I called again and the man gave my my agreement number then told me to call another number back, it was a hospital phone number for Medicare. EOS Murrieta Hot Springs gym gets my 5 star rating. It’s clean with lots of parking spaces. The front desk people are friendly and helpful, especially Girlie.
All their equipment is clean and the staff keeps on top of any repairs needed asap.
I enjoy the classes offered. And love the hot stone sauna.
I want to give shout-out to Stephanie, my trainer. She is positive and energetic, she helps you achieve your goals and yes, she’ll give you those words needed when you fall short!
I highly recommend EOS on Murrieta Hot Springs, you will not be disappointed.
Wait, one more comment, if you want an awesome spin class and you want to laugh a lot with her great energy, take Carol’s spin class. She is absolutely the best!
It’s March 26th, 2025 and I want to include more insight why I feel, if you are looking for an awesome gym to join, this EOS is the best in our valley. The staff listens to your input about any concerns or equipment. The staff is not putting you off, with their cell phones or their own conversations. It’s truly you that the staff wants to welcome and encourage to get the best workout. I totally respect how tge staff takes time to clean the gym.
Again, Stephanie is the best trainer and will help you get the results you want, she is a straight shooter when you fall short and I need that honesty !

I went to EoS for a low cost type of gym I was paying more than I wanted to at another big chain. I was surprised to see that EoS had much more equimpment than the big chain that I left. As a Truck Driver I had alternated between the low cost but ubiquitous gyms for availability. EoS does not have that level of penetration througout the U.S. but if you want a great local gym at a rock bottom price. This is the place.

Of you're looking for a mix of old school bodybuilding with some new school this is the place. Apparently it was an old Gold's gym before so some of the equipment is still here. They don't have all the newer features of the new EōS locations have like massage chairs, but they do have the theater & sauna. The layout has an upstairs along with some small rooms for a more private workout. I'm only here visiting for the weekend & glad this location is here. The staff have all been friendly 👍🏼

Here's what folks need to know if they are thinking about having a trainer for their teenager. Phillip(don't know his last name. ) the trainer with the anime haircut. Sorry Phillip, I couldn't help myself.. sorry.
First , he's very dedicated to the needs and help the teenager needs. He recently started helping my friends son(work cut out for him) and has been nothing but encouraging, devoted plus he goes ABOVE and BEYOND for him. He does everything he can to keep them motivated. He does his best to accommodate the patents schedule the best he can.
Phillip, thank you for all you are doing for Aaron. Not giving up on him, encouraging him , making training fun, enjoyable is all one can ask in the beginning. I can't wait to see Aaron's transformation.

Absolutely love EOS. Started my partnership with them in April and so far I’m blown away by the positive experience. Nothing is ever perfect. We always have to leave room for people to make mistakes but overall the service at this location has been amazing. Tonight we are here with Andrea Landeros (Asst. general manager), and she has been helping us combine previous individual accounts my daughter and I had into a family plan. All of the same benefits and offers to each member but now I’m going to save $50 a month from my daughter and I setting up separate accounts. We had over a dozen questions before we finalized the new agreements and Andrea was full of information to put our minds at ease. Additionally we have referred (5) members which has won us ONE YEAR OF FREE SERVICES. Try it and ask for Andrea by name I promise you won’t be disappointed. Blessings =)

I’ve been on such a roller coaster ride with my mental health and one key factor to my wellness is effective exercise. Miranda modifies each session to target my weak spots and together we have established both short term and long term goals for my fitness. If I could give this gym negative starts , I would. Originally I thought this would be a great club to join since the price was right the amenities were decent and the staff seemed okay. That perception changed quickly.

When I first went to sign up , I figured it was going to be an easy process. However , it took over an hour and a half and lots of upselling before I could finally just sign up. The thing that they would continue to upsell was the personal fitness sessions. I must've said "No" at least 4 or 5 times to it before I finally agreed based on the condition that it would be $19 and I could cancel if I didn't like it. Also, because after being seated and talking to them for over 30 minutes and me constantly declining personal fitness , I felt that they would not let me leave until I agreed.

The first day was supposed to be the start of my personal fitness and I couldn't go because I got extremely sick. I called to cancel my session and they didn't say anything in regards to it.

Today. I called and decided to cancel all of my personal fitness because I was not able to attend due to me being sick. Jared Burton, was the person who took my call and he told me that I was only allowed to cancel within the initial 5 days. Keep in mind this was never told to me in person while I was signing up. Not once. When I asked him where this was mentioned he said it was in the signed documents that were emailed to me. Documents that were never once shown to me on the computer they were signing me up on.

It was then I let Jared know that I will just cancel all payments from my bank and he retorted by threatening me with sending me to collections. It was then I asked to cancel my trial membership because I would never want to step into a gym were their members are treated like this and he stated that since I had a personal fitness agreement for 6 months, I would not be able to cancel my gym membership either.

To sum it up. This is by far the most unprofessional gym I have ever signed up for and Jared being a manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come into contact with. DO NOT JOIN.

Great staff, great atmosphere, never too crowded even during rush hours. Tons of equipment to hit every muscle group. 2 hack squat machines, which having at least one let alone two to be pretty rare at other gyms. Facilities pretty clean and maintained. Dry Sauna almost always in perfect working order unless someone messed with it. Even then, downtime usually pretty short. Everyone who goes to the gym here, at least in my experience, has a great attitude and I’ve never witnessed any conflicts between gym goers.

3/27 Update
This gym is great! I typically stick with weight training and cardio but my trainer Stephanie suggested I try some of the exercise classes included in my membership.
I’m now incorporating ‘Stretch & Mobility’ and ‘Core’. They’re tough but I’m getting better and I’ve noticed such a difference in how I feel! Another shout out to Stephanie for knowing what I needed and encouraging me to try something new! There is SO much this gym offers for such a reasonable price.

I’ve been a member of this gym for over 6 years and it always feels like ‘home’. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and sincere in making sure their clients are taken care of like family. I’ve been coming to EōS Fitness in Murrieta regularly, and I have to say, this location stands out! The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and enthusiasm, which sets a great tone for my workouts.

The gym itself is pretty clean, and I always see Deion and Girlie in the mornings re-racking weights and cleaning whenever they can. It’s clear that they take pride in keeping the space organized, which makes a huge difference.

One of my favorite things about this location is the Kids Club. It’s actually one of the main reasons I come here—because my kids love it! When your own kids are the ones dragging you out of the house just to go to the gym, you know the staff is doing an amazing job. It’s reassuring to know they’re in good hands while I get my workout in. OUR WHOLE FAM LOVES THE KIDS CLUB STAFF!!

EoS Fitness Center in Murrieta is a great gym. It is very welcoming and they have a lot of equipment at the gym. The people at the front desk are always very friendly & helpful.

When I joined EoS I decided to work with a personal trainer, because I had never joined a gym before and I really didn’t know how to use the equipment. The personal trainer that I work with is Stephanie T. and she is fantastic. She is always willing to help me out. Plus she always makes sure that I am doing things correctly on the machines.

I really enjoy the group fitness classes. They also offer a good variety of classes. All of the group instructors are great! However, I really enjoy the classes with Kiley Alvarado, Jordan Hill (she occasionally fills in) , Sabrina Phillips(she occasionally fills in and Carol S.

When I first started at the fitness center, it really did intimidate me, but now I truly enjoy going there and I think it is because of the great staff!!

I have been training with Philip since January and he is the best! He is very thorough with the work out program and nutrition plan. He explains the workouts very thoroughly and goes into detail about safety to prevent injury. He always checks in to make sure I am completing the workouts on my non training days. 10 out of 10 recommend Philip.

Been going to this gym a little over a month now and I love it. All the gym floor employees are great. Whenever I take my motorcycle to go to the gym; Rena, Judy, Malena, Andrea (srry if I butchered ur name) and other staff I haven’t formally greeted are there to hold on to my helmet and wish me a good workout. The community feels tight. The gym is not too big, so you see familiar faces often. And I love how social and cheerful the staff are. They’re not mean mugging you at the door when you come in or out.

This gym and their staff are good at making a gym feel professional, but in a way that keeps it from feeling intimidating.
