Since I’ve lived in Riverside, I’ve had a couple of gym memberships. However, this gym specifically this location, is great! They have so much equipment and everything is well maintained. I got about a 2 months going to eos at first was kinda skeptical about hitting a newer/bigger gym. Since I didn’t know how to really work out but I walked in and the staff was really welcoming. Cool people till this day. I recommend the personal trainers if you don’t know any workout routines or just want to get more knowledge on workouts, supplement, diets. Ask for Miguel Vazquez he knows solid wokouts! Since I started I notice the difference in my physic. Cool dude too welcoming curtious and always motivating and pushing you to do better.

I been thinking of switching gyms so I came to this location twice already but they tell me their system is down. How can I check out the gym if you keep telling me the system is down. What's funny is that they say instead I can go online and pay for 2 weeks, so that's the same way I signed up for the 7 days, why doesn't it work but if you pay it does? Funny

I just joined this gym today. It's an intimate gym that has lots of extras and everything you might need. Soleyma was very knowledgeable and helped me create an account on the app, showed me how to use it, and gave me an in-depth tour of the gym explaining everything in detail and answering any questions I had with kindness. She made me feel like my business was welcomed and appreciated. She is a great front person and I would definitely ask for her for EVERYTHING!

Overall at first my experience was good. No complaints about the gym machine. My biggest problem is I signed up for a personal trainer. Somewhere down the line they have really poor communication. I never got called back to set up my appointment I had to call and bug and I even went in person. Said they were busy. So I called when working out and they helped me over the phone so I was lied to. I need clarification since I received two emails with two different start times. At this point I’m annoyed because I feel like I should be calling and bugging to schedule. I feel as fast as they were to take my info for payment they should do for making appointments. Better communication is needed . I really regret signing up for a personal trainer. Wish I just stayed with the normal gym membership.

I’ve been coming to EOS Alessandro for some time and the experience has been amazing every time! The gym itself is fine. I went to this location because I am part of a third-party company that allows you to use multiple various gems in the area for one set price. The sales person Christian was told this at the very beginning. No intention to upgrade no intentions to do any of that because of this program that I use. It was a very lengthy sales pitch to upgrade, which was annoying because I stated from the beginning that that was not my intention. But what really bothered me was the amount of solicitation Afterwards. The amount of phone calls and the excessive amount of emails. Please do not share an email that you use regularly with these people because you will be inundated with 3 to 4 emails per day. I used a email that I don’t check regularly. It’s sort of a junk email for me for this purpose. But if I had actually given them a real email address, I would have been I rate at the amount of emails they sent. I am turned off from ever wanting to use this gym solely because of their excessive solicitation.

The cold plunge is really great after a hard work out. I has helped me in many ways. For example it has helped with my muscle soreness, sleep at night, and reduces my anxiety and depression. It's nice to get in the cardio in the movie theater as well.

Fought a case about Personal training for 4 months. My fiance lost 500 dollars due to poor communication and predatory tactics. Their salesmen are dangerous. It’s a nice gym but it’s run horribly. Do yourself a favor and pick a less crowded gym that actually cares about its customers.

Terrible terrible !!! Stay away. Use predatory tactics to force you to sign up for personal training. Then don’t tell you to cancel within 5 days and you’re locked in for 4 months. I have a serious concern about the unethical, deceptive information given to my son to join your gym. My college-aged son, who was only in town in Riverside/SoCal for two months for an internship, was repeatedly assured by a staff at the Riverside branch that he was able to join the gym on a month to month basis for two months without any obligation for an annual membership. When he called to cancel today, he was told he would be charged the annual membership fee to cancel. He was told that he was unable to cancel his membership without paying this amount, and he was told to speak to the manager if he had an issue with that.

My husband and my son contacted the branch manager, Isaiah, only to have him accuse my son of misunderstanding what was communicated to him by that staff. My son did not misunderstand; he was misled. He would not have joined if he knew he was on the hook for the annual membership fee as he was only in town for 2 months. Then, we received a charge of $92 from the gym, and we aren't sure what that was for as that was not the correct amount for the monthly dues.
Then, in the next few days, the gym tried to charge $400 on his debit card.

Please be warned of unethical practices!!! I would not want anyone to be our situation right now. I also didn't realize there are so many negative yelp reviews on similar situations from this gym. Please check out the yelp reviews before you join!!

Amazing atmosphere and staff kind, helpful, and not overly pushy but very approachable regarding almost anything. Absolutely obsessed with their classes mainly Zumba and mixxed fit.

I want to admit since this location opened I thought I would be lazy and cop out on going to the gym. But with their amenities like the cinema and egym I find myself coming regularly. I’ve been really impressed with EOS Fitness! The amenities are what keep me coming back, the massage chairs are the perfect way to wind down after a tough workout. The whole place is always clean and fresh, never musty or stuffy like some other gyms I’ve tried. You can tell they really take pride in keeping the environment comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Mathias, he’s always super helpful, friendly, and makes the place feel even more welcoming.

This is my first time in a commercial gym in about 5 years and I’m very pleased with how well kept this gym is. Every time i enter in the gym, I’m greeted with a Goodmorning and whenever i leave it’s “Have a great day” love that ! Thank you Mathias and the rest of the front desk team !!

West is a dope trainer , hence why his schedule is jammed packed with clients ! He always shows up for his clients and gives me the extra push needed !

This is the most awesome gym around! Not only does it have all the latest equipment for traditional, functional and cardio exercises, but it has recovery adminities. Cryo chairs, compression boots with recliners, massage guns, and massage chairs. The even have infrared saunas and a cold plunge. One of the cleanest and spacious gyms in riverside. As a new gym I would think everything would be working but the sauna in the men’s room has been out of service for about a month. Hopefully response time on equipment improves but it’s a decent gym. The 24 hours is a major plus.
