This place is a joke! Disappointed at the staff, it’s been an ongoing problem I have had trying to cancel my membership. I was informed by Hector that it would cancelled and that he had notated my account due to the wrong information (my family member enrolled me to their account it was a “promotion add a family member for $1 Isaiah assisted boy did he lie! ) Turns out he made a separate account and I was never initially added to my family member but made a whole new one which was not explained nor what I wanted to begin with. I have been informed several times in person that I would receive a follow up phone call and it never happened and I’m still getting charged till this date.

My son moved from AZ to Central CA and there are not any EOS facilities in the area. We have been trying to cancel his membership since June. We’d think it was canceled and then we’d find out we were “behind” with late fees, would pay it and try again to cancel with no luck. Finally after 5 months, spoke to Catherine at EOS in Redlands looked into it and she took care of it, getting it straightened out, making sure the cancellation went through. I would recommend Catherine and her team at the Redlands location.

I just wanted to point out what an outstanding employee Taliah is, every morning she greets me with a big smile. Also, she is the ONLY employee I have ever seen at EOS who is constantly working. When no customers are at the front desk she is cleaning fingerprints off windows, dusting chairs and countertops, arranging snacks and so on. She deserves an immediate raise and promotion! This water fountain has been flashing for a new filter for almost a year now, the other one doesn't have cold water. Mold on the Jacuzzi edge, not sure when the water was last changed but it's not supposed to sting your eyes. Yes it's $10 a month and I don't mind that it gets busy here but these things need to be fixed they're a health hazard.

I’ve been going to EOS Fitness for 2 years and, up until today, I’ve had a great experience. The General Manager, Armando, has always been professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Cameron, one of the personal trainers, is also amazing — friendly, inviting, and a great representation of what customer service should look like.

That said, my experience at the front desk today was completely unacceptable. I approached the sample table near the entrance, trying to ask a simple question about which supplement was the pre-workout. I was less than five feet from the front desk and made several clear attempts to get the attention of the three employees standing there — two women and one man. I said “excuse me,” “hey,” even “yo” loud enough for anyone to hear — and I was blatantly ignored. The male employee even made eye contact with me multiple times and still didn’t say a word.

After being disregarded for about a minute, I walked directly to the desk and called them out for ignoring me. The male employee — no name tag, looked like a Great Value Wesley Snipes — finally came over with a clear attitude, sighed, and said, “that’s the pre-workout, that’s the after-workout, ask these staff members if you have more questions,” like I was bothering him by simply asking for help. When I called out his behavior, specifically about how I was trying to get their attention , he didn’t apologize. He just walked away, completely dismissive.

This is not the standard I expect from a place I’ve supported for years. It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unvalued as a member.

Thankfully, I spoke to Armando right after, and he handled it with professionalism and sincerity. He assured me the issue would be addressed — and I believe he will take action. If I see real accountability and change, I’m open to updating or removing this review. But as of now, this experience was unacceptable and needs to be taken seriously.

Recently I visited the gym to see how I would like it. I was greeted very warmly by Taliah at the front desk. She has a huge smile and is very warm and inviting. She gave me some really helpful tips to get back into fitness, showed me photos and different apps that can help me keep track of my meals. This by far the worst EOS I have ever been too. Some of the shower dont work. Some of the locker door are off. For a good while some of the bathrooms toilets were out of service! It's a dirty gym. I pay for towel service and 3 times already there where no towels available to use. The staff is great, but the fact that this gym has been not kept up with maintenance. Some of the tile in the showers are crack. The roof leaks when it rains. How is this gym even still able to be open. I have been to Ladera Ranch, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Whittier, San Clemente, Oceanside, Riverside and Palm Springs. They are kept up to date and not as dirty as this. This gym makes me want to get a refund for my towel and gym membership. The worst EOS I have even been too. Even worse than the Santa Ana location.

I have to say I was skeptical about signing up for the gym again because of my health conditions and personal insecurities but when jai reached out to me he was incredibly professional and sensitive to my needs, being a dual diagnosis psychiatrist I really felt that from him and not him trying to get a sale he was honestly and truly caring for my boundaries, mental and physical well being and that was my ultimate decision to come in and add a trainer to my journey back to good health physically, mentally and getting this brain tumor removed so i can get back to my career and continue my purpose like jai. He was amazing I would love to have him train my patients when i go back in my career he is definitely a blessing to EOS fitness & thank you so much for creating a safe space for people like me who suffer on a day to day with their disability & who want to get back up and EOS created a way thank you jai!! Can’t wait for my first workout with my trainer ☺️

I canceled my membership months ago and they wont stop asking for money. I have talked 3 separate times on the phone and they are still trying to get money out of me. I love coming to this gym. Always clean and plenty of available machines. However it does get crowded, even at 9am. Best time to go is Saturday and Sunday NIGHTS. Not a lot of folks working on during weekend evenings. But 24 hours so there's plenty of opportunity to workout.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent phone interaction my wife had with one of your managers. During the call, the manager was noticeably rude and responded in a sarcastic manner, which we found to be highly unprofessional—especially from someone in a leadership position.

As customers, we believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. Had I been on the call myself, I would have addressed the behavior immediately.

I strongly recommend that this manager receive additional training in customer service and communication, both over the phone and in person. Professionalism and respect should be a standard for all customer interactions.

RYAN.MORRISON-GRAVENBERG- has to be the worst "manager" we had one conversation that I thought went well. I did what he instructed me to do in order to cancel the membership, and yet we are still being charged. I have made several email attempts to reach him, and also cc'd Gabriel. I never received kick back so they were delivered. I have called the club and he never returns calls and just always happens to be on lunch when I call at all different times maybe I just have horrible timing, but I doubt it. Not to mention when I do call which only has been about 3-4 times in over a month the staff is extremely rude and the first hello. When I first contacted them I was impressed how Ryan handled it, but it was clearly to get off the call and never truly resolve the issue. I know most gyms are hard to cancel, BUT eos is just a photo op gym with horrible customer service.

I was shocked by how filthy the restrooms were. The floors were sticky, the sinks looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, and worst of all no toilet paper in any of the stalls. It’s unacceptable to neglect basic hygiene and supplies, especially in a public facility. This reflects poorly on management and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Please prioritize cleanliness and restocking essentials. Visitors deserve better.

Great place. Always clean. I have not seen equipment marked out of service. Only issue is the same issue as every other gym, crowded. Have to go late at night to get easy access to certain equipment.
