Great place to workout. Everyone is friendly and trainers are very profesional, motivational and encouraging. Always leave wanting to come back the next morning and participate in their events. Great place to workout and gain goals.

Ivan G. is an excellent trainer - Very knowledgeable, and patient! He always knows when to motivate me all with encouragement and positive feedback.
I could not have asked for a better person to get me back to a great exercise program after a long absence..
After working with him for 3 months I have much success.
I highly recommend Evolution training facility.

This is the best training spot for all fitness levels! I started with personal training with coach Ivan G. so i
I could get familiar with the different routines and machines since I was new to crossfit. Now it's been a year and I always look forward to my training. Love that they have classes in the morning and afternoon to fit my schedule.
Highly recommend! 🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼
