Training with Felix has honestly made such a big difference for me. He pays attention to what I need each day, knows when to push me, and also knows when I’m overwhelmed. He checks in with me daily to ask about my meals and how I’m feeling. Felix is very attentive to any changes in my weight or body fat percentage. If something shifts, he makes adjustments right away to keep me on track. I really appreciate how supportive he is and how comfortable he makes the whole process feel. I’ve seen real progress, and I feel genuinely cared for, not just coached.

Before training with Felix I was not getting anywhere with my fitness goals. I had also trained at other gyms but would always end up at square one. It was a different training experience with Felix he taught me about proper nutrition, how your metabolism works and about proper form. I’ve had a couple trainers but none of them were like Felix. He has taught me so much these past couple of weeks . He’s helped me on how to properly breath and form. I had an injured shoulder and he was patient with the process. He has helped me gain the strength back on my shoulder and the pain I had for more than 10 years is now gone. I trust him 1000%. He communicates with me everyday . I started at 248lbs and in a 6 weeks I’m down 16 pounds . He does more than just train us, he teaches us. I would not trust anyone else on my son's journey but Felix. My son is a teen and knows nothing about proper form or breathing while working out yet alone how to use the machines at a gym. Felix has been very patient with him while teaching him routines for his current abilities, making sure that his breathing correctly and has proper form. He is very patient and focused on form and breathing. Measures my muscle and body fat every week to track my progress.
