I absolutely love and highly recommend Ranjana (Evergreen Yoga) for prenatal private yoga! I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant, and honestly, the biggest win so far is that I haven't had any of the major back pain I expected.
This is 100% thanks to my weekly sessions with her. She is amazing at tailoring every single session to exactly how I'm feeling that week—whether I need more hip opening, stabilization, or just gentle movement. It makes a huge difference knowing I have personalized support.

Ranjana's Evergreen Yoga is a great class for mind and body healing, refreshing, exercising and overall holistic development. She offers variety of sessions from group class to private lessons catered to your needs. My 1st pregnancy post delivery caused prolonged backache and several doctors (including doctor at Stanford) advised unnecessary tests, pain medication or including non-vegetarian diet for bone support. Ranjana after learning about my pain, just suggested simple stretches and wow healing was quick and magical.
Earlier my backache limited my ability to do long standing activities more than 30 minutes. With stretches and yoga poses Ranjana suggested, I could quickly self-alleviate pain. I would recommend her classes to anyone who is serious about working on their mind and body.

I have been a chronic back pain since 2017. I've tried various physical therapy options and they have helped to some extend but, every so often I have few weeks of debilitating pain with makes me bedridden for a couple weeks. I finally decided to start Yoga almost a year back with Ranjana. This has been game changing for me. Ranjana is not only the best teacher one can find but also a subject matter expert. I take one on one classes with her, she pays complete attention to her student and coaches them every step in the way to strive to improve their movement and unlock their potential. I have seen increasing improvement in my back health over this one year. I could never bend and touch my toes without bending my knees but, today I can and it's all because of her training. I am a fan of her methods, teaching style, how she blends breathing exercises, stretches and core strengthening in a class. She customizes her techniques based on your needs, asks and progress. I think of her as a yoga genius! I thoroughly enjoy my class time with her. I am confident that if I continue my journey with her, I will overcome my backpain for the most part. I used to feel occasional muscle tightness in my back on days I overworked, but now I don't! She's the best yoga teacher you can ever find.

The yoga instructor is incredible and has years of experience teaching yoga. Yoga classes include personal one on one, group yoga (>10 people), semi group yoga(>3 people), online yoga, hybrid yoga, and kids yoga. Various Yoga practices are HIIT, Power, Normal, Breathing Yoga, and kids yoga. I personally recommend these classes because it helps to improvise posture, strength, immunity, and flexibility.

My husband and I have been taking Pranayam classes with Ranjana for past few months. The classes are well structured, she includes streching, brain exercises and breathing exercises. Before you start class, she will ask if you have any issues or want to focus on specific area, and she will try to include that in practice. Ranjana ma'am is an incredible yoga teacher! I joined her classes at the start of summer 2022 and have been loving them since.
She offers different levels of yoga, along with Pranayama (breathing) classes. No two classes are exactly the same, as she is always introducing new exercises. Ranjana ma'am is very passionate about helping us improve, and she often gives guidance on how to correct our technique when we do something wrong. I am very happy to have found Ranjana's Evergreen Yoga. I used to practice yoga as a kid and had lost touch for about 20 years. It was quite serendipitous I found Ranjana and her style of classes very much reminded me of yoga classes I used to do as a kid. I have been practicing with Ranjana since start of summer 2022 and am thoroughly enjoying it.
Ranjana has a lot of techniques in her repertoire - stretches, strength training, cardio, breathing exercises, mental agility exercises, traditional asanas, sound or vibration practices, self-massages and relaxation methods. She remixes different things in every class and that gives the student a well rounded practice.
She also provides easy, moderate and difficult versions of various poses to accommodate your strengths and weaknesses. Her classes are done in a secular environment, so all are welcome.
If you are new to yoga and/or looking for a yoga teacher that works with you at your level, I highly recommend Ranjana. I am very happy to have discovered her and very grateful for the yoga sessions. Thank you Ranjana ji!

I have been attending the online classes of the yoga teacher Ranjana for a few months now.
And for me she is such a gem among all those online classes.
Personally I find it easy to follow, the instructions are clear , in every session she adds something to push her students to their best.
You can feel that she is experienced and cares for her students.
What I love the most is that whatever your level, she'll adapt to you so that you'll be comfortable and see your progress. And the end of her yoga classes set you in a positive and good mood !

My daughter and I have been taking yoga classes with Ranjana for 2 years now. We both love her classes.
Her yoga class is a little different from what I have taken at YMCA or Apple Gym. It took me a little while to get used to it, but now I am addicted to her yoga classes.
I especially like her breathing yoga classes that are called pranayama. It really helps me bring down stress, allergies and sinus issues. I was having sinus headaches for 5-6 weeks and was taking medicines every other day, after taking 2-3 classes with Ranjana, I started feeling much better. Everytime I go to pranayama class, I come out a changed person after 30 min of class. I feel so relaxed after each class, it is addictive. The amount of relaxation I get from pranayam class, I never got the same with anything else like massage, party, friends, anything else.

I am attending Evergreen Yoga(Ranjana)’s classes for more than three years and I can proudly say that this is one of my best decision ever. She is really detailed orientated, pay attention to individuals, understands every student’s requirements and makes it easier for her students to adapt the class. The class starts with opening piece of meditation and gradually gets intense. Each week she gives us different exercises to focus on different body parts. After each class I feel more energetic, more refreshed and full of positive attitude. If you are looking for yoga classes where you need personal attention, I would highly recommend taking Ranjana’s class. It’s all worth your time and money. Ranjana is an amazing person and an even better yoga instructor! I have been attending her classes for over 3 years and am continually awed at how well she adapts to changing circumstances to deliver the best yoga sessions. She makes it a point to tailor her group sessions such that individual needs/requests are incorporated in such a way that benefits can be enjoyed by the entire group. There are multiple levels of yoga sessions provided (from gentle to high intensity, including HIIT) at convenient times. I have not only benefited from Ranjana's yoga classes, but also her Pranayama sessions throughout the ongoing pandemic (Zoom sessions). She offers kids yoga and Pranayama sessions as well that have greatly benefited my young children as well.
