I’ve been training at Fear for a couple months. The growth and progress I’ve seen has been on the next level. I’ve always been scared of going to a gym because I wouldn’t feel comfortable and didn’t knew what to do. But here at Fear Markos provides the best guidance and makes you feel comfortable which that was something that I need. Overall, training with Markos has been the best decision I’ve made. Now I’m able to go to the gym with no issues or insecurities. If you’re not at Fear, honestly I don’t know what yall doing. MAKE SURE YALL JOIN!!!!

I’ve been training at FEAR with Sang since 2024 and my experience has been excellent. The facility is very clean and then the environment is unbeatable. Other clients and trainers create a fun and motivating atmosphere.
While training with Sang I’ve been able to lose weight, build muscle, improve my fitness level, increase my mobility, and increase my endurance. During my one-on-one private sessions with Sang, I’m able to receive hands on training where he tailors each workout to my specific goals and needs. His expertise and attention to detail ensure that my form is correct, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing results. Sang is incredibly encouraging, pushing me beyond my limits while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.

Best decision I made was to join FEAR Training. If you’re looking to get your fitness journey started but are unsure of where to begin, FEAR is the place that will help you get started and gain the confidence. The facility is always clean and very welcoming with the good vibes going since 5am. I’ve been training with Christian since January and I have been seeing incredible results in just 2 months. Christian is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and his workouts will always show you that you are stronger than you think. I am very happy with my training journey at FEAR and with Christian and highly recommend them if you’re looking to start your fitness journey.

I've been training with Christian Warren at Fear Training, and honestly, it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was at a point where I was just tired of feeling low energy, unmotivated, and not happy with how my clothes fit. I had gained a lot of weight after having my son, then COVID hit, and I tore my ACL, so I just kept making excuses.
Christian has been amazing at helping me with proper form, so I'm getting the most out of my workouts and avoiding injuries. I never thought I'd look forward to waking up at 5 AM to go to the gym, but here I am! After almost 3 months of training, I've learned to make healthier food choices, get my steps in, and I even find myself encouraging others to do the same.
Before I started working out, I felt "old," but now that I'm more active, I definitely don't feel that way anymore. Training with Christian has given me so much knowledge about the gym, and I'm so grateful for the support system I've found here. The other ladies are just as supportive and encouraging, and I love how we all lift each other up, no matter how big or small the victory is!

Currently on week two of my training Journey with Christian Warren and my only regret is not starting sooner. Having chris as a trainer has been such a blessing especially for an early morning class he makes sure you are AWAKE and PUMPED for the day. Before training with Markos at FEAR i wasn’t confident in how i looked. I wanted to learn more about fitness, especially my forms! I trained with a few other trainers during my fitness journey & though i did learn some things with them. i did not get the same results i did after joining FEAR training. In the beginning of my training i ate a bunch of junk food & drank alcohol about 2/3x a week! Markos always held me accountable for that & provided me with a meal plan with different protein meals & snack ideas to hop off the bad habits.
FEAR has been a positive impact in my life which is why i continue to workout here. i recommend this gym for anyone that is looking for a local gym in the Bay Area with great vibes to sign up at FEAR, i promise you will not regret it!!

Markos is great! Definitely makes you feel comfortable at whatever your goals and starting point may be with the gym/fitness. He pushes you to limits you didn’t know you could reach by adding on weights, reps, etc… Definitely give Fear a try!

My time at has at FEAR been absolutely life changing and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Before going to FEAR I would never workout, I was not confident at the gym & felt like I never knew what I was doing which is why I never made an effort. I really want to appreciate Markos program for making me feel more confident in myself. When I first started his program I didn’t know anything, not even my forms. He has helped me with getting my forms correct. While I was getting my forms correct he was very patient and because of that I learned fast. Markos has helped me learn a lot about exercise and what they target. I was shy when I first started but I meet great people while working out with Markos. Markos always pushes me to do better even when I think I can’t do it, he really encourages you. I recommend Markos if your just starting, want to get better, or feel more confident in your body. He’s a really good trainer!!
