Where to begin. I started my feel good journey about 9 1/2 ish months ago and I have to say, really didn’t know what to expect going in. I went in for my consultation with Coach V and he made sure I felt good about myself right there and then asking questions and making sure I understood what was to come. When the time came for my first workout, the feeling of those first day jitters quickly went away by the all-around great atmosphere and amazing welcoming by coaches Morgan and Victoria; the coolest and most amazing coaches! 🤘 From then on I knew my fitness health was in great hands.

Fast forward 9 months and I can’t begin to tell y’all how amazing I feel both physically and mentally. My fitness level is quite literally at another level, I feel healthier than ever and every time I look in the mirror I see another (very muscular may I add) person, a person who really loves the way they feel. Coach V, Coach Morgan, and Coach Victoria all really care about my progress and always ensure I have proper form when working out. They were very sensitive and supportive to my back injury and always adjusted the exercises specifically to my needs anytime I felt discomfort.

They also really made me enjoy working out. Every time I walk into the gym, I’m greeted by their warm friendly smiling faces calling out my name and coming up to greet me and asking how I’m doing.
I’ve never felt this way in any gym I’ve been in. I truly feel that the community at Feel Good Fitness is my second home.

When I first stepped foot in this gym in September 2024,
I never imagined that I’d loose over 40+ lbs. in 6 months and maintain keeping it off. Prior to joining Feel Good Fitness I had tried what felt like 100 different times on my own but hadn’t had much success. The nutrition plan and expert nutrition tips Coach V provides are amazing.

I have a history of disordered eating and tend to have an extremist mindset when it comes to fitness- very all or nothing. These things combined made any “health journey” I ever went on unsustainable and short lived. That is why I hired Vincent. I wanted something realistic and sustainable. Im a mom of 2, i run several businesses, and am a nursing student. The plan that Vincent gave me was simple to follow and he checked in consistently to see how I was feeling and provided redirection if needed. He has made sure that this is something I can keep up with long term and has assured me that I should not be starving. He has even encouraged me to add a few hundred calories on somedays if I need to! All that being said, I've lost 16 lbs in 7 weeks. And as someone who has never felt particularly athletic, Ive never felt stronger or more capable in the gym. The results are there both physically and mentally. Highly recommend coach Vince, he is casually changing lives over here!

Coach Vincent has been amazing. I've always struggled to gain strength and weight. I can lose pounds in a couple days. When I came to Feel Good Fitness, four weeks ago, I was 121 lbs and underweight. Now I am 131, hit my six week target goal, with two weeks to spare. I am looking forward to continuing that trend these last couple weeks and taking what I've learned from this experience beyond.

I never would have believed four weeks ago that through nutritional planning and consistent exercise that I could see changes in my body like I have in this time. I feel stronger, hotter, and healthier.

The best part is, you never will feel judged, or down about yourself at Feel Good Fitness. A few times in the last month I had some small weight drops, but each time Vince reminded me to keep up with things and not be discouraged. I was encouraged by his levity, and saw the scale go back up because, I didn't give up. I thank Coach Vincent for that because without his knowledge and reassuring me it was just glycogen stores, I might have given up.

I’ve been going now for almost 3 weeks! I can honestly say the vibe in this place is so welcoming and upbeat. You feel like you are surrounded by friends and everyone is so supportive and encouraging from day one. You have so much help from the start even if your a total beginner like me or a total pro they will have so much information to help you reach your personal goal! It’s not a crowded gym feel. You’re not a number here. You are part of the family. Part of the group. I can’t wait to see what goal I’m going to hit next. I already see results even this fast and I’m thrilled and what’s coming next. Coach Vincent and Coach Morgan (who I personally work with) are amazing but all the coaches are amazing there. No pushy people with unrealistic expectations just results in ways that are actually doable. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a better way to work out and do it right!

Feel Good Fitness is a great gym with a comfortable atmosphere, that makes working out enjoyable, while obtaining your personal health and wellness goals.

During my 6 week challenge, I was provided a customize diet and workout plan to fit my personal goals. My tailored diet was obtainable and nothing outrageous. I was provided dietary feedback and recommendations, in addition to weight and measurement check-in's. The one hour workouts were only 3 days a week, and were easily interchangeable with a substitute workout if needed. Scheduling my workouts to meet my busy schedule was very convenient.

Coach Vincent, Victoria and Morgan are very kind, knowledgeable and supportive. They guided me with proper technique and form with each workout. They also motivated me to push through every workout, and made going to the gym very enjoyable.

After completion of my 6 weeks, I lost body fat and weight, as well as inches off my neck and waistline. I also gained muscle and strength, but most importantly, I acquired the energy and confidence I had been lacking in myself. In the 6 weeks, I learned new healthy sustainable eating habits and exercises that I can continue to utilize in my daily routine, while continuing to lose additional weight and meet my personal goals.

Overall, I had an enjoyable experience with unforgettable coaches, who genuinely care about you and your health. I would definitely recommend joining Feel Good Fitness to obtain your personal health and wellness goals.

I have been apart of so many gyms in town but this is THE BEST PERSONALIZED TRAINING GYM IN Fresno/Clovis. I would consider myself an advanced gym buff who workouts nearly everyday but what I gained and learned from this gym is something I have gotten no where else. I can’t say enough good things about Coach Vince and his six-week training program! From the beginning, he’s gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, confident, and well-supported. He introduced himself with a personal video, which really eased any nerves I had about meeting him. That initial gesture went a long way, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping his clients, especially single moms and women looking to transform their bodies.

Coach Vince is as honest and transparent as they come. I never felt any pressure to join memberships or spend extra money—he’s here to help, not to push products or subscriptions. He’s incredibly flexible and always works around my schedule, respecting my needs and boundaries every step of the way. His accountability checks are gentle yet motivating, perfectly in line with my preference for little nudges rather than constant pressure.

We have been using an app to track my progress, which has been amazing. It’s easy to use, and seeing my growth over these weeks has kept me motivated. Four weeks in, I feel stronger than ever, which was my main goal—I’m even getting close to my dream of doing a pull-up! Coach Vince has been spot-on in choosing exercises tailored to my goals, and he’s also very understanding of my personal approach to nutrition, supporting my intuitive eating without pushing specific diets.

I originally started this program to get ready for a Spartan Race, but a week in, I found out I’d also need to pass a physical fitness test for a job as a correctional officer with the California Department of Corrections. Thanks to Coach Vince’s program, I passed that test today after just four weeks of training!!! I’m doing a 6-week challenge, it’s only been 2 weeks and i so far i have lost 9 lbs! My clothes are starting to fit me again and i’m feeling confident. All my life i have always been on the heavier side, sure i would lose weight here and there but the moment i let go it’s back to zero, but that was when i had no one to motivate me EVEN MYSELF. Vince is great to work with and really knows his stuff. I’ve had mobility issues for many years. When I first started working with Vince I could not do some of the movements because of how stiff I was, but after just a few weeks I was able to move in ways that I haven’t in years. Over the last 7 months I went from being in the worst shape of my life to being better than the best.

Vincent is a excellent physical trainer and coach. I've learned more about working out and the process of losing weight and building muscle than I thought was possible and will be able to continue even after I'm no longer working with him.

He is very knowledgeable and encouraging in the gym. He not only explains how to do an exercise but the reason to do it as well as the duration and the amount of effort you should be doing in order to get the best results.

I saw FGF on my IG and really liked what they had to offer. I didn’t want to go to a huge gym and had been doing my own workout at home for quite a while, but I was under a lot of work stress and felt like I needed some help. I met with Coach V and started my program in the summer. I like that FGF was a more personal and private environment and had all the equipment needed. I also liked the fitness app that showed my daily workout routine that Coach V set up that fit me and what my fitness goals were. The positive vibe and training from Coach V and his team always motivated me. Sometimes after work I wasn’t in the mood to go because I was tired and stressed but because I was on a routine I didn’t want to disappoint myself. Every time I step into FGF they always give me the greatest greeting! I got the best care, training and motivation from them! I’ve been with coach V for 6 months now and this is the longest I’ve ever been committed to my fitness. In those 6 months I’ve lost 20+ pounds, all of my clothes are big on me, and I’m finally able to wear the pieces of clothing I refused to get rid of despite not being able to wear them these past couple of years. Wow!! What an amazing gym. Vincent is such a knowledgeable trainer. He really cares about you and your personal progress. The consultant was great. He walked through the whole program he had developed for me personally. He is there for every workout. He is great at finding alternate exercises if one is uncomfortable for you to do. (I have some back issues, and he modifies the exercise I'm doing, but it still has the same intensity. It's awesome! I've made so much progress in 7 weeks. I would definitely recommend it if you are serious about getting in shape. His other trainer Mina is also fantastic! She is kind and always helpful. She makes sure I'm giving my best effort during my workouts.

I’ve been going to Feel Good Fitness for about a month and I’ve already seen and felt a huge difference in my mood, energy and how my body looks and moves. Vince coaches with a kind and patient demeanor and is incredibly relatable. His own weight loss journey gives him a unique perspective and empathy for his clients that are starting their own journeys. Vince is also extremely attentive and knowledgeable.
