyalty to long-term members, no simple courtesy like “this time is fine, but please note it for the future.” Instead, it was just wasted time and a loss of trust.

As many of the other reviews have indicated, front desk staff is not friendly, borderline rude. Firstly, the staff doesn’t greet you upon arrival. I had to say the first word to get his attention.

There was a misunderstanding on how the free pass works - turns out you HAVE to use your free pass on the day you sign up for it. There’s zero indication of that in the free pass email. I gave the front desk feedback about how corporate should update the verbiage to be more clear and the front desk staff was very dismissive “they already know” / “well it doesn’t say you can come whenever”. I know it’s not their fault the email isn’t clear, but it’s not a great experience being dismissed like that. Plus, relaying that feedback to management would help improve the clarity but I guess that’s not a priority.

Additionally, before you can use your free pass, you must talk to a sales rep, so don’t bother coming during peak hours because you will wait 20+ minutes (with zero check ins from front desk about the wait time).

Interactions like this do not make me want to join this gym. I understand people are busy and mishaps happen, but how the staff handles it speaks volumes. Why would I want to come to an establishment where their customer experience is to dismiss, invalidate, and ignore.

When I arrived for the first time my photo was taken and I was told to scan in, that’s it. This is the first gym I’ve joined where no one gave me a brief introduction or walkthrough. The machines are not cleaned and show signs of spillage and sweat. The shower curtains are dirty, the dressing room area was also in beed of an clean and there is nowhere to place your belongings in the shower. The lockers require a padlock, the towels are scratchy, the staff don’t seem very friendly. For a brand new gym that boasted a world class experience I’m really disappointed.

I do not recommend this place. It's suppose to be brand new but isn't worth it whatsoever. The staff is also very unprofessional, especially the GM.

The GM told me he could refund me for the training sessions I bought. Then he started ignoring me. About a week later after 3-4 emails I hear back from him that he won't refund me. I also cancelled my membership and you're forced to pay $80 to cancel which is ridiculous. So I'm out a ton of money because I refuse to go to a gym filled with rude staff that is uncleanly.

- no cleaning supplies
- you have to ask people for towels and wait around for it
- people don't clean up or put their equipment away
- filming everywhere
- several of the trainers are really in appropriate in how they talk to women
- in the entire womens locker room only like 10 lockers have locks - why would you do that if it's a brand new gym?
- equipment is on top of each other
- busy all the time

Overall not worth it at all.

This is one of the shadiest gyms you’ll ever come across. I signed up for their crappy training program that’s so unorganized and unprofessional. They continue to charge me and will not event return my phone calls, my emails to the gm. Zero recognition on any effort I’ve put out. It’s been two weeks since I’ve started and they charged me 3 times and the signed agreement was every two weeks. I haven’t use 1 session. I’ve complained about the lack of professionalism and requested a new trainer and they never even set me up with one, but continue you charge me. I’m so upset! 😡😡😡😡😡

They're like car sales men waiting to get the next shady deal! After this experience I’m stopping my membership immediately and advice you to do the same. There are much better gyms out there! 🤬

I’ve really love this gym. I originally planned to just try it out for a week, but I was hooked after only two visits. Part of the appeal is that it’s a brand-new facility, though I do wonder how things might change once the “new” factor wears off.

Pros

Staff: Everyone is friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the front desk/smoothie bar guy who always greets everyone with so much energy—it makes the place feel so welcoming. I enjoyed my Welcome Workout with their PT, Demetri, and met one of the managers and some of the sales staff, all of whom were great. Most of the team seems to work full-time here, so you get to know familiar faces, which is nice.

Equipment: The machines are top-of-the-line and brand new, with some I’ve never seen before. There’s plenty of variety and multiple duplicates so you rarely wait. It is cable-machine galore in there. Highlights for me include the cardio cinema, the glute-factory, the Atlantis room, and the turf area. The sheer amount of equipment available (including the equipment available for check out) is highly impressive. I'm not a free weight kind of girl, but they have a TON.

Facilities & Amenities: Modern locker rooms, working AC (no musty heat), spacious layout that keeps it from feeling overly crowded, sauna/steam room, towel service, validated parking, and a surprisingly affordable smoothie bar. The gym has a contagious energy—it makes you want to work harder and actually miss it when you’re not there (and I never feel that way).

Cons

Water & Cleanliness: Only one slow water fountain (with a line most of the time) and too few cleaning stations. The spray bottle + paper towel setup isn’t great—wipes would be much better for ease of use and sanitation reasons. Yoga mats are just hung up after use without being cleaned, and there’s no station nearby to sanitize them yourself.

Towel service: The system is clunky. You have to ask for a towel when you check in, and staff help only when they’re free. The body towels are small, rough, and not sauna-friendly (bring your own if you plan to use one there).

Bathrooms: The steam room works but doesn’t smell pleasant (kind of like wet socks—scenting it would help). For the membership price, the bathrooms could use better care products. The sinks are poorly designed, and the showers have flimsy curtains that blow inward with the water on—super frustrating.

Missing features: No pool, whirlpool, or group classes, which are things I really value in a gym.

This last point isn't really the gym's fault, but it's worth mentioning: there are a lot of influencers filming, people who don't clean up after themselves, and a bit of entitlement floating around. Some bathroom cleanliness issues seem to stem from member behavior more than the staff. People don't clean their machines and yoga mats, don't re-rack weights, leave equipment around, film in the bathroom and go into the sauna with their dirty clothes and gym shoes despite signs not to do this, and have full phone conversations while working out. It's something to consider if that kind of environment bothers you.

Despite the cons, I truly love this gym and feel motivated here in a way I never have before. They’re still very new, and trial-and-error is clearly in full swing—I’m hopeful many of these issues will get ironed out as they find their flow.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed at any golds gym. My first time experiencing such horrible discrimination and treatment going to the gym. With my membership at the Hollywood branch, I get a number of visits to the Beverly center and Santa Monica but one of the guys at the front desk refused me and my friend entry solely for the reason that I signed up and pay for my membership through my health insurance. He refused to let my friend in despite them having a free trial pass as well as they were thinking of switching from LA fitness to golds gym. Wish I remember the name of the guy that did this to us.

So happy this gym is finally open!
When it comes to quality equipment, this place easily deserves 10 stars — everything is top-notch and thoughtfully chosen. Also, so much space!!

That said, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because there are a few areas that could use some improvement:

Locker Room Suggestions:
• It would be helpful to have a clock in the locker room, so members don’t always need to check their phones.
• Not a fan of the curtains in the showers — hoping doors will be installed as shown in the mock-up visuals.

Additional Amenities:
• It would be great to see some personal care items available, like Q-tips, mouthwash, and body lotion. (Even Crunch Fitness in WeHo provides these!)
• Please consider adding a eucalyptus spray in the steam room. It’s not only refreshing but also helps with recovery and adds to the overall spa-like vibe.

• Lastly, we would love sanitation wipes rather than paper towels and a spray bottle. In this post-COVID era, we need to make it easier for people to clean equipment. So many are already skipping this. Thank you!

Update 1: the gym has been open for a month, and it appears only the clock added to the locker room was addressed. Also, this gym only has one drinking fountain area. The more you know!

Update 2: dropping a star as no additional wipes have been added - and flu season is around the corner! Also, this gym HAS to get more drinking fountains. Having one fountain is not an option- the water pressure goes so low you can’t take a sip and it takes way longer than it should to fill a bottle. Changing the filter every other day is not a solution. Please fix this!

Stay away. PREDATORY BILLING.
It’s already way too crowded and there’s lines, even at late as 10pm. The Sauna was not hot for 7 of the 7 times I came. Cancelling is an awful racket where they make you call a 3rd party and try to extort the annual fee from you and another month, even if you cancel in only a few days. I’m literally going to have to go to court so I don’t get charged $~140 for a ‘free trial’

Update - Gold’s called me and said they’re going to cancel the charges. Phew. Still, don’t accept any contract unless you’re ready to pay (or deal like I did)!

I wanted to give it 5 stars because it’s beautiful & clean & AC (feels like the only gym in weho / Beverly area with it) but only 8 stair masters?! Come on! There’s about 30ish treads and the stairs are always almost completely full & im looking down at empty treads. Maybe half are taken. I know golds is more of a lifting specific gym, but it does feel like there’s a lot of wasted space where they could have put in a little more cardio. I know some reviews are complaining about the locker room not being clean referring to the towels on the floor, however the clean team are not maids. They shouldn’t have to pick up after us. That’s a mess left after entitled members too lazy to throw their towels in the bin. It’s rude & gross because other members need to use that area and we don’t want to touch your dirty towels. Do better lazy members. We are all sharing this space. The clean team can only do so much. If you pick up after yourself the more time they can actually focus on cleaning important areas 👍🏼

One suggestion. The music from the overhead speakers is very loud. Almost a throwback to the'70s before personal music/headphones. EVERY member arrives wearing headphones or AirPods or similar. We have to blast our own music to drown out the music from the speakers.

Left John reed for this gym, but I’m trying to determine if I regret joining. It’s impossible to find a machine between 5-8pm. (As one Gold’s employee referred to as the “bum rush” lol) Surprisingly difficult before 11am too. If you don’t mind spending a bit more and having slightly less equipment but more room and better vibes, go to JR. In either spot, the staff is great. But here, there’s fewer of them and no one helps re racks careless folks weights and things like that. At JR it feels more like a club and the cleaning/staff is very attentive.

Love this gym so far. The equipment is on par with or even better than equinox in terms of quality and variety. It’s pretty busy but in a way that feels lively and not crowded. I'm mostly pleased with this gym, after waiting many months for it to open. The equipment is great and the clientele is very diverse. My main issue is with the sauna. The sauna was one of the main things that led me to choose this gym and I was happy when I saw how nice it was. The gym does very little to enforce good sauna etiquette, however. Many people are not showering before the sauna and some wear their gym clothes and shoes in the sauna. The lower bench already looks dirty and discolored. People also are on their phones inside the sauna. I hope that the gym can make the sauna rules clearer and make more of an effort to enforce them. Also, there is no clock and there are no sauna timers, so it is hard to know how long you have been in the sauna. That would be a great addition. Most saunas in Europe have sand timers that you flip when you enter so that you can track your time.

★ 3

The equipment is honestly amazing, state of the art, so many squat racks, benches, and copious areas to work out on. If I was rating this place on the workout area alone I'd give 5/5 stars! Not to mention the hours are a lot more accommodating to people who work night shift, it's pretty great! The reason I give 3/5 is for the locker room, not really to the fault of the gym though. The clientele seem very unfamiliar with sauna etiquette and often are wearing dirty shoes into the saunas, placing their shoes directly onto the benches as well as their street clothes. As far as the showers go, there aren't doors but rather curtains which actively harass and caress your body while you take a shower. The shampoo and body wash is cheap in quality, very drying on hair and skin so I would recommend you bring your own stock. With that aside, the value for the membership at the moment is honestly amazing. I recommend going to this gym for the hours, accessibility, and equipment. I don't recommend it for the saunas and showers. Validation covers 2 hours of parking by the way.

Whoever is the owner of this gym has to be the cheapest human being alive. This gyms is packed to the brim every single day, thousands and thousands of members, but they keep all the towels in the front. And ofc most people in the gym come from nearing equinox and are in the pattern of getting there towels after shower so guess what happens.

YOUR TOWELS WILL GET TAKEN while you shower, good luck getting dry and leaving this gym.

Easiest fix ever, just move the towel station in the locker room like every other gym in this price range or your gonna lose members by the day.

I wish I knew this before I signed up, biggest regret wish I stayed at my old gym.

Physically the gym looks good and is filled with new equipment...overall it’s solid but it should & could be great! Right now it’s a 3.9 / 5- with the below changes though this gym could easily be a 4.4+

Why are u closing at 7 on Sat & sun & who is ever going by the masses 1-4am that justifies being open? Adjust all hours 5am-12 am daily.

Towels are absolutely terrible. Very cheap material & arent long enough to cover anyone’s body.

Why are you shutting the gym the lights off at 645pm on weekends? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen & honestly rude. Just make a reminder announcement on the pa that the gym is closing in 15 min. Turning the lights off on a gym full of people handling heavy equipment tho is wild.

Already seeing overcrowding at peak hours please regulate new members so this doesn’t become a big problem as this is only week 3!

Juice bar smoothies should be made like smoothies not coming out like a liquid drink this has happened every single day except 1 so far.

Steam room already broke during week 2 for several days. Come on this is brand new!

Keep up with locker room cleanliness. Every time I’ve been it’s really dirty, used towel bins are always overflowing spilling onto the floor, stalls often out of tp, multiple broken locker doors already, trash left on ground & benches …etc oh & please get a paper towel roll dispenser.

Lastly allow some type of guest for members rather it’s an option to pay a fee or allowed X amount of times a year, Something should be available.

With these changes this gym could be so much better. Right now it’s the shiny new toy with a lot potential & too many little issues that if not addressed asap will easily become big issues.

Rooting for you! I want to love it here right now it’s just a lingering like though. Turning the lights off today led me to writing this review in hopes of helping with constructive criticism.

Overall, it’s a great gym. After the 24 Hour Fitness closed, West Hollywood really needed something like this. It’s super clean, has brand-new equipment, friendly staff, and even offers towels.

I like the clientele too—the higher price seems to keep the atmosphere focused and chill. It’s a great place to get a workout, meet people, and maybe even make a connection.

The only downside is that shower water from the next stall spills into mine, which is a bit annoying. But free parking validation and easy parking more than make up for it.

One thing that I can say is the equipment at this gym is awesome and brand new. The staff at the front are amazing, especially Isaiah Now, the issues start to begin. The manager Horatio seems to pose a nice personality but is not the guy he seems to be. He's an egotistical manager who only cares to sell memberships and doesn't care about the actual gym goers experience. One thing I can say is he's very forceful and tries to get you to lock in horrible rates with his poor marketing and language. He kept insisting I have to buy a membership even though I didn't even try the gym?? I would stay away from him if you're a regular at this gym. Another problem I noticed is the steam room is very dirty despite it being brand new. When I was in the steam room there was a good amount of debris on the floor so I wouldn't be surprised if anyone gets foot fungus. After trying the gym for one day and being harassed by Horatio to buy a membership you'll definitely not see me back there!

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I knew this gym was going to be a great fit. Parking is super convenient, with direct access right into the building—no long walks or hassle, which I really appreciated.
As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and great energy. They were friendly, down-to-earth, and not pushy or overly salesy like you sometimes find at other gyms. It immediately set a welcoming, positive tone.
The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. All the weights are neatly organized and easy to find, which makes jumping into your workout smooth and stress-free. There’s also a generous number of treadmills and cardio machines, so you never feel like you’re stuck waiting for someone to finish up.
One of my favorite features is the juice bar. Whether you’re wrapping up a tough session or just looking for something refreshing, the smoothies are fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot.
The locker rooms are another highlight. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the showers are surprisingly well built modern, fresh, and clearly maintained with care. It’s nice to be able to clean up in a space that feels just as professional and comfortable as the gym itself.
Overall, Gold’s Gym strikes the perfect balance between high-quality amenities and a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere. From the easy parking and well-organized equipment to the great people and post-workout smoothies, it’s definitely a place I’m proud to be part of.

I would say the space is great and equipment quality exceeds expectations (long wait for this place to open)

What keeps me from rating this any higher is the realization that this location doesn’t offer guest access. Very shocking that a brand new location that boasts high quality equipment and a central high patron area doesn’t allow at least one guest to join members for a workout. (DTLA and other locations even allow guests)

I also signed up in 2024, but our patience was rewarded! This gym is AWESOME. I’m coming from planet fitness and wanted to up my game surrounded by more serious trainers. Plus I got tired of seeing PF-goers living in the locker rooms, eating meals in the showers, ankle monitors/parole officer duos, etc. Gold’s is a no-brainer update for a better gym experience.

I have been here twice: Saturday of opening week 10 am, and Wednesday at 10pm.

My observations/impressions:

Saturday morning was BUSY but there’s no chance of having to wait for a machine, as there are tons of machines in this giant space. The treadmills are high tech and have streaming services on them!

All the staff is FRIENDLY and beyond helpful to answer all my orientation questions. This beats other gyms I’ve been to where they seem inconvenienced by your even asking.

Population is about 90% male. Maybe I should have known that going in; all my friends replied with “duh.”

Make sure you have noise-canceling headphones because the music is BLASTING, and I don’t exactly want to be lifting to Sabrina Carpenter…

Some fans/moving air would be nice in those pocket corners where the central HVAC isn’t ducted. It’s a cool and weird space, so I dig it, but it’s hotter.

Needs more equipment cleaning towel stations (I’m told they’re actively working on that).

And the smoothies are SO GOOD. I had the Hunky Monkey. It’s a meal. Good portion sizes and you earn points on purchases.

🙌💪

It's a great gym. Nice mix of men and women but mostly men, if that matters. There are lots of machines spaced out across the floor and multiples types of the same machine, which is great. The crowd can be a little flashy but the exceptionally nice staff make up for that and it feels less intimidating as a result. I probably wish there were towels in the locker rooms rather than behind the desk as sometimes the floor is wet etc and there is an unanticipated need for an extra towel, but other than that, its a great deal.

Honestly I was a little skeptical after all of the delays and everything but now that it’s open this gym is probably the best one I’ve ever been to. The staff are all great the people are friendly and the equipment is more than I could’ve hoped for.

My only two small points of feedback would be more cleaning stations as there are some areas without any and have the stationary bikes be a little more secure to the ground as they can be wobbly when the speed picks up.

Overall great job guys I’m happy to be a member at this amazing facility!

I mean the constant delays were awful and the generic updates even worse but the gym itself is incredibly nice.

Really the only negative will be if unsavory activity in the locker room is allowed and with it being a 24 hour gym in the neighborhood that it’s in is inevitable.

Sparkling facilities, genuinely friendly staff, and happy members make this gym an inviting oasis to escape the daily grind.

While there are no cardio classes or areas to jump rope in, I’m glad they didn’t waste the space.

Instead, there’s very ample room for machines and free weights (I think there was something like 8 squat racks).

I just kind of wish they didn’t devote so much space for that large turf area in the middle of the gym and instead put even more machine and weights, but who knows, maybe enough people will actually use it.

But the best part is that it’s within walking distance from my place in Beverly Hills.

Congrats to the owner and managers on a job well done (in an area much-needed).

Update: I went to the grand opening day and I really love the space. Yes it was a really really long wait but I like that this is close to home, and open 24 hours during the week. I work night shifts and I can come in and exercise when I have time. I literally did not have that option since pre-COVID.

Constructive feedback: I wish there were q-tips like at crunch, conditioner for hair, and better blow dryers. We are paying for a more premium membership so that should be figured in.

Place signs on the steam room and sauna doors asking people not to dump water on the sensors. They are very fragile and break easily as evidenced by the two units misbehaving today.

Old post- Still awaiting the opening of the gym. Everyone was told July 14th would be it. A message was sent out saying the date has been delayed. Another message was sent out saying that the gym would be open by 11AM tomorrow. I highly doubt it. Feel conned out of a deposit. I could have gotten a Gold's Gym Hollywood membership for $20 through my work program. This is messed up.

FINAL UPDATE: They are now open and fully functional. It definitely is one of the nicer Gold’s Gym locations I’ve been to. Besides all the mishaps with the opening, I do think it looks like a decent gym at first glance. I have additionally confirmed with one of the employees that it’s open 24 hours M-F.

UPDATE: Still not open. Do not become a member until they are open and fully functional. I’ve been coming here for the past two days thinking it was going to open on July 14th. They told me they pushed the opening to July 15th, and I show up again today just to hear that they’re still deciding on a new opening date.

They also changed their hours of operation. It’s now 10am to 8pm M-F. What are working people supposed to do with a gym that opens that late and closes that early?

They started the pre-sale to upgrade your membership so that you can access this facility in the beginning of the year, but they keep postponing the opening date. At this point, it’s preposterous.

Initial feedback:
-Recommend some more ready wet wipes everywhere; already noticed everyone was skipping wiping after a long cardio session. (I saw where they were and cleaned up after myself, but didn’t look like other people were concerned to do that themselves) Paper towels and spray bottles in a few locations really deters people from cleaning up after themselves.

-Add “no photography” signs on all bathroom mirrors; I took a shower and already THREE people within 10minutes were taking selfies while people were changing in the background. I see that there was a small sign in the locker room, but apparently people don’t care if there is a someone naked in the background of their selfie.

-Add a no gym shoes/clothes sign in large font on sauna; everyone was wearing gym shoes inside the sauna….. Even though there is a sign saying to shower before, I was the only person that did.

-Hair conditioner would be nice, it is hard to feel good post workout with only shampoo.

-It would be nice to have a section to use the mats besides the turf area; the turf area is soft and sometimes having a firm spot for a mat is better for yoga stretches.

-I have been long awaiting the opening and it would have been nice to get a notice of a firm date, so I can align it when I quit my other gym membership.

POSITIVES:
-Alot of equipment
-Huge turf area
-Easy to park

Finally open — and totally worth the wait!

The new Gold’s Gym is amazing. The staff is friendly, the facility looks fantastic, and you can tell a lot of effort went into making it right.

To those who left negative reviews before the club even opened, that was unfair. Many of us were aware that the delays were due to city permit issues, which are pretty common for new businesses. A little research goes a long way.

Now that it’s open, I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. Solid energy, great equipment, and a team that really cares

The opening date continues to change by the day and hour because Gold's Gym is misleading the public to purchase presale membership. There is a timer clock on their website stating that the public has 2 days left to lock in their presale rate as of today, 7/15/2025. I fell for this misleading marketing tactic (I signed up for the presale in June 2025) because this timer clock keep changing the presale deadline.

What a joke. Checked the website 2 days ago and yesterday and it said the grand opening was today, July 14th. Just went to the front door and it says it’s still closed due to permit issues. I’ve known that, but to say the grand opening was today and myself and other people went to then see it was closed. This place has already been delayed MANY times and it’s getting so frustrating having to constantly play the waiting game where we don’t even have a real opening. To also let everyone know so last minute there’s another delay is a joke. I’m hoping I can do an update on this review when this gym finally does open in 2080.
