Training with Andrei has been nothing short of amazing. He’s straightforward, incredibly skilled, and makes everything feel doable. I’ve actually gone through two full transformations with him, and each time it proved just how effective his approach is when you follow it.

I started FBC Fitness personal training with Olga to make my core muscles strong after back injury and so far my experience has been transformative. I have built the good strength just in few sessions, i already started feeling less pain and more strength.

Olga is very professional, she has been incredibly motivating and supportive to loose weight and maintaining mental health with physical fitness. The environment is always welcoming and supportive. There is plenty of space to workout.

Olga is a fantastic trainer, she come up with plan for each individual, I start out with stretches that seem like exercises. Then we go into multiple movement exercises that help strengthen the body's core muscles.

I trained at FBC Fitness for a few months. The sessions were only 50 minutes long, which isn’t enough time for a proper workout, and most of my sessions ended in just 45 minutes. That’s too short for the price they charge. The male trainer who worked with me seemed depressed much of the time and wasn’t paying enough attention to my workout.

Highly recommend the training for people who’d like to gain strength, lose weight and learn knowledge. I’ve been working with Olga for a couple months already and I always enjoy the sessions with her since she’s so knowledgeable and friendly.

The gym itself is fully equipped and very clean. They charge reasonable prices for the high quality training and i’ll give it 6/5 for the overall experience if I could.

This place deserves 6/5 stars!! Looking for a quality personal trainer, look no further!! I have been training with Olga for the past 4 1/2 months now and I can easily say it was the best decision I made for my fitness journey. In the beginning Olga asked me about my goals and gave me a realistic timeline in which I could achieve them. She then puts a personalized plan together based on your training/weight loss goals and constantly makes adjustments to your workouts (reps, weight, types of exercises) as you continue to get stronger. What I liked best is that not only does Olga push you to your limit in each training session (you will be dying towards the end trust me), she still makes sure you are doing the exercises in the proper form so you do not hurt yourself. After each session I always leave feeling stronger and with a sense of accomplishment. After just 4 1/2 months I can see so much change in myself, not only have I lost weight but I have also gotten so much stronger. Olga is very kind and supportive and also has lots of positive energy that keeps you motivated and pushes you to work harder. She is also very funny. Both Olga and Andrei are very professional and knowledgeable trainers and wonderful people too! You are in good hands when you train with them! Thank you Olga and I highly recommend FBC Fitness!!

I’m writing this review with great appreciation and respect for coach Andrei and Olga, both talented and great trainer with kind heart. It has been three months I’ve trained here and it is so far the best investment I’ve ever made. The all five stars already speaks for this place itself.

Training: 1 on 1 instruction with detail-emphasized, customized plan. Andrei as my coach makes sure that the progress is steady and the training is efficient. Just the right amount to push yourself to the limit yet not hurting yourself. Coach Olga is just as professional and caring, pick a coach and you won’t regret the plan. They track your progress and always make sure the plan is working. I’m more confident now and feel (also look) stronger.

Environment: personal and clean. Fully equipped studio with all the equipment you will need to be strong. No fancy stuff - basic yet efficient. CLEAN ! CLEAN! And never wait in line. They always makes sure the equipment are in good shape and always buy new ones when it is turning old. Supportive and motivative - with hours of fun.

Scheduling: flexible with reasonable price. Here reasonable mean below average - no registration fee, no membership fee etc. only training fee which is even lower than normal commercial gym, which you still have to pay multiple other fees. Coach Olga is always polite and kind and try to fulfill all the requirements make by their clients. They never miss a session.

Bonus: both coaches are knowledgeable on their business. Here you will not only become healthier, but also will you learn the skill, know the diet and also make life time good friend with coaches. They are humorous and full of knowledge about bodybuilding. You will learn more than just bodybuilding - also about life.

Cherry on the top: literally - coach Olga makes the best healthy cake I’ve ever had. Train hard - maybe you can get a taste too.

Lastly just remember - Chipotle is not as good as it sounds like, nor Tofu.

I have always been intimidated by the machines and weights at the gym. My metabolism has slowed so I knew I needed to focus on my health but had no clue how to start. That’s when I did some research and found Olga. I like that it is a private gym so when you go for your personal training it’s just you and the trainer (and maybe one more person if her husband has a client). I only intended to stay with Olga for 3 months to learn proper technique so I could walk into a gym and not feel intimidated but I stayed with her nearly a year. She knows her stuff and loves what she does. She really wants you to succeed. She was a hard task master haha! But it’s what I needed. And now I feel comfortable and confident walking into any gym and lifting weights. Thank you Olga!

I love the FBC fitness. My trainer Andrei watches me and make sure I don’t get hurt, and encourages me to work harder than I could do on my own. He does all the work, setting up the machines, counting the reps and is a second pair of eyes on my form so I can really focus on the movement. I worked 5 times a week with Andrei and lost 8 pounds in my first month from working out and watching my caloric intake that Andrei provided me. I love getting my workouts in and I love how much my eating habits have changed for the better. My friends and family really started to notice after 3
months and how much more toned and healthier I looked. I can proudly say I lost 37 pounds in 6 months and become stronger as well with good cardiovascular strength. Andrei is one of the best out there. Period. I cannot emphasize how getting back to the basics - just conventional exercises done right - focus on the form and how your muscles react to reps/weight has been a breath of fresh air in the midst of all the craziness. We are very happy with the results. They are very dedicated trainers. They take our measurements every fourth class and change our workout plans based on our progress. I've started Olga's workout classes last month and she is by far one of the best instructors I've ever gone to! She is extremely dedicated to her practice and always makes the workouts enjoyable, very challenging, and leaves you feeling accomplished. Best thing about this gym is that everything is under one price. Gym + personal training, unlike other gyms where price for training is different and price for using gym is different. At the end of the day you will end up paying a lot.

FBC fitness is one of the best decision I ever had in my life. It has been only 2 months but my measurements tell the story of my transformation. Here in FBC fitness, my trainer takes measurement every 2nd Friday and analyse, where like which muscle I need to work more and then accordingly change my excercise plan. It's not like all other personal trainers who make you do the same thing again and again for months and you don't see a difference. I will keep on working hard with my trainer here to get more 💪 positive results in coming months.

Olga is personal trainer for about 3 months. I can see clearly see the results during my strength training. Moreover both Olga and Andrei are very friendly and guide me on healthy eating as well.
