A couple of years ago I was the heaviest I have ever been and approaching 40. I was depressed, lacked motivation and energy. I had horrible eating habits and often times I would find myself eating 2 dinners (one at work and one at home with my family). I knew I needed to make a change for the better.
I have been working with Erika for 2+ years now. I’ve lost over 30lbs and have dropped a few sizes in cloths. She has helped me change my eating habits and lifestyle in general. She has shown me there are different ways to think about food and what decisions are better then others and why. I still enjoy all my vacations but “get right back on it” when I get home.
Erika’s gym is so fun and welcoming. She has a large variety or machines and other equipment. She always ensures that my technique is correct to avoid injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I never thought I would say this but I actually look forward to my workouts.

Erika is hands down the best personal trainer Iv encountered. And Iv been to several over the years. Iv been training with her for 4 years now and have never felt better. She’s professional, consistent, motivating and her training program leaves you feeling like you’ve had a solid workout every time. Always the perfect balance of weight training and cardio circuits. Very knowledgeable with nutrition as well which has helped me reach my personal goals. I won’t be giving her up anytime soon!

Inquired about training sessions via her website. I received no response so I texted her early in the morning at 9:30am on a Monday. Received no response.. so on the same day at 7:30pm send a follow up text......to my unanswered online inquiries and text... received the following response.

"Sorry, I'm with clients all day and had kids and doctors.

Honestly, I'm sorry, but my schedule is pretty tight and it takes a week or so to get someone on the schedule and based on your folllow up message - I don't think we would be a good fit.

I wish you the best in your fitness journey "

Glad to see she is doing great and not open to new clients ..wish her nothing but success. I am all about strong independent business owners.... but I quick text of " I am with clients will reach out shortly" goes a long way as an independent buissness owner.....I know we are all busy,, its summer, have kids.....but a quick response is easy to do.

Can't review on training skills...but buissness skills and responsive skills as a buissness owner is not to par...not the personal trainer VIBE that my money will buy...

I cannot say enough good things about Erika! I was struggling with horrible lower back pain, was in the chiropractor office every other week. I was weak and needed help. I found Erika through one of the Mommy sites I was on and boy was I glad to have gave her a shot! I worked with her for about 4 months and I saw so much change in myself in those four months. I learned not only how to make my back stronger, but also how to eat healthier and track my macros. Erika is sweet but also pushes you because she knows you can do it. I’m going to start this off by saying how AMAZING Erika is. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, passionate, and just all around amazing.
I started working out with Erika while I was 6 months pregnant. She made me feel strong, she ensured I moved my body correctly and didn’t hurt myself and worked with me and my “abilities” as my pregnancy progressed.
I’m now 12 weeks postpartum and post c-section. I’m feeling stronger than ever, I feel like I actually have core strength again, I can move that car seat around no problem! I truly believe I recovered so quickly because of Erika and how strong I was going into delivery/surgery.
I look forward to every single workout. I HATE working out but with Erika I actually enjoy it. She makes it different and changes up the workouts every time. I love the conversation AND the music.
