Very personalized and comprehensive approach to training. Tamra knows what’s she’s doing. Nothing cookie cutter about the workouts! During Covid non-exercise times I had gained weight and worse, my body was hurting from sitting too much. My core needed to be strengthened, and it was. Also, A1C, cholesterol and my weight improved!

Tamra is an amazing trainer. The instructions that I've received during the training is helping me improve my physical and nutritional conditions. My major concern was that I had several injuries in the past that kept recurring every times I start exercise. In one-to-one constant attention training with Tamra helps me move forward from fear of re-injury. Tamra really listens to my personal goals, obstacles and helps me work toward that goal . Tamra is a knowledgeable and ,importantly, sensible trainer.

Tamra was my life saver about 10 years ago. On my wife's suggestion, I began working with Tamara in an attempt to deal with my inactivity due to a back and leg problem. Within several months, I went from not being able to run at all, to jogging, exercising and feeling energetic once again. I began training with Tamra in May 2014 and I quickly started seeing results shortly after. Since then, I have lost a lot of weight.
