What a fun hip-hop class with Candace last Friday. She brought it and made me feel like I can too. The facility is just beautiful and brings an energy that you want to be there working out. Love the equipment, layout and particularly the weightlifting machines. The parking works for me. Living in beautiful, but unusual places has taught me to deal with things like parking simply as they are. And in terms of the going up and down to different levels, we are there to work out and secondly makes it interesting. We do live in the mountains. Thank you for the positive communications along the way, and offer to use other clubs as needed. I hope they are able to weather the catastrophic disaster that has occurred... Fortunately, we are fine and I look forward to coming back.

Don and Jordan have perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.. seems they care more about selfies and photo shoots than the Equinox members. Total misrepresentation, lack of communication, etc. Hot water in the showers hasn’t worked 3 out of 4 times I’ve used them. Parking is a nightmare. Employees are always on their phones. Best location in LA but worst experience. In my opinion.

now that I actually got to the gym i can give an honest review. it's a nice gym but parking sucks. 2 out of the 3 cold plunges were closed when I went to use it so not sure how it normally is. but when it was finally my turn to use the cold plunge I saw hair just dangling and got grossed out. maybe public cold plunges are not for me. shower had very low pressure. definitely not a destination . i'll go back for the view. cant beat the ocean views. oh yeah and the coed sauna is not HOT.

Epic location with priceless ocean views. The stuff is super friendly and attentive. Everything so clean and new. Love it. Beautiful and minimalistic design, with high-end finishes, makes it feel like someone's home. Excellent variety of workout equipment. Great selection of classes all day long, with xperienced instructors. The locker rooms are spacious, fully loaded with anything you might need to freshen up after a workout. Dry sauna, wet sauna, cold plunges. We are there daily. Love it. Well done equinox.

It has that new car smell, it's so nice and clean. There's always an attendant in the locker rooms cleaning up.

The ice bath, steam room, and sauna feel so luxurious.

The classes are bad ass and instructors are on point.

Tell Jordan I sent you! He made signing up easy for my family.

Yes, the parking can be a bit annoying and confusing for the first few times, but come on, they validate for 2.5 hours.

Decent gym but the parking here is absolutely terrible. Definitely was a great idea to build a gym above the smallest parking garage in LA 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

I get the location but the parking lot is impossible. The amount of up and down and up and down from parking lot, to lobby, to locker rooms, then up 2 floors to workout areas. So, one small woorkout area one with some cardio and machines, then you have to go outside and more stairs to the larger workout area. What happens when it rains? So workout there. Then back to orginal workout area then 2 stories down to the locker room to finish, then up to lobby to exit, then more stairs to an old elevator to go back to your car in a teeny parkings spot and good luck getting out. Yes, nice view, nice lobby with work areas but this place is impossble. No thank you.

Great and easy signup experience with Adam! Took great care setting up me and my family. My friend told me to take a tour of this place and get signed up before they open and WOW! This is going to be the best fitness club to workout at in the area. Balcony views are insane and everything is top tier. Really excited for it to open!!
