I absolutely enjoy coming to the sauna here. I’ve been a member for a few months now and I’ve seen an improvement in my skin and energy. This is a great way to relax, detox, and reinvigorate your body. The light therapy is great for healing scars. Additionally, the customer service is great and the place is spotless and welcoming. Could not recommend Evolve Sanctuary more. I’ve been to many infrared sauna studios around Los Angeles and most are a cold, disconnected, in and out experience. Evolve is the complete opposite. They make you feel comfortable, bring you a water, a cold towel with essential oils, as well as provide fresh towels for inside the sauna and for when you exit. The saunas are large and allow you to customize your settings and each room is complete with a TV that has every option you could possibly want for your session. All and all, such a positive experience. It was so relaxing, clean, comfortable and I truly felt like I could unwind after a difficult day. 6/5 stars!!!

The second I walked into Evolve, I was immediately greeted by the extremely friendly and gracious owner. I was running very late and he was so kind in accommodating me and even took care of my parking meter as I had left my wallet at home!

He took the time to walk me through the process, ensuring I was comfortable and fully understood all the benefits of infrared therapy. His warmth and kindness made me feel completely at ease, and it’s clear that heart and soul was put into creating a space where people can truly unwind and heal.

The space is absolutely stunning—clean, serene, and thoughtfully curated to create the most calming atmosphere. The private suite was HUGE and spotless, equipped with everything I needed—plush towels, cold eucalyptus-scented face cloths, as well as aromatherapy. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and touched by the level of care I was given.

Ken and Lani are the best! My girlfriend and I come here weekly and they always take care of us. They give you waters, cool eucalyptus towels and plenty of regular towels. The saunas are at least double the size of places I go elsewhere so you can go with your partner - I’ve yet to go to another place that allows that. I tried the introductory package- three pole classes and one sauna session. Each instructor is different in the own way. I had Maria and Slash. Maria focused on technique, where as Slash went over techniques but had more of a sensual/sexual/sexy vibe which I loved. You will definitely get a full body work out lol

Five stars for sauna experience and service! I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon desperate to sweat out the prior evening's residual effects. The owner, Ken, set me up with an awesome room with a large tv and speakers IN the sauna for a 45 minute session. He asked if there was anything else I needed - I joked "a blue gatorade!". Evolve dance studio is the real deal! By far the best pole classes I’ve ever taken. Many places focus too much on conditioning, without much time for practice. Here was 90% practice, and the conditioning just happens from trying the moves over and over. I felt so accomplished that I could achieve more than I thought I ever could! The photo was taken just in my second class. Can’t wait to work my way up and unleash my inner goddess. ✨

But not only are the instructors amazing, the service I received from Maddy over text has been top notch. She follows up, and even booked me a class when it was 9pm at night; not to mention, went out of her way to recommend treatments for my kinked neck.

My new healing refuge! You MUST try their new infrared sauna it is outstanding -wow! They have several saunas available and they are so high-tech and super fancy and the cost is unbelievably reasonable. If you want to heal, boost your immune system, and sleep like a little baby, I recommend coming here for the infrared sauna. I live nearby and was so happy to see that they offer this now. Im obsessed. If you are looking for a fun and sexy dance workout with loud music and an inviting atmosphere, this is your spot! I have taken a few of Splash’s classes and she’s the best!! My first time and I had so much fun. Very informative and great tips as well as techniques. Everyone was super supportive and helpful. The place is very sanitized and has extreme positive vibes. The greeter did a wonderful job helping me feel comfortable, confident and got me check in quickly. The pole dance instructor also did a good job boosting my confidence and made me really want to learn and participate.

I scheduled my friends bachelorette party at Evolve. The instructor Candis was everything!! My friends and I loved that she was fun, patient, encouraging, sexy and played great music. Don’t hesitate to schedule a party at Evolve or take group classes. I’ve taken a few classes and it’s been a fascinating experience. All instructors and employees were professional, kind, and accommodating, and the facility is clean. My friends expressed that it was the best bachelorette party ever.

I did a private lesson with two other friends. It was so fun and I would definitely recommend! Candis was our teacher - she brought positive, professional energy to our class. She told us a bit about herself and why she loves pole dancing. She taught us a few foundational moves and then how we could combine them together. She was clear and thorough on how to set up the moves so that we could do them right (hand positions for example.) We also had plenty of time to just play on the poles and get familiar with it. She also offered helpful info about safety, what to keep in mind about safety anytime you take a class anywhere. She had us clean our poles before and after we used them. The location is easy to find and there was parking out front. The location was clean and well ventilated. Check it out!

I went to my first pole class yesterday and LOVED IT! I reached out for a one on one due to COVID and was instantly communicated to by the owner.

The owner was prompt in her response and communication to ensure I received just the service I was looking for.

The instructor Candis was a joy. She made my first experience full of joy and although it isn't easy, she supported me to ensure I was learning while having a great time.

I am so thrilled to have found Evolve Studio and look forward to taking many more classes in their location and supporting this local buisness!

Class content didn’t match the description. Instructor was a great dancer but not good at teaching. There wasn’t any music during class. The instructor kept making comments indicating that she didn't want to be there. For example "Lets just get through this". The class was only and hour but it felt like forever! I almost left!

I had an amazing time!!! I had a great hard workout and had a so much fun doing it. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time here. I did pole dancing then popped into the Twerk class. I think I burned a million calories in that class. Overall fantastic. A little expensive but I expected it definitely well worth it.

Three of us surprised our friend by taking her to a class here for part of her bachelorette party. I had found a deal where we got 50% off our first class and thought it would be fun. I tried reserving a spot since there were four of us and couldn't online so I emailed and they helped me out. When we first walked in we were greeted by the woman at the desk and she was so friendly and even gave her a nice tiara for free, I'm talking heavy and shiny (not plastic!). We rented yoga mats for cheap and went into class. A couple of the girls were a little uncomfortable at first since I talked them into it but our teacher was so nice and welcoming. She started us out with some stretches and broke us into groups after, beginners (us and one other girl) and more advanced, since we were a "party" she made sure we all stayed next to each other. She would go back and no teach us a move or spin and give us time to practice while she taught the other group their moves- they were awesome! While we practiced she didn't care if we took pictures/videos of each other and she even offered to take pictures of us as a group! We all ended up having so much fun and it was an awesome workout, we were sore after! The bachelorette and I want to do it as an exercise class in the future :)

I love it at Evolve. I had a month pass for the studio so I got to experience a lot of different classes and many different teachers. I really liked them all. All of they're teachers are there to actually teach the art of pole dance and not just shaking your butt. They make sure to give you the basics so that you don't injure yourself and are still present in class enough to realize when they're students are evolving into great more experienced dancers. They try to challenge you no matter what level you are so that your learning is never stagnant and you continue to grow. It's a great workout and id recommend to students that are more serious about they're training as well as those just looking to have fun and get a great workout in. The only thing I would like to see, and it's not that serious just more convenient, is if the studio sent automatic updates on your class schedule (cancellations, waitlist acceptance, instructor changes,etc.) straight to your phone instead of your email since I personally don't check my email often enough. Other than that, two thumbs up!
