my favorite gym experience yet! in the last few months I can see the inches falling off. Everyone is so welcoming and everyone is on different levels of strength yet, you can tell everyone is excited to be there. My husband and I both go, and it feels awesome knowing it was just a quick 30 min workout

I've been coming here for a couple years. The welcoming and fun community was something that really kept me going in the beginning. The trainers are smart. The workouts are diverse. I love that there are so many class times and that in only 30 minutes, I feel accomplished and on track for a good day!

Jake and the trainers are amazing!! It is such a great workout in only 30 minutes, every time!! I highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone who wants to see results and not feel like it's a huge commitment or too difficult to get into. I see all ages and levels, all are always happy they went to the workout.

It’s a quick 30 minute session. All the trainers are positive and motivating. The members are friendly and inviting. Between great workouts and fantastic members I feel the need to get my workouts in every day and feel blessed just being there!

The workouts change daily, there is zero judgement, all levels of fitness are welcome. I’ve been at other facilities where the atmosphere is competitive and I much prefer this setting where people work to their ability and encourage each other. You get much more than just a workout; you get guidance, help with nutrition and fun/beneficial challenges. Definitely recommend.

have spent two years in fit body boot camp class , and it has been an exceptionally fulfilling experience, enabling me to enhance my physical health, appearance, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. I received an ad on Facebook to try the six week reset challenge, I decided to try it out and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been looking to start exercising on a consistent basis, and this was what I was looking for. This gym has many sessions available from Monday to Saturday, and you do HIIT for 30 minutes. They have a session at 7:20pm, so that gives you enough time to rest between dinner and your workout. I attended about three times a week, and I have to say that the first week is super tough, especially if you are like me and have not exercised in a while. But, after you get through the first week, it gets better, and you will be so proud of how strong you feel once you are done with the sixth week. The coaches are awesome, i highly recommend giving this place a try.

I leave here feeling GREAT! The staff is amazing. They make you feel comfortable, are knowledgeable and helpful with all exercises. Its a great 30 minutes of your day, and the results are proof! Go check it out and get your fit on. 💪👍

It’s always a good day when I start it at Woodward Fit Body Boot Camp! I feel stronger, look better and have more energy. I trust my coach Janelle with showing me the correct form and she’s always encouraging me to push a little harder. There are multiple times a day to catch a workout. I would recommend to everyone! Try it out!

I absolutely love Woodward Fit Body Boot Camp!! If you are looking for FAST and effective workouts with actual results… THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOU!! Within 30 minutes you can burn as many calories as you would doing a typical hour long boring workout at the gym. The trainers and staff are so friendly and there are members of all fitness levels welcome, you go at your own pace so you will never feel intimidated!! If I could give this gym 10 stars I would😍🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

30 min in an out is what I need for my lifestyle. Being able to view the available workout slots on the fit body app for the day and week is a huge plus. The trainers at Woodward are great motivators an they look the part! Im out of breath after its over but I look forward to showing up the following day. The hard work is paying off.
