I’m a mom of two girls (ages 8 and 3), and we’ve had such a wonderful experience here. My older daughter has been enrolled for about 18 months—attending weekly classes and completing a week of summer camp in both 2024 and 2025. She absolutely loves her coaches, and I’ve seen incredible improvement in her skills over time.

My younger daughter recently started, and the staff has been just as patient, caring, and encouraging with her as they are with the older kids.

As a business owner myself, I’m consistently impressed with the professionalism, attention, and genuine care the Era team provides. They go above and beyond to make every child feel supported and excited to learn. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Era Gymnastics to any family looking for a program where kids can thrive.

Love ERA! We have been coming for one year now. I love how it’s never overcrowded like you’re squeezing through people to try to get into the waiting room. It’s nice because you can either leave while class is going on or wait in your car. They treat my daughter very well and She loves all the coaches there. She has come very far here. The receptionist Valerie, so friendly and always has a smile on her face. She’s so helpful and kind. I also love the classes have no more than seven girls at a time. I don’t feel it’s beneficial for any child if the class is too large. This has been the perfect fit for us and we will continue to come as long as my daughter is enjoying it.

Love this gym for our daughter! Not only does she LOVE going to class, but she has learned so much in her time there. The entire coaching staff is extremely dedicated to the development of the students' skills in the most positive manner. Highly recommend ERA whether you are looking for recreational-level classes or have an experienced gymnast!

What an exceptional place for kids and young adults!

From the first phone call and set up with the office manager, the meeting with the staff and eventually the trial with the staff. TOP NOTCH

I highly recommend this gym for anyone from beginner to seasoned gymnast.

The palace is well kept, the equipment is clean and up to date and most of all you can feel the passion of the staff and the owner herself.

Not to mention the viewing are for parents and guests is spacious and comfortable. I feel 100% confident that my kiddo is safe and well taken care of here.

I can’t say enough good things about ERA Gymnastics! My daughter has been attending classes here for over a year, and she absolutely loves it. The coaches are incredibly patient, encouraging, and skilled at working with kids of all levels. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a great viewing area for parents to watch the action. We’ve seen such growth in her confidence and abilities since starting here. The teachers here are wonderful, and my kids have enjoyed their classes. However, my experience with Valerie and Lisa left me extremely disappointed.

There was a misunderstanding regarding a class schedule due to unclear communication in an email and the portal login. When I reached out to resolve the issue, Valerie was impatient and rude instead of helping clarify the situation. Then, Lisa, the owner, got involved but never acknowledged the miscommunication or offered an apology. Instead, she immediately told me my kids wouldn’t be able to make up the class—even though they missed it due to an issue caused by unclear instructions. From what I can tell, I can assure this is not the first time they have done kind of confrontation.

I understand policies, but I also believe in basic customer service and kindness, especially when dealing with families. The lack of professionalism and empathy from management was disappointing, and I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future.

Be mindful if you are coming to this gym for the first time.

Took my little sister here while shes visiting for summer break. Shes a student from out of state who’s been in gymnastics for 3 years. We came to utilize their equipment for open gym however the one thing her coach needed her to train on the lady overseeing the gym wouldn’t let her focus on. She was stopping all gymnast from using the high bar unless she had already worked with them in the past.

I understand safety concerns however there is a waiver in place for a reason. It’s unfortunate that my sister wasn’t able to continue working on her skills in this gym, maybe an email from her coach can help get her back in and allowed to use the high bars.

Shout out to the 2 trainers in the office that helped us locate other gyms as well as provide us with a refund. If it wasn’t for them this review was going to be a 1 start review due to the lack of communication from the lady overseeing the gym.

I feel they should have spoke to me about her skill level as I am the legal guardian instead of consulting with a minor about their skill level. I could have contacted her coach and explained further if given the chance but she chose to speak to a child instead of the guardian.

We are a pretty easy going family and this experience just rubbed me wrong. My daughter has been taking some introductory classes through the city at a different facility. Recently we noticed that she is asking for more gymnastics classes so we figured it is time for us to look for a gymnastics facility that can offer her that. We called a week ago to try out a class and ERA didn't have anything on Saturday until today. We scheduled it so that my husband and I could see if she enjoyed the class, how the instructors are, and the facility. She was so excited to pick out a new leotard for the new gym she was going to try out. Unfortunately, yesterday she started to not feel well. The facility is closed Fridays and do not open until 9am which is her trial time. I proceeded to email them before class and let them know what happened. I was surprised they didn't even say anything to acknowledge my daughter for example hope she feels better soon, but instead informed me that they will take away her free trial if she rescheduled again. I have never encountered this in my life. I didn't know my daughter was going to fall ill the day before. My family had set this time to all attend. I can't imagine how it would be if we signed up and say she gets sick again or something in life comes up. You can use her free trial as we cannot predict the future.

My daughter missed one class due to being sick and they do not have any make up classes available for at least a month and a half... Extremely upsetting that they would not place her in another available class to make up. The coaches are also not spotting the kids right now due to Covid concerns but have not developed another way for them to advance their skills.
