I started training with Daniel around 2 years ago. I was not into weight lifting and strength condition until I injured my MCL and I noticed how important it is to have a strong body and I can enjoy the sport I like to do. He is very good at focus on strengthen people's weaknesses. One thing I like the most is the functional training he designed for me for my triathlon. I run a lot faster without any hip pain or knee injury. Highly recommended

I’ve been training with Daniel for the last few months, learning boxing and kickboxing. He really knows how to break down the combos and footwork to make it easier for me to remember (my memory really sucks most of the time). It’s a great workout, a ton of fun, and I can definitely feel myself progressing in my skills and just how much leaner I’m getting adding boxing to my routine 1-2x a week. Dan is an excellent coach and trainer. I’ve had a few coaches, but none are as detailed and helpful with movements as Dan. With him my weightlifting strength has gone up and my body looks and feels better than ever. We do boxing mitts for cardio and I’ve slim down to a lean 8%body fat. As far as personal trainers go this is your guy. Thanks again!!!

I have been training with Daniel on a weekly basis for several years now. When COVID shut down California, Daniel and I were training at the local park outside. He brought his own equipment and I still look back at those days as some of the most fun I have had during training. Everything we did, in order to maximize my workout, was out of the box so to speak.

Daniel’s attention to detail and how the body functions has exceeded my expectations at every turn. He is attentive to what I want to accomplish and ensures I am always pushing myself while also making sure I don’t hurt myself. This means he is watching my form during everything I do and provides feedback along the way. He also adjusts the workouts regularly so I am not doing the same thing week after week, month after month.

I would recommend Daniel to everyone who is looking for a top notch trainer who will ensure you are exceeding your expectations.

Dan is a fantastic trainer. For me, starting a fitness program for the first time, Dan has been super thorough and attentive to make sure my form is correct to avoid injury, gradually adding more weight and more complex routines. I’ve trained with Dan for several years now and I can truthfully say it’s changed my life. I feel like our sessions maximize what I need to stay fit and injury free. He’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to tackling fitness goals, keeps the sessions entertaining and yet rigorous, and in general is a great guy and fun to be around.
