I'm grateful that I was referred to Michael by one of his other patients. After a shoulder and arm injury that left me with constant pain and limited mobility, his expertise has been so helpful. He has been incredibly attentive, understanding my injury and tailoring the treatment to what I need. After just a couple of visits, I could feel a huge improvement - the pain started to subside, and my mobility dramatically increased. He is also great at providing exercises to do on your own to continue the healing outside of your appointment time. Michael is an amazing trainer - the best I’ve had. He is goal oriented and sensitive to how your body feels on any given day. He is also exceptionally knowledgable and takes time to explain why he recommends certain exercises for you. We've been going to Michael for over 15 years and through his knowledge of the human body he has been able to keep us healthy and active! Anytime we have any pain he can quickly figure out what needs to be done to take care of it. My husband's recovery from surgeries has greatly improved due to working with Michael. Prior to Michael I had constant back pain that would always come and go. Since working with Michael I haven't had any and have no worries of lifting anything heavy. He's one of a kind and you'd be lucky to be working with him!

I've been seeing Michael for many years. I originally was referred to him as I was on the verge of having shoulder surgery. I am happy to report after working with Michael, I did not have the surgery and my shoulder is as good as new! I still see Michael every two weeks for a body "tune-up" whether I think I need it or not (and he usually proves to me I need it)! I have learned so much about my body, overall wellness, foods to incorporate into my life and movement. He is unlike anyone else I've ever been to for my overall body health.

I first started seeing Michael almost 9 years ago when I injured my rib. I am now almost 33 years old. He helped me heal my rib through stretches and body work and completely changed the outlook on what kind of food I should be putting in my body. Fast forward some years I went on to have two kids and Michael helped me get into optimal shape for both of my pregnancies and heal from childbirth. At 32 almost 33 years of age, and with two very energetic kids I find that it important to stay on top of my health. With the help of Micheal I have been able to achieve so many things in the last few years. For example, I would suffer from very intense lower back and hip pain. Which we have virtually dissolved and is nonexistent with the help of exercise and stretches. In return, I have become stronger and gained the ability to handle a regular workload without suffering fatigue. Another great bonus is just feeling great overall. Michael has helped me with serious back issues and general wellness over the past 8 years, and I give him my highest recommendation as an exercise and lifestyle coach.
