a recent incident was very disappointing. My iPhone was taken from a bench near the dumbbells. When I asked staff to review camera footage, they were dismissive at first and only checked after I repeatedly asked. Their attitude was unprofessional and they showed little concern—laughing and joking during the situation.
With so many cameras in the gym, I expected better support and a clear procedure to help members when theft occurs. I hope management improves staff training and takes member safety more seriously.

I've been going to this gym for almost 4 months now.

So far, the gym is well maintained, trying their best to keep everything clean and working. Fortunately, the staff I interacted with are nice and did their best to help.

What made me give a 3 star was when I got a charged $100+ that went through my bank but wasn't in their system and wasn't in my billing history on my acc in the EOS website. Staff were informed, tried their best but with not much progress. I went to calling customer service/support with also not knowing what the charges were.

Ended up calling my bank and disputing this random charges not knowing what it was. It's either they're hiding something to get some money out of you without knowing or they're being hacked.

I'm probably not the only one experiencing this so, please check your bank transactions and see if it matches your gym payments.

Honestly, the equipment itself isn’t bad — when it actually works. But half the time something’s broken, and it stays that way for weeks. The place is constantly overcrowded no matter what time you go, which makes getting a decent workout nearly impossible. The staff is okay at best, but they don’t seem interested in keeping things running smoothly or managing the chaos. Between the crowds, broken machines, and overall lack of care, this is easily one of the worst gyms around.

I originally started my fitness journey with EOS about two years ago at the Redlands club. Unfortunately, my last visit there left me disappointed due to poor customer service, which had me second-guessing my membership. However, after recently moving back to Moreno Valley and switching to the Moreno Valley EOS, I can confidently say this club has completely renewed my faith in EOS Fitness!

This location is phenomenal — truly leagues ahead of the Redlands club in every aspect. The locker room is spotless, the lockers are uniform and in perfect working order (unlike the old, mismatched ones I was used to), and the entire space feels modern and well-maintained.

The workout equipment is next-level! The machines feature touch-screen interfaces and smart systems that make workouts smooth and engaging — it honestly feels futuristic compared to what I’ve used before. The outdoor “backyard” workout area is another huge plus, offering plenty of space, free weights, and even punching bags. The natural airflow and peaceful atmosphere (no loud music blaring) make it a unique and refreshing place to train.

Even the showers and sauna are exceptional — clean, spacious, and fully functional. The showers have perfect water pressure and temperature control, and the sauna is large, relaxing, and even has strong Wi-Fi reception (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!).

From start to finish, my experience at this location was outstanding. The front desk staff, especially Brandon, were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their positive attitude set the tone for the entire visit.

Overall, the Moreno Valley EOS Fitness is top-tier — modern, clean, and truly customer-focused. This club is the reason I remain a loyal EOS member, and I can confidently say I won’t be going back to the Redlands club anytime soon. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a state-of-the-art gym experience! 💪🏽🔥

I have been a member for 3 months now, it has everything you are looking for in a gym. Its always clean, staff is friendly, has evey piece of equipment you can think of. The only down side is that it is extremely pack from the hours of 5pm thru 11pm, and I mean PACKED, that's a huge window. If you love machines and want to work out during those hours be prepared to wait. Other than that it seems like everyone there is focused on working out and not all obnoxious with taking pictures and recording themselves, although there is some of that, but minimal.

To start off, the gym is great. Great machines. Love the movie room. It's just always so packed. And it's always packed with people who are wanting to be seen rather than actually work out. That's the annoying part.

Besides it being a great gym, recently I made the unfortunate decision to end my membership because of some financial difficulties. And like most business models that you pay monthly for, EOS makes it hard as hell to actually cancel your membership because of course they do. If it was easy to cancel your membership, they couldn't make free money off of you when you inevitably forget about the membership and get continuously charged for months. And I found out first hand how hard it is to cancel the membership.

So initially I went online to try and cancel my membership. This was the first issue. Going to the EOS site and clicking on my account, you'll be taken to a login screen for Planet Fitness. Strange right? Even more strange? EOS and Planet Fitness aren't the same company. However both gyms as well as Fitness 19 use the same company to handle their Fitness software, a company called ABC Fitness. This is an important detail and you will see why soon.

Seeing that I wasn't going to get anywhere with canceling my membership that way, I decided to reach out to EOS directly to cancel it. This was another roadblock. First, I called them. At least I attempted to. The one red flag that showed me that I probably wasn't going to get anywhere going this route was this location's phone number. This EOS has a 909 phone number listed online as it's contact number. Why would a Riverside county business have a number with an area code that predominately for San Bernardino County? When calling the number I also noticed that it was listed for Upland. But none of that ultimately mattered. I found after calling the number that it routes to, you guessed it, ABC Fitness. Worse yet getting someone in customer service means you're speaking to someone in the Philippines which is annoying as there's a language barrier with non-native English speakers.

My final step was trying to reach out online again. So I went back to the EOS website and found the "contact us" section. I filled out my info and stated that I was just simply trying to cancel my membership. I got a thank you message and that someone would reach out soon. This was on 9/15. It wasn't until 9/21 that I get a response. I received an email from someone named Jesus Ramos which, according to his email signature, is a "Member Experience Manager" for this EOS location. HIs exact words from the email:

"Hello Lawrence,

I am reaching out on regards to an inquiry you made about cancelling your membership here at EoS Fitness. Whenever you get the chance, it is better we resolve this in person. Reason being is because we have to waive some fees in order to get your account up to date so we can move forward with the cancellation. Thank you and God bless."

The first thing that stood out to me was him wanting me to come in. Why? Knowing how pushy people at gyms can be to keep you from canceling, this really came across as nothing more than a tactic to get me there in person so they could try and talk me out of canceling the membership. I didn't want to be bothered with that. I was also out of town at the time, so I replied:

"It would seem that if some fees need to be waived that can be done without me there right? If you could just do that and cancel the membership I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!"

Again, this was on 9/21. As of this writing, I still haven't received a response. But I've still been getting emails and calls about my membership payment. So they can ignore my request to cancel my membership but still bother me about paying for said membership that should have been canceled weeks ago? It makes no sense. But again, it's all purposely set up this way to keep you from canceling. And because of this, I won't be back to EOS and whenever they get around to canceling my membership, I won't ever join again.

I came here Tuesday and tried to join in this gym membership, Tony talked to me and said I can got swimming training Thursday evening at 18:30. So I came this Thursday on time and planned to pay . But Tony was not here. Someone else served me and I paid for joining this company. I asked them where is my trainer for swimming ？they said there is no , the trainer no here . I tried to ask for help , no body care about me . All of the staff talking and laughing there in front of the desk. I asked for cancel my membership and refund my membership. They said they did . But when I got home , I saw my membership is still active. I worrying about they gonna keep charging me month by month . It is so dangerous here. They cheat you and lied. I will call my bank to help me . Cuz here no body care the customers. Too terrible and dangerous. You can’t feel any safety and comfortable here. I try to call them, they never answer the phone .
Now I wanna put 2 stars instead of 1 star. Cuz I talked to Tony Tuesday,and he resolved my issue , cancel my membership and refund my credit back. If you guys not charge me next month, I will put three stars then. Your company should make every one like Tony work seriously and not cheat and lie to the customers!

Let me start by saying if I could give this gym negative Stars I would. This gym is always disgusting. The staff cannot keep up on the cleanliness. The clientele that patronizes to this gym are disrespectful and dirty. On top of that it is such a busy gym that you will never be able to get your full workout in before trying to get off to your work day. People are allowed to socialize by the equipment while not even using the equipment therefore you cannot finish your workout. I joined and went for 3 months a most frustrating time for me. Ended up buying a home gym for my garage. When canceling my membership after they billed my final month. Then they billed me a whole extra month before canceling my account. STORY TIME

The Only Reason Why I’m Giving This EOS Location A 2 Star & Being Nice About It Is Because It Is A Nice Gym & Very Big, Other Than That I’m Turned Off By This Location & What I Experienced On Wednesday 10/9/24 At Around 10-11pm Ish.

Me & My Fiancé Walked In & Checked In & This Is The Third Night I’ve Walked In At Around This Time & No One Is Up At The Front.
One Of The Nights We Came & The Girl Who Was Suppose To Be At The Front Desk Inside Was Outside Telling People “Have A Good Night” While Talking To The Security Guard In His Car.
So We Walk In & I Proceed To Go Straight To The Restroom & Get Myself Set Up To Go In The Sauna & Out Of No Where Another Young Lady Points At The Biggest Dressing Room Stall & Says “Look She’s Seizing!”. The Lady Next To Me & Myself & Several Other Ladies In The Restroom Run To Look & See There Is A Lady Seizing On The Floor In That Stall.
We All Freaked Out But I Decided To Run To The Front Desk & Find Someone Who Was Working & Ask Them For Help & Tell Them Whats Going On. No One Was Around !
I Looked In The Pool Area Through The Glass, Peaked In The Managers Office, & Looked Outside & Couldn’t Find One EOS Worker ! By That Time A Couple Other Ladies Were In The Front Looking For Someone As Well & One Of Them Was On The Phone With 911.
I Decided To Wait Outside For A Paramedic Or Whoever Was Called. The Firefighers Ended Up Coming & They Came Very Quickly & I Directed Them To The Restroom & Told Them Whats Happening.
As I Enter The Scene With Them, I See What Appears To Be A “Worker” Near The Lady Having A Seizure & At This Point I Had No Idea That Girl Was A EOS Worker & On Her Shift ! The Ladies Told Me When I Came Back Into The Restroom That The Worker Was Being Rude To Them & Got Mad At One Of The Girls For Helping. This “Worker” Had An Attitude, Was Not Properly Dressed For Work In My Opinion, & Didn’t Even Clean Up After The Incident Occurred & The Lady Was Removed By The Firefighters In A Stretcher.
I Later Went Back In The Restroom To Use The Sauna After The Lady Was Removed & The Firefighters Left & Saw That The Stall That The Lady Had A Seizure In Was Dirty & Had Medical Supplies Laying Around But I Thought The “Worker” Girl Was Most Likely Going To Come Back & Clean It. It Is Now 12:30 & A Friend Of Mine Who Comes Late To Workout At This Gym As Well Sends Me A Message With Pictures Saying “Girl I Just Came To The Gym & Look What I Saw In The Stall” (The Same Stall The Lady Had A Seizure In) & Send Me Pictures Of The Floor With Blood In Certain Areas & Medical Supplies Left Behind By The Firefighters. There Was Also A Couple Pieces Of Clothing Left Behind In That Stall & A Inflatable Looking Blanket I Think Used To Help The Lady Who Was Seizing But My Friend Didn’t Take Pictures Of That, I Actually Saw It Myself When I Went Back In The Restroom To Use The Sauna. My Friend Sent Me These Pictures While I Was In The Recovery Room & When I Came Out The “Worker” Who’s In Regular Clothes & Looks Like A Customer & You Wouldn’t Be Able To Differentiate Her From A Customer Or A Worker & She Is At The Front Desk Talking To A Guy. When I Left She Was Then Talking To Yet Another Guy At The Front Desk. She’s A Heavier Set Girl Wearing White Light Colored Leggings & A Black Sweater. My Friend Told Me Over Txt That She Went Up To This Worker And Asked Her If She Was Going To Clean Up That Stall Because Theirs Blood In That Stall & It’s Not Safe For Others To Be Exposed To Bodily Fluid. My Friend Is In School To Be A Nurse So She Knows What She’s Talking About, The Worker Said To My Friend She Was Going To But When I Left She Was Still In The Front Talking To A Guy. This Place Needs To Do Better. I Have Come In Multiple Times On Different Days/Times & Not Only See No One In The Front But See Lousy Workers & Trainers With Attitudes & Poor Customer Service. Sad Because This Place Is New, Big, & Has Potential But It’s Ruined By Workers And Their Lack Of Working, Being Available, & Just Being Kind. If She Has Time To Flirt & Talk To Guys Then She Has Time To Work & Do Her Job.

Moises and some of the other staff like David, Frankie, Jose have all made me feel so welcome and they check to see how my personal training is going. The biggest shout out goes to my trainer Merrill who listened to what my personal training goals are and has been focusing exactly on those goals. He motivates me, makes my training fun but also makes sure I’m feeling good to workout. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer, I highly recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer. I've recently started coming to the EOS gym in Moreno Valley because I have classes nearby, and it’s been a great experience so far. From my first visit, I was welcomed by an employee named China, who was incredibly sweet and cheerful. I was struggling with the leg press machine, and not only did she help me figure it out, but she also took the time to show me proper body mechanics, which I really appreciated.

I’ve now visited four times, and every time I see her, she greets me with the same bright smile and positive attitude. The overall vibe of this location is great — the gym is clean, well-organized, and the equipment is always available without long wait times. People here are focused on their workouts and respectful of others' space and time on machines.

Compared to the EOS in Jurupa, this location feels more efficiently managed. The staff in Moreno Valley are engaged, welcoming, and helpful without being pushy about personal training packages. I really enjoy the laid-back and supportive environment here. Highly recommend this location!

Amazing helpful staff. Came in with a fresh severe injury and walked out almost 100 especially in the way I felt being on vacation visiting friends, saying, “ow” practically the entire way to the gym. I couldn’t even tie my shoes guys. I knew I just had to get there to get help. Coach Merrill was off the charts with his assistance. He deserves a raise for this alone. The place is kind of dirty, and it’s frustrating that they still haven’t fixed the water fountain—it’s been out of order for months. You’d expect better maintenance, especially since the place is always packed and clearly making money. Another issue is that the movie is almost never playing, which is really disappointing.

Love coming to EOS but something more needs to be address when grown women are taking pictures in the locker room. It's an invasion of privacy for those changing. It might not mean anything to some girls, but that should really be enforced. Or find an alternative for people to pose in front of a mirror outside of where people change. Im all for progress pictures and getting your pump pictures but please be better and EOS please make bigger signs. This has already been said multiple times in person too. Im sure I'm not the only one feeling this way but maybe one of the few to speak up.

It was dope at first, but over time you can start seeing the neglect. Sauna is disgusting. From the looks of it, it hasn't been cleaned in a while. You can start seeing the mold growing in and outside of it. Very disappointed. All that money they making and can't keep it clean.

This is an update to my review…I love this gym But the clock in the sauna still has been out of battery for over 1 month now. So far no experience running out of towels & the water faucet is nasty looking.!! Very frustrating. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

I have been to this EOS since opening and it is surely been going downhill ever since. The price of the membership and equipment available is well worth the many and I mean, MANY annoying aspects of this gym.

-Air filter for projector(in the movie room) not being cleaned for at least 2 months now. small annoyance but honestly, give me a ladder and I'll do it for you at this point.
-No joke, almost half of the paper towel dispensers don't work or are not refilled. To their credit, at least they leave whole rolls on top of them sometimes......
-For the past couple of months, we have also only had one working water dispenser.
-Faucets/toilets randomly out of order sometimes
-The movie playing in the movie room will LITERALLY be on the DVD menu for up to hours at a time. Especially worse during the weekdays. How difficult is it for staff to set a timer for a movie THAT DOESN'T CHANGE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. Set a timer once and reset! Problem solved.
-Machines constantly broken which to be fair, isn't the staffs/gyms fault. It's usually teenagers or ego lifters, but like many reviews have mentioned..it can be AWHILE for machines to be maintained or even just fixed.

With all this being said, the staff are usually, very friendly and inviting. It does feel nice walking in and being greeted with positivity before a workout.

Side note: Filming from "influencers" is just an issue in every gym at this point, but it would be nice to have a gym that has a strict no filming policy.

I was so excited when EoS came to the Inland Empire! I signed up before the doors opened and went to work. After the first few visits, not so excited anymore. On the positive side, there are a ton of squat racks. On the negative side, if you don’t squat, you will never be able to use the equipment you want. Either long lines because of members on their phones or broken equipment. What can I say about the staff?? If you are a size zero, you will fit right in. If not, then you are not welcome, just ask the “mean squad” working the front desk. Will be waiting for another gym to be excited about.

Great amount of dumbbells and benches. Great amount of cardio machines. Great atmosphere... However, very dirty and disorganized. The men's bathroom is always dirty. The outside workout area was super dusty and dirty. Never see anyone cleaning or picking up. Where's the leadership?

I’ve been a fan of EOS Fitness for a while now — been to the locations in Winchester and on this Moreno Valley location, and they’re both solid. Clean facilities, updated equipment, and an overall positive gym environment that honestly puts places like LA Fitness and Planet Fitness to shame.

That said, coming from Hemet/San Jacinto, it’s quite a drive — around 30 to 40 minutes just to get to the nearest EOS. It would be amazing to have a location here locally. There’s a growing number of people in this area, especially with all the new housing developments popping up in San Jacinto. A lot of us are transplants from San Diego and LA too, and we know the value of a well-run gym like EOS.

This area is ready for it. The demand is here. We just need EOS to bring the gains home.

I went in with big expectations and was ready to sign a membership. The lady at the front desk was full of energy. I loved her encouraging phrases she was giving everyone who walked in. David came, and we sat at a table. He took my information and asked me all types of questions to determine what I'm looking for. Then, another guy came to go over plans and pricing. He was so nice , he showed me around and explained lots of things to me. I got more interested and happy to do this. We went over pricing and deals, and I agreed on a deal he offered. Then David came back to sign my membership. The deal was I paid $20 for the first month and 2 training sessions, and then $24.99 a month, and I have the choice to cancel training if I don't like it. David got so upset and said, " I can't do that." David was so rude ! He was so arrogant right from the beginning. He made me feel he's doing this just for a job, no enthusiasm, none whatsoever! I was not happy with how things changed within minutes. That was 2 hrs. waste of my time. I got up and started heading out. I saw the other guy on my way out, who gave me the deal. And I said to him , "Isn't that what we discussed?" And he said"yes". I told him ,"David didn't honor that what a waste of time !" And I left.
David lost my membership over the difference of $30 (he wanted me to pay $49.99 instead of $20). I could've paid the extra $30 , but to me, it was a matter of principle, and it was David's attitude and arrogance that made me get up and leave . What a shame to have someone like David make a decision like that!! And what a waste of time ! I advise anyone coming to sign up to either avoid David or go to another gym and save your time.

I needed to cancel due to distance and a few issues with my trainer not making appt on schedule, not contacting back on app or through phone call. Made cancelation online April, was still charged and issues reported . 5 phone calls stating that manager or district manager would contact me. No call til this day . Still charged and no resolution on top of me recovering from major pelvic surgery. Horrible service!

I haven't been to a gym in years, and its nice . There was a bump in the road & can't figure it out . I purchased a special before the gym opened up & it was 20 Dollars +, were i can go to other gyms & bring a guest . Didn't really want to join but my son kept asking me to go so I did . I'm recovering from a surgery so all I really want was to rehab & do some cardio with my wife . It's a few times maybe 6 thatI've been working out & the last time they even asked my wife for her tel # and took her picture & ask me she's your guest right & i reply yes & that was it . On the 9th of May I took my neighbor & said excuse us but your guest can't come in you don't have that plan . I was confused we sat down and they looked it up & now it's 17.99 a little cheaper but I can't bring a guest in . 1 said we'll since i can't bring a guest in will just pay for the 9.99 & go to the other EOS were my wife goes to, they said ok but were going to charge you for down grating 50 bucks & i had just paid 69 dollars a few weeks ago and now I have to pay additional 50 bucks & i said no thank you & cancel my membership. Not really disappointed maybe it was just not ment to be.

THEY HAVE BUGS! I took a shower after swimming and a COCKROACH crawled into my wet clothes! My partner also experienced something similar when a PINCHER BUG crawled on him while he was working out on the bike machine ( ALL ON THE SAME DAY) For the amount we pay every moth you would think they would keep the area clean!
