Since April, I’ve took over 150 classes here at F45. I went from 250lbs to now at 215lbs. During the current challenge period, I significantly increased my attendance, and lost over 10lbs.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a little over a year, and have completed around 130 classes so far. First of all, the community at F45 Arts District is unparalleled. Every member I’ve met has been super friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic. All the coaches are also supportive, friendly, and attentive. They watch over you and give you advice on how to improve your exercise form. They also cheer you on and encourage you to push yourself within reason. I’ve gone from being a complete beginner to being comfortable with each of the exercises and have definitely noticed positive changes in my body like feeling stronger and reduced back pain.
Finally, a big shout-out to Coach Paul who convinced me not to quit and who has shared a ton of informative and helpful advice throughout the two F45 challenges I’ve completed, in the classes, and in the how-to videos on instagram! His dedication is admirable. Oh yea, and he throws great and fun end-of-challenge parties.
I would highly recommend the F45 workout regimen but also I’d specifically recommend this F45 studio in Arts District! Thanks Paul and the whole team of coaches for fostering such a fun and supportive workout environment!

I had a really difficult time getting back into the swing of things post partum after a c section. F45 has made that process incredibly doable for me. With a baby at home, 45 mins has been perfect without too much mom guilt. They always have a great workout each day, plenty challanging with any accommodation you may need. The coaches are all thoughtful, professional and motivating. Everyone who works out here is supportive of each other and from all different walks of life. I'm glad I choose to restart my gym routine at F45. I haven't felt this strong in years only after 3 months of consistent work. I would have never been okay with only 45 minute works out before and boy was I wrong. Thank you!

I’ve been to several F45s in multiple states and this one is by far my favorite! Great workout buddies, top notch coaches and the owner deeply cares about our success! 10/10 recommend. In fact, I move half an hour away and still make the drive here because it’s a better workout….even though it’s the same workout at other locations. Just got to come try it to get what I mean!

As someone who was too intimidated to join a gym and get better at lifting, F45 Arts District has changed the game for me!!!! I have been going to F45AD for over a year now and feel empowered, informed, and in good community. The instructors including Alyssa and Paul are informative and fun (they never feel like scary boot camp), and the regulars create an encouraging atmosphere. It has helped my running, improved my overall functional fitness, and makes my day better.

I’ve been attending F45 Arts District for about two years now, initially getting started with online classes during COVID and then trying a few drop-in sessions. The experience left such a positive impact that I committed to a monthly membership, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The workouts are incredibly efficient, which is a lifesaver for someone with a busy schedule. Each session is thoughtfully structured to give you a full-body workout in a short amount of time, without feeling rushed or sacrificing quality. The variety in workouts keeps things exciting, and the functional training approach ensures I'm working on strength, endurance, and agility all at once.
The community at F45 Arts District is truly something special. Everyone here—from the members to the trainers—makes you feel welcomed and supported. It's rare to find such a friendly and encouraging environment in a gym setting, but F45 Arts District feels more like a team working together toward health and fitness goals. The trainers are especially fantastic; they’re consistently attentive, offering tips on form and motivation throughout the workout. They know when to push you just a little harder and make sure you leave feeling accomplished. This supportive vibe makes every class feel more than just a workout—it’s a community experience that keeps me coming back.
For anyone considering F45 or looking for an efficient, high-energy workout with a strong sense of community, F45 Arts District is a standout choice!

I was intimidated to even think about joining F45, but thankfully I had a friend who was a member and I started going to classes with her. Soon after I realized that there was nothing to be intimidated by and wished I had started sooner! There are stations set up all throughout the gym that have different workouts for the day. The instructor will go through each station to demonstrate the workouts. There are also monitors that show the demonstrations for you to refer to while you are working out. You will be assigned a partner who you will be with you during the workout so you won't feel alone and lost. The instructors are amazing! They are always watching everyone and adjusting you if your form is incorrect and there to help you modify any workouts that don't work for you. There are a variety of weights laid out in front of you so you can choose the best weight for you. The energy there is great! Everyone there is very encouraging and supportive! If you are like me and intimidated by group classes and weights, give F45 a try! You won't regret it!

I joined F45 Arts District a year ago to this day and have nothing but great things to say about this place.
1. Space: I've been to eight different F45 locations and this one is definitely the most spacious one that I've been to. There is plenty of room for you to work out comfortably, and everyone is very considerate and keeps the space clean for others. It's also located in a vibrant part of the city and has plenty of free parking.
2. Format: I love the structure of F45. Before I joined, I used to stick with the same weight training schedule (with slight variation) every week. It got old pretty fast, but the variability of each workout at F45 keeps things fresh and also helps target muscle groups that I normally wouldn't focus on my own. My workouts feel much more well-rounded and efficient. I get my ass kicked, stretch, and then go about my day - all in 45 minutes.
3. Staff: Paul and the coaches are amazing and are always there to answer any questions, help with your form, or to provide a little motivation to really push yourself and maximize your workout (safely, of course).
4. Community: the people here are great and you'll find yourself making new friends that are fun to hang out with both in and outside of the gym. It's a supportive community that doesn't feel too cultish like at some crossfit gyms.

I joined F45 about a year ago, already being an active person, but I knew I needed to focus on lifting heavy to gain muscle. I'm a firm believer in perfecting form for quality reps over quantity. From my very first class, not only was everyone incredibly welcoming, but the coaches genuinely cared about ensuring we performed each exercise correctly, rather than just pushing us to get through the workout. As a result, I've not only gained muscle and lost weight, but I've also found a supportive community of friends. I highly recommend F45!

The community atmosphere adds an extra layer of encouragement and camaraderie. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comprehensive and engaging fitness experience.

I did as many personal workouts you can imagine, from the apps, to the strategies from YouTube fitness stars. Nothing stuck with me until I did F45. I became part of the 100 club purely because it made exercise enjoyable, and when I finished I felt like I had accomplished something big for the day. All the trainers were incredibly gracious and helpful. Paul was always personally attentive and pushed me further than I thought I could go. Amanda and Angela were always a foundational smiling face that made class such joy, starting my day with happiness. Anthony definitely pushed me the furthest with his tough love approach, every time I finished a class with him I was proud of myself. And Jacobo brought such a unique and motivating energy that filled my soul each time. These were my core trainers that I had class with, each with their own individual style that gave me exactly what I needed in my fitness journey, and beyond. Even the newer trainers such as Kara were developing their unique brand of motivation that made going to F45 every day a unique experience. To me, that's what I needed in an exercise, something fresh every time. Unfortunately for me, I moved away, but I will miss the friends I made, and I will miss this group of trainers that guided me past my initially perceived limits. Thank you to all of you.

I have nothing but great things to say about F45. I saw my friend attend classes on her social media and was always curious about it, but was extremely intimidated by the routines they do in class. I never work out so I was scared of looking like a newb.
One day I decided to sign up and it was such a fun experience! Everyone was really friendly, and the instructors helped me with all of the moves to make sure I didn't injure myself. The awesome music really gets you going and you're usually teamed up with someone so you're not doing the workouts alone.
You build camaraderie and friendships in class because you see how everyone just struggles together and also supports one another. There's a different work out everyday so you won't ever feel bored. You can tell the instructors really care for your well-being, and pushes you to do your best.
My fiancé told me that me joining F45 was one of the best things that has happened to me because he's seen how much stronger I've become, and I agree! My clothes FINALLY fit after 3 years. Woo Hoo!

Two words.. life changing! I've never felt better and stronger. Love the classes (the screens and the variations so you don't get bored!), the coaches, and the community. Great positive vibes all around! Also, I truly believe that this is one of the best F45 studios I've been to. The owner really cares about making it the best and it truly shows.

I've been a full time member here for 6 months now, but I've been coming on and off for the last 2 years. It's a great community. You don't get the peer pressure to go too hard like you might in a crossfit class. Don't get me wrong, you'll want to push yourself because of the music and hype. There's screens in front of every section of stations so regardless if you're a more experienced lifter or not, it's nice to have a visual cue when a trainer can't be quickly available. Trainers are always walking around keeping eye out on form, or they'll help out at the ones that are a bit more complex.

I finally became a monthly member in April 2023 and it's the best decision I've ever made for my personal mental/physical health and fitness. The push for me to become a monthly member was the pandemic weight I had gained over the last few years. Also, I tried other F45 studios but the vibes at this studio is incomparable.
In May 2023 I signed up for my first 45-day Challenge with the goal of losing weight. I did this by taking classes almost daily and counting macros. The biggest lesson I learned from this Challenge was how important nutrition is, especially getting enough protein to build muscle. I learned so much about food and how my body changed in response to my eating habits (carbs made me feel bloated!) Paul is great at providing guidance to help you reach your goals. By the end of the Challenge I lost 6.6 lbs. in body weight, had 15% fat loss and lowered my body fat % by 2.7%. I was really happy with the results and I even won the Coach's award, which was a surprising bonus!
To continue the momentum, in September 2023 I signed up for my next 45-day Challenge. This time I didn't count macros since the healthy eating habits that I established from the previous Challenge carried over. I found that I craved healthier foods, which satisfied my appetite so I didn't need to eat as much or overeat. I continued to work out daily at the gym and that helped me get stronger. Back in May I could barely do one unassisted pull-up. Now I am up to 7 unassisted pull-ups. I found that consistency is key to get to this point. By the end of the second Challenge I lost 11.7 lbs. in body weight, had 20% fat loss and lowered by body fat % by 2.8%. I ended up being the female winner for the Challenge!
In the last 4 months I have lost over 20 lbs. in body weight (lost an additional 2.2 lbs between the challenges). I feel the strongest I have ever felt in my life. The journey for this transformation could not have happened without the amazing trainers, members and community at F45 Arts District - and for that I am eternally grateful. It was only after I became a monthly member that I was able to form and foster incredible friendships. It's so motivating and fun to work out with friends. I know members who drive out of their way to come specifically to this studio because it’s worth it. The trainers and members are so supportive and they always elevate and push me. They really made me believe that anything is possible. My transformation has been life-changing and for all the hard work I put in, I have been rewarded tenfold - and that is priceless!

I joined F45 Arts District a year ago after running my first marathon (LA Marathon) in March 2022. I was only running at that time, and desperately needed to incorporate strength-training into my workout, so I looked into joining a gym and came across F45 arts district. I started with their trial week, and on my first day, Joy, the membership manager at the time, hopped into the workout as my partner to show me the ropes. The workout was intimidating at first (everything was so fast-paced!), but she guided me through it all and I think that kind of support made all the difference! As I continued to workout the rest of the week, I found the people and coaches to be very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging as well. And eventually, I became less anxious, more comfortable, and excited to come back for more workouts! So I committed to a 3-month membership, then a 6-month membership, and now I'm on a 12-month membership plan! And in that time frame, I have since ran 4 marathons in Manila, Bangkok, Honolulu, and Tokyo (all places with F45 gyms!).
I enjoy training with F45AD because it's such community-oriented gym. I like that I've found a community here and I'm grateful for all I have been able to accomplish by training alongside these wonderful group of people and newfound friends.

F45 Training, specifically the Arts District location, has been the best gym experience I've ever had. I've been a member here for one year, and I'm the fittest I have been in my adult life. It's seriously the first gym I've been a part of where I have seen significant physical transformation.
If you're on the fence, I would highly recommend signing up for the trial and going as many times as you can in your first week. I can almost guarantee it will hit different than any other gym community you've experienced.
Over my last 12 months at F45, I've lost over 35lb and cut my body fat % in half. When I joined I didn't even think this was possible lol.
Here are some highlights:
1. Coaches. They are amazing. They all have an amazing balance of encouragement, energy, and giving you feedback on technique/form. They're super intentional about getting to know members. I think after only one week they all knew my name (that really impressed me). The relationships between the coaches and members here is really wonderful.
2. Workouts. Workouts are legitimately addicting. I have a hard time taking a rest day because I have FOMO, not even exaggerating. They're fun and have a great balance of strength training and cardio. After working out here for a year, I still find them very challenging (in a good way!) and it's been super encouraging levelling up and getting stronger. I throw in some 2x/days sometimes because I legitimately want to do it twice lol.
3. Community. The members here are rad. A lot of folks live in the Arts District and are so down to earth and friendly. It makes a huge difference when you show up to workout and know everyone in your class. I've never seen a gym community this close, it's really cool.
4. Transformation. F45 does periodic 6-8 week "challenges", which are opt-in internal competitions to lose fat & gain muscle. These have been where I've seen the most progress in my fitness journey, and have provided some amazing, tangible motivation and accountability. Through these challenges I've dialed in my nutrition in ways I was never motivated to do so in the past and seen really mind-blowing results.
I can't emphasize enough how much I love F45 Arts District lol. It's been a game changer, full stop.

Edit to owner's response:
I really don't appreciate you responding STILL as though I've done something wrong here as a customer. I actually didn't leave details out, I said I'd done four days before this. However, there was nowhere that indicated that the two week thing I had signed up for was a 'trial', only that it was ideal for new people which as I said previously, sounded like it was good for me considering I'd only done a few classes and been very obviously treated as the new person! And while its really pretty normal to use different personal email addresses to find deals online, I had no idea this was unavailable to my previous email address. Not to mention the reason your colleague told me that the issue was because I should have signed up on Saturday, not Monday, even though your website was still offering this deal on the Monday. (Again, like I said before, this was already two days into the deal I had paid for and apparently was no longer allowed to do, which I should have been made aware of BEFORE I started, considering your staff recognised me and welcomed me back.) Your colleague did not clearly explain that I would now need to pay for another week, hence I was shocked and surprised to realise that they were trying to charge me more, when it was clearly your mistake. You've changed the facts of what happened and it's very unfair.
__________
Went to F45 in the Arts District while in LA a few weeks ago. While I enjoyed the content of the workouts, I found the staff very intrusive and unfortunately my experience as a customer was really disappointing. I had been to 4 classes in the first week and as I was in the area for another couple of weeks, I found a 2-week deal online that I could afford and meant I could continue working out while I was there. It was meant for new people to get into the workouts at F45 so it seemed perfect for me. After having been there for 2 classes, one of the trainers came up and said that that deal had expired so I wasn't able to continue it. I was quite confused as it obviously was available online, and mentioned this to them that it shouldn't have been available to book if it wasn't available. They said they were aware of this and they were sorry that it shouldn't have been online. I thought it was strange they'd mentioned it to me, and surely would have just rectified the error online for future customers, but they then proceeded to tell me they would "refund me", or what I thought was a refund, and terminate my deal. I thought this was quite unfair as it was their mistake, but to make the situation worse, it turned out they were actually trying to refund me then charge me more to sign up for just another 4 days (rather than the 2 weeks I'd already booked and paid for), using the reasoning that their rent and bills at that location were very high (?!). I said I wouldn't have booked it had I known the deal wasn't available, or that it would be so expensive for just a few more days as I was not in a position to spend so much at the time. They were very patronising and confusing with their explanations, and was appalled to find out when I left that they had in fact charged me for a standard week that I had not chosen to sign up for. Definitely not a good experience, and one that I won't be repeating as I was left feeling pretty humiliated.

I really love this gym. It has quickly become my favorite part of my days and it is something that I look forward to. I started off dreading my life after these workouts, nearly passing out the first few classes I attended, but after a month of going consistantly, I was hooked.
I decided to take the plunge and commit to a membership because its so close to me and super convenient, sometimes I sign up within minutes of the class start time. The workouts challeng meand push me to grow stronger than I have been in a long time. The trainers are great and very personable, constantly pushing and motivating everyone to dig deep and get that one more rep in.

If you would have told me even just three months ago that I would not only be pulling myself out of bed to get to 5:30am workout classes - but actually looking forward to it - I would have told you that you had mistaken me for someone else. I was a big hit the snooze button kind of girl.
Since I finally decided to make my health and fitness my top priority, F45 (and specifically the Arts District location) has been an integral part of this journey. While getting out of bed when it's still dark out is still a bit painful, I can honestly say that I look forward to my morning classes, the coaches and seeing the other 5:30am regulars!
I've always worked out off and on over many years, but I've never really felt connected to a specific workout until now... here's what makes F45 Arts District stand out:
1. The variety of the workouts: They are always changing, so you don't get bored and are always challenged. The classes are intense/hard - but they go by quickly!
2. The coaches: I realize this can be subjective - as everyone has their preferences. The coaches at F45 Arts District are substance over style (they have style too!). What I mean by this - is they are not just yelling to pump you up without any specific direction. They are high energy and motivating, but also authentic - and take the time to check your form, offer suggestions as well as encouragement. Some places pump the music so loud you can't even hear the coaches. The music is loud enough to get you hyped - but the coaches don't rely on that to solely do the work. They are tuned in and engaged.
3. The community: If you keep a regular schedule, you start to see the same faces - and there is a mutual camaraderie that develops. There are definitely people in my classes who are incredibly fit - and those who are just starting out that - but it's a safe/judgement free space for everyone.
4. Group Fitness: I have made the excuse in the past that I didn't like group fitness gyms - that I wanted more flexibility in my schedule and more variety in my classes. But what I've found is that I'm better able to keep my commitment to work out with a group fitness program. I plan ahead better - and that community I mentioned in #3 knows if you're showing up or not! Plus - I push myself harder in group fitness classes - and the consistency let's you see where you're improving (aside from the numbers on the scale).
5. The challenges: I'm participating in my first one now, so I don't know what the objective results are quite yet. But I find it fun and engaging to take part in goal setting - and it's nice to have the support and interest from the coaches outside of class.
I just hit my 100 class mark (lots of starts and stops), but have been consistently hitting the early morning classes 4-6 days a week for about a month now - and I can say that it changes the way I feel about myself as a whole, how I see myself. I guess that is not specific to F45 - but I'm grateful that I have a place and a program that I enjoy and helps me stay motivated!

I never imagined that every day I would wake up excited to work out and go to bed looking forward to working out next day until I found F45.
Before joining F45, I used to hate working out and never understood why people spent money on torturing themselves. Even when I signed up for a regular gym membership, I went there to take a shower. It’s because I never had fun, I knew what to do, and hated working out alone.
HOWEVER!!! I just hit my 100th class 4 months after I joined F45!
HOW??????
1. Different workout everyday
I loooove a variety of exercises (combination of cardio & strength), weights, and equipment, which is never boring, always new, and challenging.
2. Group exercise
It’s my first time working out as a group and I was a little intimidated not being able to keep up since I had almost zero muscle :(:(:(
But at F45, I still work out with people but ay my own intensity and speed rate. Moreover, this whole group training motivates myself to push through the extra rep by having people who are on the same journey as me and cheering me on to do my best.
3. Genuine & authentic coaches
It’s been hard to build a community during COVID, but here at F45 I can find support and guidance from coaches. They actually remember my name, give attention, and inspire me to push my limits and be my best. They are super enthusiastic about turning people’s cant’s into cans!!!!
4. Ego Booster
It’s amazing I can see myself three times more capable than I thought I was, thanks to coaches and people there! It also makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something amazing every day, which has definitely changed my life!
I literally recommend every single person around me to just try at least a week trial (it was about $36 in 2021). If you are having hard time sticking to your fitness resolution like I was, or if you are sick of doing the same moves over and over, please try!!!! You will never regret I guarantee!!+_+

This is my first ever class gym I've been to and I don't know if I'll ever go back to a regular gym... I didn't realize I'd love it this much. I'm more of pick-my-own-machine / weights-and-not-talk-to-anyone type of person at the gym, but this gym really makes me believe that extra support can really take you further physically and mentally in your fitness journey.
I was first recommended to this specific studio by my friend solely because the trainers and the community were so welcoming and tight-knit, and I've stayed ever since. I purchased a membership right after the first trial classes. There is actually an F45 gym closer to my place, but I go the extra drive just for this one specifically. The coaches and other members are super helpful and extremely supportive during class. You'll find everyone cheering each other on and really pushing each other in love and support! If you're looking for a different fitness routine, highly recommend coming here. They meet your needs wherever you are in your fitness journey.

UPDATED for COVID:
I'm so happy they were able to modify and re-open. Workouts have been moved outside. Class sizes have been reduced to 12 people for proper social distancing. The moves are demo-ed at the beginning of class. During the class, the trainers are there (wearing masks) explaining the exercises and offering modifications. And there are spray bottles at each station to spray down between classes.
If you're not ready to go back to a class, they offer Zoom classes. The trainer will make sure you're keeping proper form and offer encouragment and motivation, as if you were in the Studio with them.
Working out has been a great respite from all that's going on and I'm so thankful that Paul & Bobby have been able to adjust.
PRIOR REVIEW:
Don't be intimidated that this is a HIIT studio, if you've never done one. It's a fantastic workout. The support and encouragement that you receive (hints on how to improve form or modifications to still work the muscles) from the trainers (Paul, Bobby, Scarlet, Michelle, etc) and the other people in class keeps me coming back.
I joined in December, during the 7 day deal, and liked it so much I decided to join. Before that, I had not done a workout program in years. Every day has a slightly different workout so boredom is not an issue.
They're definitely keeping me engaged and challenged. As a result, I've lost weight, built muscle and feel stronger.
The only downside may be the money I have to spend buying a new wardrobe because none of my clothes fit now.

Highly recommend F45 arts district!! Their workouts are always challenging. The trainers are awesome, always motivating you and making sure you have good, safe form. It’s a large space compared to other F45 locations. Showers are a plus, and they even provide toiletries. Also, gotta love the community here. Oh, and parking in their lot is never an issue.

Hands down one of the best fitness studios in LA! Every aspect of F45AD is set up to help you succeed at reaching your fitness goals - whether it's losing weight, getting stronger, or building healthy eating habits. The owners and trainers are extremely supportive and always check on you to make sure your form is good. But my favorite part about this gym is the community - all of the members are incredibly friendly and eager to cheer you on during workouts. I used to hate waking up early but now my 7am classes are the best part of my mornings. If you have been thinking of checking out F45, do it now!! You won't regret it.

This is the best gym ever. Everyone is made to feel welcomed and encouraged. Working out can be a daunting task but this is the best part of my day. Bobby and Paul put a lot of effort in making this more of a community than a business. All the instructors that lead the classes here are top notch as well. Come give F45 AD a try if you want a fun and effective workout regiment, you won’t regret it.

I'm so happy I found this place! Before coming here I was in a bit of a workout rut. After about 3 years suffering from chronic shoulder pain and tendonitis in my forearm, accentuated (or caused) by doing vinyasa and ashtanga yoga 5 x week, I knew I had to go a different route to gain some stability and strength.
I've never been "good" at gyms. Every membership I had I couldn't stay consistent and would eventually cancel, not knowing what to do on my own and feeling out of place in group classes, missing the sense of community I had in my yoga classes.
Here I've found that plus more. The resistance training is helping me build muscles and strength in a safe way under the guide of the incredible instructors who give me corrections on form and modifications when needed. Besides the occasional flare up (that I now know how to handle with stretches and PT) my chronic shoulder pain is gone! The HIIT classes Mon/Wed/Fri are super fun and sweaty and I'm now realizing how important cardio is for my overall energy and health. My favorite class is probably Hollywood on Saturdays which is a mixture of cardio and strength and the only class that's a brutal hour long (the rest are 45 min.)
The workouts are great, ever changing so you won't get bored. I'm no expert but they seem to be very sophisticated in the way they are laid out to build strength and agility in a well balanced way.
I can't sing enough praise for the instructors at this location (Bobby, Paul, Michelle, Scarlet, Bruce and others) are all top notch! They are incredible role models, all super fit themselves, but they also bring a great energy to the room and pay close attention to all the attendees making sure we go all out, have a lot of fun, and also do things correctly to avoid injury. They are encouraging and positive and push you to be your best while never making you feel inadequate when you can't do a particular exercise.
The community is amazing here as well. I'm going 5-6 times a week now and it's so great to see the same faces and everyone working so hard to be their best. It makes it easy to keep showing up and it's becoming like a second home.
And an added bonus is I did the 8 week F45 challenge and lost 5% body fat! I have dropped some unwanted pounds and starting to see some abs and definition in my arms, so I'm looking and feeling the best I have in years.
All in all, probably the best workout/gym I've ever been to!

If you're looking for a great workout this place will change your life! F45 is hiit based so the workouts go by quickly and your sweating immediately. Cardio days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, strength Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Saturday is an intense mash up of both. DON'T START ON A SATURDAY. You'll love the class, I promise, especially if you're lucky enough to have DJ Scratch n Fit in the building, but it's a tough one.
Aside from the fitness, the owners and trainers have created a real sense of community and fit family. They really care about you excelling. I've gained strength I didn't think I'd ever have and it's very empowering. Get yourself a week trial right now and see for yourself. I hope to meet you at F45 Arts District. (I'll be the one dancing during the workout)

What can I say. This place is amazing! I have been going for a few months now. All the trainers are amazing and personal. They are authentic and generally care about you and your wellbeing. I am getting in great shape and creating new friends while doing so. One of my favorite parts is the inclusive community they are creating. It’s incredible to see the diversity of people coming together with common goals all supporting each other. No matter what their skill level.
The facility itself is kept very clean. They actively wipe down the equipment during and post workout. The equipment is new and well kept. They provide workout towels and have 2 available showers for people on the run.
The app is pretty straightforward and easy to use. A bonus is the Lionheart heat monitor that tracks your daily, weekly, and monthly workouts. Giving you a live feed during your workout and up to date stats on your progress.
So if your looking for a great full body workout with amazing trainers, equipment, and community, F45 is the place for you!

I started working out at F45 AD because I was a member of LA Fitness for 6 years and eventually got bored of weight training alone...and waiting around to use equipment. The trainers at F45 AD made me feel like part of a family from day 1 (It was the Saturday Hollywood workout, I threw up) and have pushed me out of my plateau. They’ve really helped me crush my fitness goals - this is the best I’ve looked and felt in years.
F45 AD is far more than a gym. The owners, Paul & Bobby, have done an outstanding job making it feel like a community. Along with teaming folks up for the 8-week fitness challenges so members can get to know one another a little more, the guys host a number of events outside the gym so we can socialize when we’re not sweating our a$$es off.
I’ve since trained at other F45 locations while traveling, and while they’ve all been very welcoming, there’s nothing like my home base. F45 AD is the bomb diggity!

F45 Arts District is everything you could want in a workout: Motivating, encouraging, sweaty, challenging, safe and fun! You have TV visuals and trainers guiding you through new full body workouts each day. The structure feels like personal training but you have a great energy from the room!
The trainers are absolutely amazing, they care about form, support your goals and keeping you motivated! They keep you coming back and pushing towards your goals. Paul, Bobby, Scarlet, Michelle and Bruce go above & beyond trainers. They get to know you, your workout & health goals, and keep you coming back to achieve them!
The community here is truly connected! There is an energy that’s exciting and supportive, never intimidating or overwhelming. I love watching the journey of the Arts District Teammates achieving what they set out to do and it feels like everyone is cheering each other on!
There are fun events too! F45 offers challenges that really kick your goals into high gear. The Arts District takes it up a notch and makes it actually fun to give up chocolate for 8 weeks (I never thought I’d say that!) Its also a great way to get to know the community.
I have to say I feel lucky to have found such a gem. It is a unique find to have a stellar group of people and an awesome workout. You’ve got to try it!

This gym is awesome for two reasons: 1) the trainers and 2) the members... and 3) the workouts... so 3 reasons.
The trainers are some of the best people to help motivate you and push you, and they’re actually really cool too. Whether you’re a beginner or someone a little more experienced, they push you hard enough within your limitations to get a great workout and always make the workout fun. They also do a great job of making you feel like you’re part of the group, a family of sorts, suffering together to get fit. I really can’t say enough great things about Paul, Bobby, Scarlett and Bruce (the morning trainers/...and now friends). They’re awesome.
The members are awesome too. Everyone encourages each other (with some playful banter in between) and it helps to see them suffering along with you. Plus with some of the parties/breakfast/etc. that the gym throws, you end up getting to know them at a more personal level and end up making some friends.
Lastly the workouts, 45mins of HIIT workouts. They’re tough, not going to lie, but what’s great is that they offer modifiers so that anyone can do them (I know I’ve needed a few modifiers). They change up the workouts and the formats often enough that you never get bored and your body will stay surprised.
The F45 Arts District gym is awesome, highly recommended and I wouldn’t workout anywhere else in DTLA.
Oh yea, they validate parking too!

F45’s company motto is “Team Training. Life Changing” and that is truly what you get out of F45 but especially the F45 art district gym. The trainers are helping you become a healthier, stronger and more confident you. Most of all they won’t let you get away with bad form. They makes sure you get the most out of the workout but in a way that doesn’t harm you body by bad form or technique. There is no slacking at the F45 Art District gym! The community of members here make working out fun. Coming to F45 is something that I look forward to every day and with no two workouts being the same, I always have a surprise waiting for me.

First gym/studio I've been to in years that had me hooked right away. Classes are always different and challenging which keeps things interesting but it's probably the non-threatening and supportive trainers that set it apart and keep you coming back. I’ve been working out at F45 Training Arts District for several months now and have only positive things to say about it.
Paul and Bobby (co-owners) are super hands on and I appreciate that about them as owners of the studio and coaches during workouts.
Scarlet and Michelle are great coaches as well! Their high energy and love for dancing makes me want to groove more than actually do the station workouts! 🤣
The only negative would be that it’s so challenging, it makes me want to push myself even harder and see how far I can handle it mentally and physically.
On certain Saturdays, they have a DJ that spins super high energy jams and it is a bonus to the workout!
I highly recommend to all to try it out; they have a great deal on a one-week trial! Get your gainz on!

I just love going to this gym. They have a great method that keeps you motivated on booking the upcoming classes.
I have seen changes in my body and state of mind that no other place has ever given me.
I feel in shape like never before and I’m 48 years old.
The team of trainers always come up with encouraging comments and great advice to keep up conditioning and I am always amazed that they remember all the names of the people that visit them!
That truly speaks of their professionalism and passion for their job.
Also something that is really particular about F45 is the fact that your coaches really look fit, not like other places where you get “trained” by persons that don’t look like YOU want to look!
Keep up the great work Paul, Bobby, Scarlett and Michelle! You are truly an inspiration!

I've been looking for an interval/HIIT training gym for a while, and I'm so glad that I found F45! I didn't want a gym that specifically focused on a particular style like boot camp, crossfit, or weight loss. BUT F45 is a combination of all three if you're looking to get stronger, leaner, and faster. The interval/HIIT training fits into my lifestyle more, and it aligns more with my physical goals. The F45 workouts are so fun and addicting because of Bobby and Paul! They bring on some intense coaches and they will give you a good sweating workout! I got to know Bobby and Paul over the course of a few months, and they always welcome you with open arms. It feels great to have a fit fam supporting you through your fitness journey at F45 Arts District! I highly recommended for you come to this gym if you live or work nearby.
