I’ve had a great experience at Fit One ! I enjoyed the community , great modifications and challenges during workout sessions, so everyone was definitely trying hard. As a former collegiate athlete, I’m very thankful to the coaches leading all of us. They communicate and teach well. Overall I love this place

I will never go to another gym !!!! Best bootcamp and great crossfit classes. They are like my family here. I recommend this place all the time

I LOVE the sense of community. It's a donation based crossfit gym, which is unheard of. The really care about your safety, yet push you to be your best at the same time. I've never been into gyms, or lifting weights, but this place changed my life for the best.
