Amazing people and place! My first ever Pilates class with reformers was with Dawn and from the beginning I felt welcome and accepted. Not being a typical “Pilates body” type lady I was so nervous if I would be accepted but she made sure I knew that Pilates was for everybody and every body. Dawn makes modifications for all skill sets and all types of people so that everyone feels successful and celebrated. I could rave on and on about how fantastic Dawn is and how great her studio is, but words would fail to encapsulate it all! Go and see it for yourself!

Dawn is a phenomenal Pilates instructor knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. Her sequencing builds heat gradually, her cues are crystal clear, and she always offers smart modifications so every body can participate confidently. I appreciated the focus on breath, alignment, and functional strength. Her classes feel intentional from warm-up to cool-down, and I left feeling energized, supported, and noticeably stronger.
