The front desk Manager; Efain, is the best! Give that man a raise! Get communication and listened to me and my concerns… he followed up to made sure everything was handled. Not many managers out there have this level of customer service. You should have him train your other employees and give him a raise! He is great!

On another note, the PT manager, Jonathan ,should be re trained on how to talk to people and canceling, he should have better communication- doesn’t return calls.

Awful experience. Managwr positions are given to 18 to 20 year old with no experience. Lauren in kids club is awful she has been charging our account even though we cancelled and left to a a WAY better gym with friendlier staff. For goodness sakes just get the payments right and stop charging people like me who you already have been trying to charge even after we cancelled our membership. This gym is a scam go elsewhere.

The gains speak for themselves. I've been a member here since I was 15, and I'm now 21. The staff is always friendly, and there's a real family-like atmosphere. However, if you're approaching middle age or are even a millennial, this probably isn't the gym for you. The demographic is definitely younger.

I received a free week pass online because I wasn’t sure if I wanted a membership at EOS or Fitness 19. When I went there, I was told that I had a membership back in 2018 so they couldn’t honor the free pass. I explained that I never did, maybe I had a free pass back then but never went. Either way, I felt like that’s really petty and poor customer service. It did help me to make my decision to go with Fitness 19.

Going through gym sales pitches are a nightmare usually & usually cringy. But the sales Angel was the exact opposite. Dude always had a smile on his face, easy to talk to with great dude skills, didn't have that fake vibe which come with most gym salesman, he wasn't salesy, listened do what I need & was looking for, he threw me 3 options & not something I didn't need.
I not only signed myself up but I signed my son up. Angel IS exactly how the gym sells process should be. Well done Angel, I enjoyed the process & will tell others about you.

This gym is amazing. I belong to 3 gyms and this one is by far the cleanest and most energizing gym i have ever belonged to.
Kennedy Rodda in the kids club is one of the friendliest and most caring human beings i have ever met. My kids absolutely love seeing Kennedy which allows me to work out stress free.
Also, Wyatt, Ester and Jerimi at the front desk are amazing employees and always greet me by name. I love their energy!

Great club overall with super amazing staff. However, they make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel your membership. I walked up to the front desk hoping to get it done then and there, but they instead gave me a piece of paper with directions on how to cancel online (which I followed but the instructions weren’t accurate). So I had to call a customer service line instead to get it done.

Aliya is an incredible personal trainer and I highly recommend her! She will push you to the perfect level while respecting your limits and where you’re at. She is motivating, encouraging, reliable, knowledgeable, and funny. I’ve had several personal trainers in the past and Aliya is by far the best. She makes me sweat, she makes me laugh, and she always knows exactly what to say to keep me moving. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and cannot recommend her enough. If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent, Aliya is your gal! All you have to do is show up and I promise she’ll convince you to do the rest, and somehow find a way to put a smile on your face while doing it.

I’ve been coming to EOS for almost a year. It’s been extremely positive. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Efrain has been especially amazing. He signed me and my kids up. He took the time to make sure my kids were familiar with the space and answered all of their questions. He also always welcomes us. The kids club staff are also great and the space is clean.

The gym is nice. Friendly staff. The problem, because it's so cheap, it's insanely packed!!!! I get here around 4. Most gyms don't get busy till about 6, but not this one. They have great equipment, but you will be waiting to use the equipment. You can't superset here, because there is somebody always waiting for you to get off. There is literally a line of people next to the leg extension machines. Good luck on the cable x-over pulleys because there is literally about 20 people in that area doing tricep pushdowns or waiting to do tricep pushdowns. You'll never get on. More than half the people are there to socialize, not workout. I am assuming because school is out so they go here to hang out? It's literally like going to a club on Friday/Saturday night. I've been to powerhouse, equinox, golds, 24, esporta, la fitness, crunch etc...from LA to SD, and this one gets the cake. PACKED!!! Seeing all the comments about equipment broken, because the equipment has millions of hours of use on them due to the mega crowds, that they can't keep up with maintenance

There is an LA Fitness and Fitness 19 within a 3 mile radius or so. Does anyone know if these places get packed around 4? It sucks that all 12 of my sets for chest, back, shoulders, and legs have to be dedicated to 1 piece of equipment. I don't want to sit around and waste time with a 3 hour workout vs 1. Maybe i can go later at night? Does it get any better? This gym is literally to small for the amount of members. It's way over max cap, if they have one.

Another thing. Why does the staff allow it's members to workout in slippers lol? I have never seen a gym allow this. They also mislead you on their fees. They hit you with a yearly annual fee to make up for their $10/month, like a credit card company. I can't see how people can even fathom paying the higher tier membership because it doesn't change the mega crowds. It's insane!!!

As visitors from Florida, we were very excited to discover a newly opened, well equipped EoS to attend while on vacation for two weeks.

I was engaged a trainer for two sessions who put me through a grueling kettle-bell routine that I'll never forget and will use again when I get home. He happened to be a professional football player on rehab who really knew his stuff.

Mt wife attended a brand new fitness class called Fitness Unchained that we don't have in Florida. It's a small class set up with about 10 stations of various apparatus and equipment that you rotate through, all under the watchful eye of an engaged instructor. My wife, who's 67, found it extremely challenging, but loved it. She also did the Water-Fit glass in their gigantic pool which unexpectedly tested her calves to the limit.

I’d been observing Charles’s skills as a personal trainer for a year— and had even introduced myself to get a feel for his personality —before I signed up. He always seemed upbeat and engaged when working with his clients, challenging them in a variety of ways. He was also very personable when I met him.
I knew that he was the trainer for me, and I was not disappointed!
I’d shared that I was intimidated by some of the machines and Charles has made me much more confident.
As a former educator, something that I appreciated was how Charles patiently modeled exercises and even worked out alongside me. He ensured that my form was correct and challenged me with consistent progressive overload…all while cheering me on and cracking me up with laughter (even when it hurt!).
Training with Charles has been such a rich learning experience—and valuable investment in my health journey!

2, amended below , this is accounting for this being the best amenity gym I’ve seen across multiple states. Far too many novice lifters inventing new movements on the limited equipment designed for compound lifts. Hopefully they raise the price so members can go and know they’re not wasting their time getting to the gym just to have no equipment available for use.

Dropped in for a week and felt Like I was at LAX during holiday travel.
Over crowded. Bathrooms floors are always wet. Equipment is spread all over the gym and never together or not working properly. A week pass is $30 but you can join for a month for $10. Not worth the money. Maybe if you just want to spend $10 a month and it motivates you to move than yes. But if you train and are using this as a drop in try somewhere else.

Maddy the operations manager treated me like absolute trash. She tried to lie and say that I can’t cancel my membership because of past due balances for personal training. Which is objectively untrue and illegal. She said if I don’t pay my past due personal training balance I won’t be able to workout using my membership and that I will keep getting charged for that membership until my debit card expires. She has zero empathy for a member that has been coming since this gym opened and has donated a $600 piece of equipment to the gym. This is how y’all do business and I won’t be apart of it anymore. My heart is torn as I have loved this gym and it’s people for years. Jon the fitness manager is a caring soul who tried to help. But I won’t be returning.

Worst EOS I’ve been to. Came in at 11pm and I have to believe they were understaffed. Nobody was at the front desk to greet us or make sure we even had memberships. Second thing I noticed was the pool looked gross. Greenish hue and visibly dirty. On the walk to the restrooms did not see the hydromassage chairs other locations have. I’m not sure if they’re just not labeled or they don’t have them here at all. The bathrooms were so bad almost every single stall had tp or toilet liners on the ground. Every single shower stall was dirty. Clumps of hair on the floors, grimey walls.. every single one. We had to walk out to go to another location. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. Idk if we just went at a bad time for this location specifically cause other locations are pretty good as far as cleanliness. On our way out we did see two staff members sitting on the desks in front chatting away.

Horrible Customer Service: I attempted to suspend my membership due to my work and was told to wait for the manager to process it, which was not an issue. After 45 minutes, I was informed that she was in a meeting and to leave my information with proof of why I was suspending my membership. The assistant manager did not want to help but told the workers I could email the Manager with my request and letter. Why didn't they just tell me that from the beginning? Customer service here has always been the worst. I do not recommend this gym; it's overcrowded with old equipment from the previous gym. The restrooms are never clean; they always smell and have trash everywhere. In the EOS in Texas, they had a cleaner every few hours, and managers would check.

Enrolling is easy, but canceling is a nightmare. I canceled both my son's and my membership on January 17th, yet here we are on March 14th, and I'm still receiving calls about a payment due because they didn’t process the cancellation correctly. Now, they claim I owe them $260. I’ll be visiting the store on Monday to sort this out, but seriously, this should not take this long.

To make matters worse, when I signed up, I informed them that we were moving and only planned to use the gym for about 1.5 months. Despite this, they still charged me both the annual fee and the monthly fee for the time we used. Extremely frustrating experience!" I will update this Review on Monday wish me luck.

I really enjoy working out at this gym! The facilities are well maintained, and I’m very satisfied with the amenities. So much machines are broken constantly and they are not quick to repair at all. Some machines have been down for A MONTH, with seemingly simple repairs (broken gym pins for the weight, this was on the bicep curl machine). Typically 1 or 2 machines or cables are broke every time I show up.

The crowds are terrible, typically past 11:00AM to 10:00PM the gym is SLAMMED. You are going to have to go very early or very late if you want any chance at beating the crowds.

Additionally, the gym has done promotions where they have people leave 5 star reviews on the google page (this one) where in return they give you a EoS T shirt. Kinda scummy.

My trainer Charles is a former marine corps drill sergeant and you’d think that would be intimidating and scary but he trains with heart and compassion. He makes training with him fun and entertaining. I’m not someone who likes to work out at all but he is motivating and encouraging. He’s dependable and never flakes or reschedules like other trainers I’ve had. It’s all about accountability and he keeps me coming back. Keep up the great work Charles…what time is it? GAME TIME!

I Have enjoyed my experience here at the Temecula EOS Fitness gym. All the staff is very welcoming and observant of all members and guests. I especially like the physical training program here. My new coach, Cynthia is an amazing coach. I feel very comfortable working with her. Though she has a different coaching style from what I am used to it is just as effective. She always tests my limits and makes sure that I know the proper form to execute each exercise movement. I really like my workout sessions with Coach Cynthia, and would recommend her as a coach to family and friend.

Lucas is a stellar trainer whose friendly and encouraging demeanor make him a wonderful person to work with.

I went in planning on purchasing personal training and was met with genuine enthusiasm. The entire sign up process went smoothly with no pressure or upsell. Lucas made sure to discuss goals and set realistic expectations.

I have been training with him 3X a week for 5 weeks now and have seen a massive improvement in my health and fitness. He is the friendliest and most approachable person in the gym but the entire staff is also very friendly and encouraging.

I feel confident that I will reach my desired goals and will likely renew my 4 month training contract when it comes to completion. I have full faith that Lucas will help me reach the goals I have never been able to obtain alone.

I great place to workout and meet people. I’ve been a member now for four years. Went through Covid and having to workout side. I really have no complaints. There’s a towel service and plenty of cardio classes. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I recently changed gyms for one reason. I had a membership with EOS in the year 2023. I cancelled on May 2023 but they are still charging me $9.99. From May 2023 to Sep. 2024 thats 17 months. The total charges are $170!!! I called and they said that my accounts officially was cancelled on May 2025 so what are these charges for?!?!

I like the place although I haven’t had the opportunity to fully use all the options they offer with my new membership like the pool, sauna, spin classes, rowers, outdoor work out area or media cardio room (!) not their fault though. I am most impressed by 2 things - 1. the care & time the staff put in to the dispute resolution process, additionally the care given by other local EoS teams in Oceanside as well as the leadership in Arizona. 2. The Personal Training (PT) team leadership (especially Jon) and trainer Jose who showed great respect and compassion for why PT was not my best option currently; they still showed up positive, prepared and knowledgeable until a decision was made. I was impressed with their dedication and personable approach.
Once things resolve for me personally, I know I will enjoy this gym. Each time I’ve visited, it has been clean and filled with great energy.
I’ve been a member of good gyms & bad ones, probably like everyone has - what has always made a difference for me is staff- the team members I’ve met locally, regionally and at corporate at EoS have exampled a positive standard in practice not typical of most gyms. Very satisfied, overall.

If I could put ZERO stars or negative I would. This gym is terrible. I have so many complaints. First of all they market their membership as a certain amount per month which but sometimes they’ll take out $80 or more for some fee that they don’t mention probably put in their terms and conditions but who reads that. I canceled my membership and paid all my fees. But THREE times they said that I didn’t pay it and tried putting my account in to collections. So I’ve wasted my time 3 times trying to prove that I paid everything already which is a waste of my time. Also I signed up for myself and they said I signed up for two accounts and that I have kids that are in their kids club or whatever but I do not have kids. Also it smells terrible in there. Their pool is dirty and sweaty people go in there after working out. Also their sauna is never hot so you have to stay in for a while to get a good sweat. Anyways I will NEVER do business with EOS again and I think everyone should avoid them as well.

I love this gym! Specifically EōS fitness in Temecula. They have great classes with awesome instructors, and I'm getting personal training from Jared- who is a beast 💪🏽. Regrettably, my experience at EOS Temecula, particularly with the personal training staff, fell short of expectations. Enthusiastically, I signed up for personal training, eager for the transformation it promised. However, my excitement was quickly dampened when my trainer failed to show up for our first session. Subsequently, I received a message claiming they weren't informed. Despite providing my availability upon signup, I was asked to reiterate my preferred days and times, only to find they didn't align with the trainer's schedule. Frustrated by the lack of coordination, I made the difficult decision to terminate both my membership and training sessions.

Attempting to cancel proved to be an ordeal, as my calls went nowhere, and assistance was elusive. Even after successfully canceling my membership, I found myself continuously billed for personal training sessions I never received. This recurring charge persisted for months until, after persistent efforts, I managed to connect with someone who could halt the charges.

Despite rectifying the ongoing charges, the refusal to refund me for sessions never conducted only compounds my disappointment with the entire ordeal.

I’m a little upset that EOS is going in a different direction and taking the basketball courts out of all the new upcoming gyms and also the ones that they are currently upgrading. I feel like this avenue is limiting the progression of a lot of gyms and also limits the consumer. Going forward, I think these changes will affect the company’s p&l, but also the image they set forth in the beginning. Overall, nice gym but put basketball courts back in the gyms!
