I started my fitness journey last year 2024 with Edgar. It's been a year and so much has changed in a year. I have always struggled with both nutrition and workout's knowledge. I never knew where to begin. I always felt anxious and shy at the gym alone because I had no clue where I should start. Being a mom of a toddler also made it hard for me to be able to work out due to many reasons. It wasn't until I was referred to Edgar by one of my sisters who said nothing but good things about him and I can indeed agree with all the positive feed back that my sister shared about him. Edgar honestly cares about his clients. He's very detail oriented, patient and caring when it comes to shaping you up to the next level. He will start you off at a beginner level and over time will push you to become stronger for the next level. I have gone to other personal trainers my self and I have never experienced anything like what Edgar does for his clients. Training with him has also helped me realize that I need improvement in certain areas. One of them being getting rid of my lower back pain and hip pain. He took the time this past year to help me ease both my hip and lower back pain. We did multiple mobility workouts and a couple of massage therapy sessions to help with my pain. It was honestly something I needed. I still have work to do but I can stand here today and say I am not in much pain as before. Many of my family, friends and coworkers have noticed my physical appearance change. It honestly feels great knowing you made the right decision selecting a new healthy lifestyle... Andrea has also helped me tremendously with my nutrition. I also was clueless about what to eat and the portions. Edgar introduced me to Andrea and I have been very impressed and pleased working alongside with her. She's also very very patient, knowledgeable and detail oriented herself. She takes the time to listen to your questions or concerns and helps you out. I love the way she lays out her meal plans. They are so easy to follow. What she does is exactly what I was looking for. Knowing what foods and servings to follow. I am forever grateful with both Andrea and Edgar. Their knowledge and patience with me has helped me come a long way. I am very pleased with both that I have decided to continue training and working with both another year like Edgar first said to me before I made a decision to work with him "we spend on other unnecessary things why not invest in our health" and he is definitely correct. Being a mom I have decided to do this for both her and I. I want to stick around longer for her and a role model to her.

Alex is, without a doubt, the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with in my 10 years in the fitness industry. As an Olympic weightlifter, I’m not an easy client to work with—many therapists have struggled to work on me or made comments about how challenging it is. But Alex? He makes me feel both beat up and refreshed in the best way every single time. It’s hard to put into words just how much better he is than everyone else—you really have to experience it for yourself.
What sets Alex apart is his incredible attention to detail. Even the way he transitions between different spots on your body is so smooth and seamless, keeping you completely relaxed while he works through every stubborn knot. He has an unmatched ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease while delivering results that leave you feeling brand new.
When I owned a gym, Alex was the only therapist I trusted with my clients, and I’ve recommended him to countless people over the years. He’s never once raised his prices on me, which shows how much he values his clients. Unfortunately (but understandably), he’s always booked, so plan ahead!
If I could, I’d book a massage with Alex every single week. He’s truly one of a kind, and I can’t recommend him enough!

Edgar has been a godsend not only has he help me reduce my back and leg pain with proper training and table work, my son is now training with him and he’s 11! His focus is on endurance and proper stretching as he is a new athlete. Edgar advocates on proper stretching and 100% invested in your goals. Again REPZ has not just helped me but my mom who has chronic sciatica pain Chrys’s ready and migraines. If you’re ready for next level fitness and overall health I recommend REPZ!

I have been receiving therapy massage from Edgar for a year now. I have had chronic pain in my shoulder and I can honestly say his therapy has kept me from needing surgery. He has utilized cupping, heat, and deep tissue techniques which have expedited my recovery in the gym. I am a true believer in his therapy and religiously visit him every two weeks, even though I drive 35-40 mins each way. I hope this review will help anyone that is in pain and in need of therapy.

Having Edgar as my personal trainer has made me change my perspective when it comes to working out. He has helped me focus on the little details in order to have the proper form when it comes to either lifting or stretching. I’ve been his client for almost a year and he has been very patient with me. I injured myself in a car accident and he was still being supportive. Edgar encouraged me to come back whenever I felt ready. You will feel lucky and blessed to have Edgar as your personal trainer!

I was introduced to Edgar for sports massage therapy by another trainer I was lifting with at Built Training Facility a little over a year ago. Prior to that, I was diagnosed with scoliosis and was in chronic pain 24/7. As a pharmacist, I do not believe in taking pain medications as they come with repercussions. I was going to the chiropractor on a regular basis, but I knew I needed something more; something that would help relax my tense muscles. I thought dealing with this pain would be my new way of life, until I met Edgar.
Edgar is very patient with his clients, listens to where the problem areas area and tackles them accordingly. Since I've met him I thought it was in the best interest for myself and my body to see him bi-weekly & let me tell you, it has been life changing! I am no longer in the pain I was a year ago!! My body feels so much better.
Edgar is truly a magician and knows what he is doing. I have referred so many of my friends, family including some of my patients to him and gotten equal feedback from them. If you're in pain, even if your muscles are tense.. I promise you Edgar is your guy!!

I personally struggle when it comes to working out, being active, and being healthy. Being a high school athlete I had a lot of body aches from reckless actions and moves, and that’s not including my recklessness off the court. I gained a bunch of weight, and went down a downward spiral. I couldn’t get the motivation or push that I needed. Edgar helped me with that. He was the idea trainer I needed, he didn’t make me feel forced. He talked me through things, n encouraged me in the ways I needed. He was patient, and understanding as a trainer, and as a friend. Above all he also clearly knew how to deal with my pains and aches. Anytime I had a new pain or discomfort he would show me his knowledge and care towards actually helping others. He would actually listen to my pain, find its origin and helped me make it better. I am truly grateful for the experience, knowledge and time he took towards helping me. I know I’m not the only one who’s been lucky enough to have been cared for from him. I strongly recommend Edgar's services! I decided to reach out to him last year, because I was experiencing alot of back & joint pain from weightlifting. I really wish I would've reached out to Edgar sooner, instead of brushing off the pain. Over the past year we've focused alot on mobility and core strength. It's been a long journey, but worth it! His coaching and sports massage therapy have truly helped me alot. Now that my body is feeling way better, we've been working on getting stronger and focusing on form over weight. I don't think I could've done it without him. If you're experiencing any pain or mobility restrictions, or simply just looking for a personal trainer, Edgar is the one!

I’ve been working with Edgar and Andrea for 5 months now. Prior to 2024, I’ve always started and stopped my fitness journey because I lacked the tools and support to make the necessary lifestyle changes attainable. As we entered the new year, I decided that I wanted to prioritize my health and that’s when I reached out to Edgar for his services.
I wanted to focus on losing weight while getting stronger and being able to move my body freely without any pain. If I were to do this by myself, I would have failed and stopped but with the help of Edgar, he was able to tailor my workout plan to fit the needs that I described to him. I’ve done in person training with him but due to scheduling conflicts I had to switch over to online training. I love that there is an app we use and Edgar plans my workouts and includes videos of each movement so that I can understand what I need to do. He makes it super easy to understand and is accessible for when I have questions about my form or if I need modifications! There are times where I do struggle getting my workouts in consistently and he makes sure to add more time to the phase so I can master the exercises before progressing to the next level to avoid any injuries.
I have completed two phases of my workout plan and my body feels more energetic, I have less pain, and I enjoy blocking out time for myself at the gym.
I also enlisted the help of Andrea to help me with my meal planning, I truly had no idea where to begin when it came to nutrition. At my first consultation, I let her know that I wanted to meal plan with the foods that I love eating and she was able to create my meal plan accordingly! The process has been really fun because I don’t have to restrict myself, I’m able to have the foods that I enjoy eating in moderation, and she has helped me develop a safe relationship with food. I’ve have learned how my body responds to the nutrition that I consume and have been able to reduce my A1C levels and reduce my cholesterol.
With the team I feel like I have developed healthier habits! I don’t feel alone in this journey because Edgar and Andrea check in with me every week. They keep me accountable, I’m able to ask them questions about my health, and they motivate me to welcome each week as an opportunity to be better than the previous one!
This has been the best investment I’ve made for myself, not only am I able to feel the changes in my body but others and myself can see the progress!

“I have been trying to lose weight and get in shape for a long long time now, tried everything from diets, to gym, to booth camps you name it I have tried it. I have always had a busy schedule at work. Some days I would work 12 hours per day and at times used that as an excuse to not work out. At the end of last year as I was watching the holiday family picture I looked at myself and felt so embarrassed looking so overweight being at my highest weight of 150 pounds. That was 10 pounds more than my 45-year-old mother .Then I decided enough was enough and started training with coach EZ at the beginning of the year, making a commitment to myself not to give up and that I would stay positive and reach my goal. He helps me stay motivated and I have never felt better. Andrea’s. Meal plans have also helped a lot. Their weekly check-ins help keep me on track and remind me of my goals. I have been living with back pain for years and Edgar combining his therapy and training knowledge to come up with a customized plan for me has helped eliminate the tension my muscles have been holding on to. This tension was limiting my mobility and flexibility, disrupting my sleep, and preventing weight loss. The last two months working with Edgar and eating off of Dietitian Andrea’s well-balanced meal plans has been transformative.
Edgar is intentional, observes and corrects your form to prevent injury, and truly cares about his clients’ well-being because he has been in pain and understands our struggle.
Andrea’s meal plans are delicious and not boring at all. I look forward to a new plan every 4 weeks!

A savior is a understatement years of doing Muay Thai never had a shoulder problem then one day lifting up a suit case caused me to to get super bad locking in my shoulder I couldn’t even put on my shirt by myself edgar brought me in did some massage therapy on my trap and shoulder plus cupping not even 5 mins after I could lift my arm again pain free , he gave me a list of corrective exercises to help out has my shoulder feeling back to normal and got me back in the ring , just shows sometimes the most I shape you sometimes the simple day to day task can cause a injury thank you edgar again

I love this business, scheduled a appointment for a hour massage & I’m 6 moths pregnant & have bad hip pain & back pain & after my massage I feel a whole lot better & my hip pain went away & he shared some good stretches & good techniques to help with my hip pain definitely recommend him

Ive only been training with Edgar for 3 months or so and as much as I know it takes two when it comes to this, I would not be where I am now without his help.
Over the last few months i’ve learned so much about fueling my body and what foods to go for and completely stay away from. This experience within the few months i’ve been in this program shown me how important having a mind & body connection is and how to really listen when my body is being pushed to its limit.
I started my journey bc I was tired of never fully being confident within myself and to find a way to get out of my depression. I still have more to go but just knowing that i’m doing every thing I can to get where I want to be is enough to fuel my happiness and positive outlook on life. I can honestly say that starting my fitness journey with coach Edgar three months ago was the best decision I made this year.

I’ve been working with Edgar for about 1 year and half now. My goal is to gain weight, to be strong and to be toned. My weight when I first started was 85 lbs and now I’am100lbs (muscle weight) which I’am very happy. Edgar is not just a personal trainer, he’s more than that.He treats his client like a family.
