Pedro is great to work with!! He's really knowledgeable about injury types and movement patterns and really willing to meet you where you're at and build from there. I was only in town for a short time, but he was still able to break down some issues that I was having in my squat form and give me really actionable, targeted drills to work into my routine. He also works with my mom, who I have seen huge improvements with as she's now been working with him for a while. She used to have a lot of issues with stairs due to knee pain and now she's squatting and making a ton of progress!! He's also very patient and encouraging during sessions. 10/10 recommend!

Pedro is exceptional. I'm glad I made the decision to work with him. I used to struggled with repeated injuries and lots of chronic pain. Sometimes I'd throw out my neck just by getting out of bed in the morning. It was painful and frustrating, and I was scared my body was made of glass. After reading reviews about Pedro's style and expertise, I had a feeling he might be able to help me... I've been working with him for 6 months now. It's amazing to look back on how much things have changed. At this point, we have a training session once a week and I play racquetball 2-3 times a week. Last week on vacation, I kayaked over strong waves for 4 hours with no injury. I have more energy, my life is more functional, and I get to have more fun! I still have a ways to go (we're working on correcting some stuff in my back) but it's easy to stay positive seeing how far things have come already. Thank you Pedro!

Pedro is nothing short of amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. He has a true passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which he has so graciously shared with me. I've been training with him for four months now, twice a week, and I always look forward to our sessions. He pays close attention to my personal fitness goals, always making sure I'm feeling good about the chosen exercises. When modifications are necessary, he immediately has an alternative option. Pedro even checks in with me on our off days, giving me friendly reminders to be mindful of what I'm eating. His prices are more than affordable; he's worth every penny. Get Fit ….Feel Good is not just a slogan. After a knee injury, over 10 years ago, I did not keep up with my exercises. Pedro has modified exercises for me to strengthen my knees. He is very patient and through. Checking in on my progress helps keep me motivated. As I get better with each exercise he ups my routine. No pain is gain.! I highly recommend Pedro.

I have known Pedro for 10 years as a fellow student of pain science applied to manual therapy, pt, and massage. He knows the theory well and cares about being current with the best available practice. only this year when i had a car crash broken clavicle and ulnar; did I experience his application of the science. He really is an empathetic listener and met me where I was at- frustrated in mild pain and uncertain I could get out of this;( His feed back and suggestions were real, not out of a twxtbook, and pierced through my anger and deffensiveness. And he even followed up with me on my progress! If you want to use fitness to rehab ar feel better; Pedro is rock solid guide and cheerleader.

I've been dealing with back issues for a while and also started to lose interest in going to the gym. I felt that a new perspective on my fitness goals was needed and sought Pedro out for a consultation. When we first met, he told me that his goal for all his clients was to get them to the point where they don't need him anymore. That I really respected.

He's very accommodating and listens to what your concerns are. Even if you don't know quite what your fitness goals are, he reads in between the lines to feel what you're looking for. I've seen major progress since our first meeting and getting my drive to want to go to the gym again.

Pedro was a phenomenal personal trainer. He was able to push me to get out of my head and the dreaded "this is how it should be". Through my time training with Pedro I became more confident with lifting weights and gained range of motion. He helped me gain strength and lessen the pain I was going through while training for a Half Marathon. Accomodating of my busy schedule but made sure I was accountable to myself. Great experience!

VOTE FOR PEDRO! Yeah, couldn't help it since we're so close to election day and he definitely deserves 5 stars!

Pedro works out of a great rehab facility called Catalyst. I've been there for my last two knee replacements and I'm about to go back for my hip replacement coming up in a few weeks. Arthritis is trying to kick my butt, but I'm kicking ITS butt! I'm 62 yrs young...never too late to work out with a trainer!

It was very important to me that I find someone who is really understanding of what it takes to rehab a disabled person. Someone that is knowledgeable about how the body works. I'm a former competitive athlete, so even though my body isn't what it used to be, I still understand the mechanics of how it all works. But Pedro knows it even better.

He pushes me without pushing me too much. He is so concerned about how I'm feeling not only during our workout, but he texts and emails me after to see if anything is hurting. He adjusts his workouts accordingly. I trust my body to him and that's saying a LOT for me!

I also appreciate the fact that he is constantly reading up on the latest news in health and body. I'm down quite a few pounds and am able to move much better. When my next rehab is over, I'll go back to him for more tuning up.

Feel Good Fitness and Pedro will get you where you need to be, whether your're already in good shape but need some butt kicking, or if you have a long way to go.

I only worked with Pedro for less than a year, yet within that relatively short time, the quality of the training I received was qualitatively superior to anything I had yet experienced. Pedro possesses an uncommonly strong knowledge base on physical training. Another feature of Pedro that stands out is his unflagging attention to you while you are training. He makes sure you do the exercises in the correct form, while diligently recording his notes in his laptop. Pedro is very easy to work with because he has an open and friendly demeanor and projects a welcoming and hopeful attitude toward all of his clients. He is more than capable of adapting his training strategies to whatever goals/physical activities you might seek to improve. I recommend him without qualification.

Pedro is a wonderful trainer. His is always kind, courteous and mindful of any problems a client might have. He takes a personal intrest in finding out what the particular needs of a client are, then plans a specific program around their schedule to suit these needs. He keeps track of each session on his computer to chart progress, and of course then he is able to modify the program as progress is attained. From time to time, he took the time to write out a home program for me taylored to fit what I needed most. He is always open to new ideas, and is continually educating himself in knowledge of nutition and how the body works. I would enthusiastically recommend him to clients of any age or fitness level who want to maintain or improve their general health and fitness, or who have been prescribed a program for a muscular injury.

I am very prone to injuries with having two torn labrums and a torn ACL. My workouts had to change as I am getting older and my body is breaking down. I amstubborn in a sense that my mind thinks I can do more than my body can actually do. I needed some guidance to keep in great shape, be challenged and not injure myself. I didn't think I could work out as hard without risk of injury but Pedro helped with his very unique style of training. What I respect the most is the fact that Pedro assessed my body, determined what I was capable of and listened to my body's weakness's. After a very thorough assessment, Pedro put together a customized plan specific to my body's needs and not only did I get in shape but I was educated in how and why I was working out the way I was. I highly respect his functional fitness style and his knowledge and ability to teach.

Pedro is awesome! I worked with him before my wedding for about 2 months and I was able to gain a lot of muscle and drop body fat. He customized the workouts specifically to what I wanted and worked with my crazy schedule. He even let my friend (who was also training with him) and I do group sessions which was great. Pedro also helped me out with my diet plan. Working with him was a great experience and I would definitely do it again. He's a great guy and a great trainer :)

I recently started going see Pedro after I had knee surgery and was still having problems making my knee strong again. I currently see Pedro once a week and have totally noticed big changes in my strength and flexibility. Pedro works with my limitations but still pushes me within my own safe limits so that I continue to get stronger. Pedro is a great teacher and adaptable. The classes are held at a facility with all the equipment needed for a good focussed workout. I highly recommend going to see Pedro if you have some physical limitations that you are wanting to overcome, as well as getting a great workout.
