I have belonged to Excel since 2009 and love it. Love the family atmosphere it offers. I started Yoga several years ago and found it to be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, I no longer live in California and I miss my CrossFit family and Yoga!!!

The yoga instructors are extremely informative and helpful . Regardless of mobility the yoga instructor will work with you. I highly recommend yin after a long day or workout.

One of the best gyms I have even had the pleasure of being a part of. This place is more than a gym, it becomes your second home. The staff, coaches, and members are so wonderful. We workout and have the best time doing it! I have been a member here now for about 10 years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They’re all very knowledgeable of what they’re teaching the classes. They answer all and any question you have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a gym. Excel Health and Fitness is the best place to get in shape and have fun doing it.

Have reached out several times to get info but can’t seem to get anyone to call back. The only response I received a few months ago was via text because they were far too busy with a weekend event. They only gave me pricing- never followed up. I guess our money isn’t good enough.

If you're in the Manteca area Excell Yoga is a great place for yoga and fitness. The facilities and instructors are professional and very nice! Jaquetta is an experienced highly qualified exceptional yoga instructor! I highly recommend stopping in to check them out for yourself.
