I reached out to Joe after breaking my wrist but still wanting to try to find a way to get some physical activity in. He is very nice and knowledgeable and was able to provide a great workout for me even while I was in a cast. I highly recommend giving Joe and the gym a shot if you're looking for 1-1 personalized attention and a nice, well equipped gym.

Joe is knowledgeable and is able to identify which workouts to do baed on my fitness goals. He does group classes through ClassPass and that's how I discovered him, and since it was just me in the group, he gave me the option to do the HIIT workout or to have a more tailored personal training session. I opted for the personal training session and he was able to correct my form as well as introduce me to workout machines I enjoyed using.
The strength workout summary he sent me detailing the exercises I did, what muscle they targeted, AND at what weight/resistance I did that at was invaluable and a great reference for me.

I’ve had many trainers I’m the past but I must say it left little to be desired! That all changed when I started training with Joe! I have never met someone who is so focused and invested in each and every client he helps! You can tell how much passion he has in everything he does! Most trainers I had would be txtn while training me or seem distracted, but joe makes sure to focus on you at all times to ensure your posture is perfect to eliminate the chances of injury as much as possible! I’ve seen such a difference not only on the scale but in my everyday life! Truly recommend training with Joe you won’t regret it’ my before and after speak for themselves!

I went from playing tennis 3 to 4 times a week to zero workout for over 9 months I could feel my body in a sedentary state. Stiff joints and winded just waking my dog.
