First Team Fitness offers complete sport specific training programs for individuals and full team training tailored to fit youth, high school, college, and professional level athletes. First Team Fitness integrated programs are based on the NASM Optimum Performance Training Model which includes •flexibility training •cardiorespiratory training •core training •balance training •plyometric (reactive) training•speed, agility, and quickness training•resistance training Each program has a designated purpose that provides my athletes with a systematic approach for progressing towards their goals as well as sport specific needs.

Charles is a great trainer. Full of energy, knows how to encourage the players he works with, and is very knowledgeable. My 2 boys that have participated in his program not only got stronger but more coordinated and in tune with their bodies.

My son Tip has been going to Coach Charles since 8th grade 2021. He's a Junior now in High School and we just did Speed Training with Coach Charles before the Football Season. Coach Charles creates a safe and fun environment for my son to gain his goals. I trust Coach Charles and know that he is a genuine guy. He cares about his clients and my son enjoys his training and coaching. Charles is a stand up guy and a great trainer/coach. He was able to adjust his schedule to fit ours when we needed days of training. I highly recommend Charles and his First Fitness Team. Tip has made leaps and bounds since training with Coach Charles. At age 60, I knew it was time to get back in shape, but I was reluctant to start. I knew that I needed a trainer because I couldn’t do it on my own. Our son has been training with Charles for 3 months now preparing for the upcoming basketball season and boys volleyball. What a world of difference we can see and he can feel! He connects at a personal level which helps build the rapport and trust of his clients.
Each workout offers variety but focuses on technique and building a strong foundation for athletes across the board. Even the discussions on recovery and proper nutrition have sparked a new interest in foods!
As parents, we love hearing from our son “when do we workout again?”
