Awesome gym- don’t ever change anything! Metal dumbbells, old school equipment that they don’t make anymore. Perfect place. I’d drive an hour to workout here everyday if I could. Front desk girls are super friendly and kind. Great place. One more reason to visit Murphy’s!

Nice 24 hour gym with great staff. Two years ago I decided to make Family 4 Fitness Center a big part of my training for the Boston Marathon, which I have run for many years. With help from the awesome staff and all the right equipment, I was able to greatly exceed my goals in Boston. On the 250th anniversary of Patriot’s Day, April 21st, 2025, I won the 75-79 age group in the Boston Marathon👍 - John Hieb, Murphys, CA.

I went here today for the first time. They were friendly,helpful and the gym was clean with a lot of machines to choose from . I am excited to workout here and start my weight loss/ fitness journey .as a local I just wish I would have started to come here sooner😊.

Our son was treated rudely and in a very unprofession manor more than once. We have been members at different gyms over the years. Never never a complaint or problem. Now we live full time in Arnold (yes LOCAL) we will spread the word that if you have a young adult or HS age athletes, this is NOT THE GYM FOR YOU. Some positive customer service skills are sorely needed. And this is not a fake review.. Please email me and I'd provide my membership number.

Gym owner (Kenny) is incredibly knowledgable. I used him as a personal trainer, and his experience helped me build a foundation of fitness that I have now used for several years. I cant say enough about his commitment to his gym, customers and community. Very knowledgeable to train all ages, genders and fitness levels. Ive sent my family members to train with him.

Kenny works with our local high school and is a donater to local charities. I have kids in school, so I like to see his involvement. Kenny is a staple of ourcommunity and were lucky to have him and his facility.

Kenny is constantly upgrading his equipment, and the gym, which offers state of the art treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals ect. Not to mention a great squat rack and platmform. All the free weights you need to get the job done. If you cant get a total workout in this gym, maybe sign up with Kenny cause you might not know what your doing lol.
