I've been using Fightcamp for almost 2 years (in Dec). I used it 5-6 days a week. I have NEVER stuck with a fitness routine this long. I love the trainers and the variety of workouts. Following the curated paths really worked for me. Show me how do it and what I am actually capable of - its more than I thought. It covers everything, strength, flexibility, nutrition. I am able to push myself to the max every workout and that is because the trainers know what they're doing. Short workouts go hard, fast. Long workouts work up to it and have lulls at various parts to help get you through it. The first time I did a 10 rounder I thought there was no way I can do this, and guess what I could, I did and do them every week now. Like anything you get out what you put in but I do feel part of a community and like the help I get along the way. The bag has held up well, trackers are very reliable and the app works great most of the time. Any problems I've had have been one offs.

Fight Camp is absolutely the best home workout system I personally have ever used. The system works really well: it tracks punches and kicks really well, the trainers are all great to workout with, I love the equipment that I got from fight camp, the heart rate monitor works, the music is solid. If you love a combat style workout and going in person is not an option for whatever reason, Fight Camp offers a ton of variety and a level of real time feedback that is unmatched in a home workout.

Customer service is excellent but the website is not clear enough about the product. Sand for the bag is not included in your cost. You are paying for the bag, stand, gloves and wraps, console and sensors. You will have to purchase sand separately and fill. And you MUST do a subscription on top of the cost of the equipment. None of this was made clear at my time of purchase but in subsequent emails I received after purchase. There is only a 2 hour window from purchase to cancellation. I also had trouble logging into the account after purchase. In contacting customer service, they were quick and excellent with their response and allowed me to return the items and cancel any boxes that hadn't shipped yet and processed my refund quickly. For this reason, I do recommend the company, but know what you are getting into first!

My experience with fight camp has been terrible. There customer service is awful and they do not honor there refund policy. I have been a member for 2 months and i regret it. John has done nothing to help me. Christian reached out and said he would issue a refund and so far and nothing. When you email them you get a generic email saying you will be contacted and that's as far as it goes. I emailed the ceo and got the same generic email. If the ceo of the company doesn't care about his customers then that goes to show no one else there does either. I am aware everyone's experience is different but I wanted to share mine. Do your homework and research. I personally will never recommend fight camp to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE FC workouts. There's amazing variety for all types of goals and intensity levels. Being able to get my stretch and recovery routines in the same place as my workouts and being able to "stack" them to play automatically is GOLD.

This is kind of a life changing program for me. I do a lot of different exercises and I have come to realize through fightcamp that the heavy bag training has become my absolute favorite. The family ordered Fight Camp in November and have been loving every day with it. The unit takes a lot of punishment.

I was apprehensive with the purchase because of previous posts on customer service and equipment. When I say it takes punishment I mean it. I pull no punches, pun intended. I have amateur boxing training and trained as heavy weight. So, I originally thought, wrongly I might add; it wouldn't withstand heavy hits, but it most certainly does.

However, one of the units just recently failed. As it happens with mostly all Tech. The main reason for the post is, Nicole at customer service. She quickly responded and is sending a replacement after brief troubleshooting.

I must say it was an overall great experience ordering, using, and now full circle with service.

Nothing can compare to an actual boxing gym but FightCamp definitely made it possible, they have even created a virtual setting to compete against an appointment. My fight camp experience is a good one. I looked forward to sparring with any trainer that I wanted to to receive a very good sweat while strengthening my boxing skills as well as getting back to a good physical fit.

I had major shoulder surgery on 9/14/2023 and cannot get back to my fight camp bag until my Ortho doctor releases me. I will come back because I felt so good after my boxing workout.

I've been a Fight Camp member for over 3 years and highly recommend it. I appreciate the various instructors' style and coaching. There are so many ways to keep the workouts fresh which is why I keep coming back. Additionally you can freeze your membership when necessary. I've done this either due to injury or travel. Got this a few weeks ago and I've only used it a few times to be honest, but so far, it's everything it promised it would be. The only difficult part of the setup was figuring out how to fill the base with all of that water (if you're not moving anytime soon, I would recommend doing sand instead... even full of water, the base still moves quite a bit when punched.) Also, the customer service is amazing. The gloves I ordered were too small, but instead of making me send them back, they sent me the large size for free!

Horrible customer service set-up. If you need to alter your order, you only have 2 hours after submitting to change it. Guess what! You can only do it through email which takes them 24 hours to get back with you. The holy grail is you have to schedule a time to receive a phone call from a customer service representative. For the month of November 2023, they're booked! Ha! I'm not making this up. I only wanted the bag and ring but it's not listed for you that way on the site so I had to order the base package. I reached out through chat for something else and the representative informed me I could purchase only the bag and ring. Go figure.. The times we live in where you have to pencil yourself in for a customer service representative to call you, crazy.

I’ve used Fightcamp for four years and I’m still as enthused about the program today as I was when I first started. The content is professionally produced and vast. The use of tech combining punch counting, output, and heart rate is unmatched. Maybe the best feature is the community. The trainers promote engagement both within the workout and online, creating a real sense of belonging with the program. I have used this program now for over 3 years and have loved every minute of it. After all this time it is still is challenging, partly because Fight Camp continues to develop new programming including strength training, abs toning, nutrition, and more. The periodic competitions are fun. The leader board is a great way to stay motivated. The equipment is top notch, including some pretty awesome punch trackers. The service team is responsive and has exceeded my expectations with each interaction. There are a variety of trainers to mix things up as well as classes of all strengths and types. I LOVE this program! FightCamp actually makes me look forward to working out! The workouts are super fun and they have a great variety (strength, conditioning, stretching, pure boxing, full body, kickboxing, abs). The workouts will kick your butt whether you’re a beginner or an established athlete. They have features that work great for self-motivation and trainers that push you to reach your best potential. We have had fight camp set up for about a little over a year now. Both me and my husband use it and love it. It's a great workout. The variety of workouts is excellent. All the trainers are great, I especially like Jess, Aaron, PJ and Flow Master. My fav workouts are the Full Body, Burnouts and Core. I like that you can add on the core workouts to start immediately after your main workout. When using the trackers I like to focus on the punch goals, whereas my husband likes to focus on the power. We have it set up on carpet (only space we have room) so depending on how hard you hit the bag it can move. We bought gym tiles to place under the bag, but those still move over the carpet. It doesn't move as much for me, but moves quite a bit when my husband uses the bag. I'm sure it doesn't move much if you have it on a hard surface like concrete or hardwood. We don't mind moving the bag back every now and then. The customer service has been excellent. Even on the weekends, I get timely email responses to my requests/questions. The process of purchasing and setting everything up was super easy as well. The app is really easy to use and new workouts are being added all the time. I would highly recommend Fight Camp.

I enjoy working out and I also enjoy combat sports. Combining those two things together seems like a no brainer. I had no idea fightcamp was a thing until I started googling to try and find something that was a fit for my needs. Luckily they make exercising AND learning seamless. There is a subscription required in order to access all of their content but, as someone that hates subscription fees, this subscription is packed with content. Ordering was easy and setting the bag and trackers up is extremely straight forward. Customer support is also very helpful. I recently "lost" my trackers (my toddler probably moved them to an as of yet undetermined location) and they sent me new trackers at no cost to me. This was a one time thing but how many companies are treating their customers this way in 2023?

If you want to get in shape and need a way to make exercise more fun then I highly encourage you to try fightcamp!

Paid in insane amount for a bag that rounded out on the bottom the week after I got it, causing it to move half a foot with every punch, even with their $100 mat that’s made to “keep it in place”. I filled it with THEIR gel that they sent, so it should have been perfect. I emailed them and they basically refused to help in any way, basically just said deal with it. UPDATE: the Customer Service team reached out to me and walked through all of the remedies. They really kept at it until all my issues were resolved. I'm raising from one to four stars due to the polite and friendly support I received in spite of my initial frustration. OLD REVIEW: Just received the product, but as others have mentioned, after-sales support is poor. One of my two trackers did not work out of the box, but the 'canned' customer support script has me go through the same tired process to attempt to use something that is clearly defective. Love the concept, but so far this has been just such a massive let down.

We bought the FightCamp package in January 2020 and it has been the best investment ever. I work in healthcare and it was difficult to get to the gym for the classes because the local gyms only had four classes a day. I can work out whenever I want. Morning, noon or night. FightCamp has transformed me in mind, body and soul. I work out 6-7 days a week and the workouts are fun! The Coaches are knowledgeable and very Motivating!! They bring new skills every time for me to add to my tool box. I feel like I know all the coaches personally that’s how great it is. Sometimes I forget that I am watching them on a screen.

I honestly, feel bad if I miss a workout. On days that I feel like I can’t I know I have to do it even more. I go to bed so glad I did.

Customer service is also very good. I had a few things come up and within days I got a reply and was helped out.

Lastly, the Facebook community is other great place where members get to support each other to become their best self.

I would totally recommend anyone and age to get a bag and join FightCamp and bring out the really warrior within. 🥊💪🏻

We bought the family pack right after Christmas, and were excited about it! However, it is February 14 and we have still not received all the parts/pieces to actually do this. Customer service does not address specific issues, just sends out blanket email about shipping delays. At no time when we ordered this did anything come up as 'back ordered' or having significant shipping delays (it's been a month and a half!). Still waiting for their response about a timeline for the missing items of our package.

I would love to give a review on this actual product, but I have yet to receive customer support to actually set up my account to use a membership that my mom has been paying for already....bought it as a Christmas gift, and the lady who helped her place the order set up an auto subscription for me and said that I just had to contact them to set up my email with the subscription my mom is paying for, well that was now over a month ago and I have yet to receive any response. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever received, I had high hopes for this product and still do given that it cost so much money, on top of paying 40 dollars a month for the program. They just took the money and said screw these people, haha it is just unreal how awful my experience has been.
