FIT36 is a 36-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that focuses on building strength and stamina.
The combined science of HIIT and MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) gives you an effective workout in a short amount of time. Whether you want to get lean, lose weight, build strength, improve agility or perform betterโFIT36 will help you get there.
Our circuits, or microcycles, run for two weeks so the workouts never loses efficacy. Heart rate monitors are available to help you stay in the anaerobic zone to help optimize stamina and calorie burn during the class, and for several hours after. The FIT36ยฎ trainers serve as coaches, teachers, and motivators to help you get the results you want.

This is solid HIIT workout. The staff and trainers are really friendly and helpful and the gym is basically brand new. First class was free and the regular memberships are very affordable. Thanks, I'll be back!

The best workout for your whole body! You will never be bored at the gym again! All the staff is very helpful and encouraging during your workout. The great thing is that you will see other instructors in the class working out. I have been going over a year, and always feel like I get a great workout.

The classes and energy are great! The knowledge of the instructors is so helpful for everyone. The workouts and individual attention give you the motivation to work harder and come back for more. I really enjoy both the variety of exercises and the three day rotation of routines. It's a great workout for only 36 minutes and after several months l've seen a significant increase in body strength, my core it noticably fit! The staff is very friendly, approachable and encouraging. I highly recommend checking out Fit36!

Today was my first session and I wasn't able to complete it when my asthma acted up. I was never made to feel bad and received amazing encouragement from everyone there. It felt like a family environment and I love that. I will definitely be back!

I love everything! The workouts are phenomenal every single time. The staff make it very clear each time what we'll be doing, how to do it, and then they're there during the class to monitor you and make sure that your form and movements are correct. Every exercise is able to be modified if you aren't able to perform a specific motion (or if you just aren't strong enough to do some of the more advanced workouts like me!) It's hard enough to push the strongest athletes, but easily modified for those of us working up to that point. I love it. I'm seeing very noticeable results with my physical ability and overall energy. Thanks!

I love that everyone was so welcoming! I was really scared and intimidated to try something new, but I went anyway hoping for the best and FIT36 in Fresno exceeded all of my expectations! From the time I walked in to the end of my work out the support and encouragement was flowing my way!! And even though I was super sore the next day I went back because I felt comfortable and excited for a new challenge! A BIG THANK YOU to the entire staff, I would definitely recommend this place and I havenโt stopped talking about it to everyone I come across!
