Walking into this gym always puts me in a good mood, and a big part of that is because of Patty and Kiarra at the front desk. They greet you like you just walked into the most high-end, exclusive gym in town—warm, welcoming, and always with a smile. They make you feel like you belong here from the moment you step in.

And the cleanliness? Let’s just say when you walk into the men’s bathroom and catch that Maestro Limpio scent, you KNOW some hardworking Mexican moms must be behind that sparkle. 😂 It reminds me of my own mom’s cleaning standards—fresh, spotless, and unmistakably familiar.

I switched gym homes recently and been really impressed with EOS! They have updated equipment and everything feels brand new. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until you walk out. On top of that, the gym is extra clean and well-maintained, which makes working out there a great experience. You can tell they really care about their members and just overall the environment is top tier. It gets a little crowded around 6-8pm but it’s worth being treated great in my opinion. They have fully stocked nutritional drinks and towels for rent if you forget yours. Highly recommend =)

1 star is too much to generously give. Let’s start with the extra fees that are charged! Every month I get charged late fees and have to go back and forth proving money was in my account & available when they withdrew it. Not to mention, they cancelled my membership without my permission and then played dumb when they were questioned as to why they did. Lastly the gym is always packed from morning to night! Do yourself a favor and go the down the hill to LA Fitness or Planet Fitness, the amenities they offer are great when you can actually get on a machine or go to a class! I usually try to be a consumer that sees the good in everything but for the last 6 plus months EOS is not where it’s at!
They have added a layer of stress and unnecessary micromanaging to my life!

I had high hopes when I signed up for a membership at Winchester EOS, but my experience has unfortunately been quite disappointing. Shortly after signing up, I realized that the facility did not have daycare services, which prompted me to cancel my membership just a couple of hours later. I spoke with the front desk staff who assured me that my cancellation was processed and that I would receive a confirmation email.

However a month later, I found myself still being charged. After numerous attempts to resolve the situation, I reached out to the assistant manager, who instructed me to email her to finalize the cancellation. Despite following her guidance, the charges persisted, leading me to contact the operations manager. I was taken aback when he questioned my integrity, implying that I never called to cancel the membership “showing proof”.

Throughout this process, I was repeatedly told by various staff members that my cancellation was noted in their system, yet the operations manager claimed otherwise, stating there was no record of all my calls and never was annotated. This inconsistency has left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer.

While I did receive a response from their financial department abc fitness indicating that they would look into the matter and halt the charges, the overall experience has been far from unprofessional. My advice to anyone considering a membership here is to ensure you document every conversation and obtain the names and emails of anyone you speak with regarding cancellations. Clear communication is essential, as my experience has shown that misunderstandings can easily occur.

I hope my feedback helps improve the service at Winchester location so that future members do not have to navigate similar challenges.

My husband phoned to get information about the Gym. Carlos said he had a list of questions he needed to go through with my husband first. My husband explained he would he happy to go through his list but could he answer his questions first. Carlos said no and told my husband to have a good day, then hung up on him. Who are these people and how are they still in business? My husband just wanted to ask about the pool. Ever been told to shut up, when you call a business with a couple of simple questions? I started going to this gym about a year ago, quality here has gone down significantly since then. Seems to be really bad management. Equipment is broken often, missing clips on cables. Bathroom is filthy, doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in months from the level of grime. Sauna smells and is dirty, people go in there with their shoes and the maintenance workers don’t clean, so it’s beyond caked in dirt and sweat. Abandoned car in the very front row in front of the main entrance. Crazy nobody has done anything about that, it’s been there ever since I returned home about a month ago. Managers have a pretty good gig - looks like they’re getting paid without working.

Do NOT get a personal trainer from eos gym. It is NOT worth the price. My personal trainer constantly cancelled on me for my training sessions and when I complained they simply gave me a new trainer however I had already paid for 2 months of training and got ABSOLUTELY NO results because the trainer wasn't consistent, and when I emailed the manger on this matter, NO ONE ever contacted me! I also cancelled the contract online, like I was told to do, but the contract was not cancelled. Also they say that you're paying for four months of training but actually charge you for four months and two weeks. So that's an extra $420 dollars! So unless you want to waste your money, get NO results and then not be able to cancel, DO NOT hire a personal trainer from eos, they DO NOT care about customer service.

This is hands down the best EOS Fitness location in the Temecula–Murrieta area! 💪
First of all, they have way more equipment here than in the other two clubs. The gym itself is new, spacious, and modern — you can tell it was built recently.
The locker room is the nicest and most comfortable I’ve seen, and also the most spacious. Big bonus — there’s a sauna right inside the locker room

Never ever been a gym person, but this gym open next to my house, decided to join. I was impressed by the quality and quantity of the machines and by the sauna, recovery room and much more, but the most impressive part is the customers service. Yazan top notch service. When i tried to apply with this Eos fitness, they tried to recommend to me use Personal Train. But i told the guy who tried to told me go with personal train, but i told them i hadn’t have time and I’m so lazy to do it, but he still tried to recommend with me even 3-4 times. I hadn’t tried any day with personal train yet, but it’s okay i didn’t asked for refund, but July,02 and July,16th they keep auto charge me 92$ for Personal Train even i didn’t do accept, and i was come to ask them what happened, and they told me they didn’t want to responded for that thing cause it’s contracted something, and i asked them back but i didn’t required for PT, if i requested i will take it but i didn’t, they treat customer like that?? The moment I joined the gym I was advised the sales personnel that I wasn't interested in personal training.

Even after expressing this, Sage sold me on joining at the bare minimum of twice a month to get aquainted with the gym equipment.

I was only able to attend the first month and wasn't able to attend the required 4 month period. Once this period was over I tried to cancel and now I received an email stating that there is a 30 day notice required.

So in essence, the gym management doesn't care if I am using the services or not. I am just considered another ticket sales price that is adding value to their revenue.

I have not heard from the gym to ask since I haven't been there if theirs is anything they can do to help me cancel. At the end of the day, it is a business but if it's only a business and it's not there for genuine assistance towards their customers that to me is not a successful business in my opinion.

Hi, the gym is fine. Sometimes overcrowded. But i do have a request on your fees. You guys are not explaining clearly to new customers the cost breakdown. For example for a new member joining the $9.99 tier the actual cost is more like $29 a month. When i joined i was charged $159.98 (under the guise of membership fee) and then another fee of $69.99 the following month along with the $9.99 for the 2nd month. They said after this it will be $9.99 a month for the next 10 months.
So in the 1st 2 months they have already changed $240. I don’t appreciate the bait and switch. Please stop with the scamming.

I'm getting robbed of $92 bi-weekly for 4-6 months by this place - all because I failed to cancel my PT contract within 3 days. No one on their team bothered to tell me that cancelling my membership (which I did within 3 days) did not mean that my PT agreement would also be cancelled - which feels like the most logical thing unless you're a professional grifter. So now I'm not a member of EOS Fitness but I'm still being billed for a PT program that I've never been to and never will go to. All I wanted was a place with weights to do light workouts but now I'm down hundreds of dollars - not to mention the hours spent trying to contact their shitty botted service lines.

I went in for a 7 day free pass. I appreciated having 7 days because I could focus on other factors instead of “I only have 3 days 3 days 3 days” lol. I met Tavien who walked me through the programs as well as the layout of the gym. I asked a lot of questions, and there are some out there who look at you like “sign up or hit the road with all these questions!” Tavien was one who TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN, answer my questions and just made it a GREAT EXPERIENCE, and I definitely appreciated that. Most would agree it’s getting harder and harder to find a sales representative that puts you first! I highly suggest anyone interested in EOS on Winchester drop by and see Tavien!

Been an EOS member for a while now and I’ve checked out the locations in both Winchester and Moreno Valley — both are top-notch. Clean, spacious, well-maintained, and way ahead of what you get at LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. You can really feel the difference in energy and quality.

Only downside? If you live in Hemet or San Jacinto, you’re stuck driving 30 to 40 minutes just to get to the closest EOS (Winchester or Moreno Valley). That commute adds up fast. With how fast San Jacinto is growing — especially with all the new housing developments — it just makes sense to bring an EOS out here. So many of us moved here from San Diego or LA, and we’re already familiar with what EOS has to offer.

This would be a smart move, and honestly, it’s what the area needs. Fingers crossed we see one pop up soon!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Snakes in the grass! I would do no straight if I could. I went and signed up for a membership and got the basic one $60 down and $10 a month but all of a sudden was being charged $70 a month out of no where. When I went to try and sort it out they had told me I had signed the agreement and in there those were the terms yet we never spoke about them or was I shown them! EOS Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to — it beats out LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, and even Powerhouse in San Jacinto in my opinion. The vibe, the equipment, the cleanliness, the layout — all way better. I’ve been to EOS locations in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Winchester, and Moreno Valley, and every single one delivers a top-tier experience.

But here’s the thing… why no EOS in Hemet or San Jacinto?! Seriously, this area is booming with new residents from San Diego, LA County (ourselves included!), and many of us are craving a better gym option. The LA Fitness in Hemet is always overcrowded, and the equipment feels super outdated.

If EOS opened a location here, I genuinely believe it would thrive. The demand is here, the people are here, and we’re ready for something better. Just putting this out into the universe in hopes that the right people hear us. 🙌

So, after nearly 6 years of loyal membership, I was forced to cancel my membership today. I downgraded to the Winchester gym instead of use of all gyms. I was being forced to pay a $49 transfer fee. Why? Instead of waiving the transfer fee and keeping me as member they allowed me to cancel my membership. So, they lose all my monthly membership dues because they wanted to penalize me $49. DO NOT sign up for the personal training. After speaking with the manager and telling him I want to cancel it due to personal / medical reasons he told me to bring in a doctors note so that he could do it. I brought it in and email it to him because he was no where to be found apparently, and I just received an email saying I can’t cancel it. When I had originally signed for it I was told it was going to be 44 dollars a week and they’re charging my card 88 dollars, they changed the contract after I had signed it. I had also explained to them that my 6 month old baby is receiving neuro surgery and of course they don’t answer the phone they have set up to where it goes to another network so I have to ask my husband now to go in and no one can ever help us cancel it. This gym has the WORST customer support. I tried very hard to be nice and understanding but the manager advantage of people’s kindness.

Plenty of choices of machines for every persons goals. Gets busy at times, do to lack of locations. If you don't mind commuting, it is well worth it.

Walked in to sign up and start exercising. Had already been through tour and explained how the sign up options were. Knew what we wanted. As we arrived, led to two gentlemen, nice guys, however they started on a selling routine for 1 hour...we ended up not sighting up, not getting the excersise we came there for and leaving very dissapointed...oh, and as we were leaving, made us the offer we came in to sign up for. One of the gentlemen then also offered us 2 weeks of free visits. Not sure we are going back.

Staff is amazing! I’ve fell outta gym but Eos was my main gym. One of the staff Brian walker made it smooth to step back in the gym and made it easy to follow which type of plan is best for me! The new Eos is clean and everyone was friendly!

Decent gym, brand new and all that. But when I signed up before they opened I was told there would be a kids club. Showed up on opening day and no kids club. Then when I tried to cancel due to an out of state move I went into the gym and I was given Destiny Area’s information to help me cancel and she didn’t answer any of my 3 emails or get back to me after calling her over a months time. I was charged an extra month’s fee plus a $44.99 late fee which is absolutely insane for a late fee. Just know if you your payment doesn’t go through for whatever reason that’s what you’ll be charged. Crazy that this lady doesn’t even respond to people. Another gym that’s impossible to cancel. Don’t recommend.

I was an EOS member for 5 years at the Murrieta location prior to French Valley opening up. I was excited as it was only 5 mins from my house. I always enjoyed Murrieta location and was hoping the new location would be an improvement. It didn't disappoint me. I probably looked like a little crack head running around looking at all the machines the first day it opened. They had every machine I had ever wanted in a gym and some new ones I had never seen before that well, were awesome. I felt a bit traitorous as I roamed. Murrieta had been my stomping grounds for so long, could this be better? It is. First off, the 1 star people... most of you are complaining about the membership fee. Yes there is a yearly (every place has it.) The yearly is cheap and the monthly at 9 bucks a month? Really sucks you would trash talk the place especially since its such a killer deal for the facility. I've traveled around, the US, you wont find better. I've had nothing but ease in dealing with any issues with billing with these guys in the years I've been with them. Usually its my fault, you know I cancelled my card or whatever. They always are cool about it and get me fixed up right away. Another complaint is its busy. Of Course its busy, its an awesome facility. If it wasn't It wouldn't be busy. There is a plethora of gyms around, yet this place is packed all the time. I mean 2+2=4 right? Yeah we all stand around and say "man sure is busy, look at all these guys." Its just part of the deal of going at 6pm on a weekday. If you don't want busy, go around 9am to 3pm area. Saturdays and Sundays during the day are dead. Me personally I like the busy. I meet a lot of cool people that way. The place has become my hang out and I have a lot of friends there now. That brings me to the people. The People that work out there are great. Yeah I know there is always a bad apple but this group is a good group. A lot of military, cops, firefighters, teachers, nurses etc. You can actually say hi to someone and they don't give you side eye and act indignant. I'm a bit of an introvert but something about the gym opens me up to people. I feel like people don't judge there. A lot of us regulars are always willing to help new people or people that are struggling. I know when I'm down someone always comes up and says hey. It means a lot. The staff is key to the place. Destiny came from Murrieta and I was happy she did. She is always upbeat and cares about her people. I crack on her for not pushing the sled with me like she promised (SOME DAY!) but you couldn't ask for a better person to run her crew. She even worked with one of the members in a wheel chair to accommodate him on some stuff. Amazing effort. There are three of the trainers I see on a consistent basis working with people that I feel need some props. This isn't to say the rest aren't good, these are just the ones I see. I might get the names wrong. Dont tase me bro. First off Krystal. I watch her work with her clients and man she gets down in the weeds with them. She does the exercises with them and always has a smile on her face. I can see their demeanors instantly relax when she works with them and they work hard for her. She has the kind of personality you don't want to let down. You can tell she legitimately loves her job and takes pride in her training. She's also the facility shrink (unofficially.) She's always willing to listen to anyone that needs to talk, never judgmental and always understanding. You don't find people like her anymore. Aaron, man I hope I got the name right. Blonde guy taller. Very upbeat and always positive with his clients. He works out there as well and its cool to fist bump him when you see him training. I've never seen the guy cross, and I've seen him a lot. Last Jose? I might have gotten his name wrong. He has glasses. You can tell this guys clients really love him by the way they interact with him. He's fast paced and always has them going, no time wasted. When you watch him he is very in depth and always down at their level when talking and listening.

This place PACKED. It’s hard to be efficient with your workouts here. I can get a work out in for half the time at other gyms. Otherwise I have nothing negative to say about the equipment or the staff. I wish they would open a location next door with the same management and staff.

I’m pretty impressed with this EOS facility. Let’s be honest, most gyms have the same equipment and amenities (depending on your plan). This facility is clean & new. The deciding factor for me signing up at the gym was its staff. I signed up through Abby. She was very helpful, funny, and cheerful! She gave me a thorough breakdown of the facilities features and programs. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I was very impressed by Abby and other staff members in organizing a program that will aid in my physical rehabilitation.

The Winchester location has grown to be my favorite EōS . They have a variety of equipments from machines to free weights. Afterwards, the sauna is good spot to sweat a few extra lbs off at. This location does have a recovery for those with the Will Power memberships, which includes the massages chairs and cryotherapy chair

I started coming to this location and I'm always impressed with the genuine welcome I get from the front desk associates. Particularly Abby who is there with a smile and guides me in the right direction when I have questions as I'm still getting comfortable with this location. I love the new equipment, the setup of the machines and especially the tank when it's time to recover. The locker rooms are clean and well lit with the sauna being a bonus! Overall a great facility!!

So great having a newish gym in the French Valley area! It’s been a great experience! I love the classes, the movie room, and recovery areas. The front desk people are always friendly and welcoming. It’s been a couple months in my new health journey and I owe all my progress to my trainer Krystal! She met me where I was at as a beginner and challenges me everytime we meet up and I feel better than I have for years, physically and mentally! We have fun together, she’s the best teacher and cheerleader! Thank you EOS and Krystal!
