At Fierce & Fit we offer customized training sessions to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I believe that fitness is a part of a healthy lifestyle and offer virtual sessions to accommodate your needs. Sessions can be one on one or in small groups, and include cardio, strength training, martial arts, interval training, TRX, and flexibility work.

After years of failing to maintain consistency with any kind of physical activity, Jenacyn finally made it happen for me and I'm so grateful :) I was initially very intimidated and wasn't sure if I'd be able to keep up, Jenacyn met me at my level and was always super encouraging and patient. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and I cannot recommend it enough. I’ve been working with Jenacyn for two years and feel more fit and stronger than I’ve ever been before. There’s a recognizable difference between working within a class and working 1:1 with Jenacyn because she pushes you to work really hard using natural and effective coaching. I initially started working with Fierce and Fit to increase my strength after an ACL tear. Jenacyn was such a pleasure to work with and adjusted our exercises according to my PT/healing journey. I always feel so positive and supported during and after our sessions. Now that I’ve learned so much about the importance of resistance training, I plan to continue our sessions for as long as I can. She’s the best!

A gem of a personal trainer. I choose to do my sessions with Jenacyn at a park, and she brings over some free weights. The fresh air and our chats make the sessions fly by. I whole-heartedly recommend her!
She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Even for someone like me, who is perpetually crumpled in front of a laptop, she’s managed to transform my strength in just one workout a week over the course of six months.
Jenacyn creates personalized workouts that consider my injuries. I would always re-injure myself working out alone. It's money well spent for my physical and mental health.

Jenacyn is an amazing trainer, I’d say walk don’t run and start working with her, but if you’re not in running shape yet, don’t worry you will be.
My partner and I started working with Jenacyn and neither of us would be what anyone would call “excited to move our bodies”. But every week when we met with Jenacyn we left feeling stronger and more accomplished and very proud of the work we were putting in. She makes working out fun and can help with any necessary accommodations for injuries. She found what both of us enjoyed and working with her has been an absolute pleasure.
Do yourself a favor and start. You won’t regret it.

I've been training with Jenacyn for almost nine months, and I can't recommend her highly enough. I'd never worked with a trainer prior to Jenacyn and was always very intimidated by strength training. Jenacyn helped me develop a program that suits my body type and helped me gradually and consistently build muscle. Could not recommend Jenacyn high enough. She's focused on helping you achieve your goal and creates a custom workout routine that focuses on making your entire body stronger. If you have any pain or discomfort, she's able to adjust the routine on the fly. She has a flexible schedule and offers at home workouts which makes staying on track and motivated much easier. If you're looking for a great personal trainer, I highly recommend Jenacyn! You will not be disappointed.

Let me preface this with the admission that I hate working out. I will come up with any excuse to not go to the gym/go for a run/do an online class. So having Jenacyn come to my house once a week for a training session has been a game changer, because there is no excuse I can make once the trainer is already at my house. On top of this, Jenacyn is a fantastic trainer. She tailors workouts to suit my style, she is encouraging without being overbearing, and she gives great banter which distracts me from the general pain of working out. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Fierce & Fit. I have known Jenacyn for over 20 years, and she remains one of the most consistently fit and health conscious people in my circle. When she founded F&F, I knew it was a chance for me to improve my own strength and fitness while supporting a woman-owned, minority business. In the time I've had virtual sessions with her, I have noticed my strength and stamina improve. She curates workouts that are progressively challenging and cheers you along to the end of the session. She was also WONDERFUL in developing a system for me to design my own workouts while she was on vacation. Highly recommend and would do so even if she didn't happen to be a friend of mine. Jenacyn is great! She makes sure to create programs that are accessible, yet progressively challenging. And she keeps it interesting. Never the exact same workout, which I love. She also makes sure to communicate with you about your progress and how you’re liking what’s happening. Her expertise with yoga, TRX and weightlifting ensure that you can workout with a program that meets your needs, whatever they are. She’sa great cheerleader, but she’s tough, too. I was highly skeptical of virtual training sessions. Historically, I viewed them as less effective than in-person 1:1 training. I can now say that I’m converted! The virtual training sessions have challenged me and provided the results I was looking for. Jenacyn is an excellent trainer that doesn’t miss a bit and takes her craft seriously. Through her fitness guidance I’ve developed more strength and have achieved the leaner physique I desired. The best fitness decision I made in 2020 was starting her program.

I have always been intimidated to join and even start personal training because I worried I would not be able to keep up. Jenacyn does such a great job of meeting you where you are at in your fitness journey and uses her deep knowledge of fitness to cater the training sessions to you. I felt stronger and more confident after each of our sessions and feel comfortable enough to join a gym now! She helps you learn lifelong skills and also instills a confidence in your own strength which I really appreciated.
