I worked out with a personal trainer in Orange County for over 20 years 3 time per week.
Loved how I felt and looked. When we moved permanently to the desert I joined Club Pilates . It was an opportunity to do something different. Three years later it was not enough for me to just do Pilates as had gained some weight and knew I needed more. I saw Gabby’s ad and made an appointment to meet with her. So now I work out with Gabby 3 mornings per week and do Pilates 4 times per week.
Gabby is tough with her workouts and pushes you to where you don’t want to say I can’t. You just DO IT.
I love my workouts as hard as they are and I so enjoy Gabby. She makes sure you are doing all exercises correctly. She laughs with you, she pushes you, she cares about you.
I have lost weight and inches. More to go but I am hooked once again.
I am 71 years old and what is important to me and has been is taking care of my body and my health.

I love Gabby and Fit Factory! Gabby has changed my life not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Gabby makes every member feel like they are family. Eureka - I found it! Just what I needed - personal structure, accountability,
nutritional guidance and meal plans, motivation and fun. I was looking for a way to incorporate all of this into my too busy physical and mental lifestyle and this is working - I love that it is so workable and flexible with my schedule too. There is nothing like this and believe me I have tried several of the other choices out there. Just finished my 5th week and the progress is remarkable. Everyone from the coaches to the others in my small group are supportive and easygoing. 65 (going on 66) is just a number and the numbers are getting better! Thank you so much Gabby and Miguel.
