這裡環境不錯，細細間，玩的人不多，很寧靜，又有近距離多部電視觀看。唯獨是空調不足，做運動時身水身汗，周圍都覺有臭汗味，很不舒服。我是住在stockton,我住區的那間店佔地面積雖大很多，但是除空調不夠外，就連風扇都沒有，電視是遠距離觀看，確是沒有以前舊的那間好環境。😂

I'm happy with my gym experience so far! It may be small but at only $10 per month it's worth the time. They even offer four free personal training sessions for new members 30, 60 and 90 days after joining if you ask. I've met several nice and helpful members too. I've gained 10 lbs. of muscle and I'm still getting stronger!

I usually go at 5am and this will be the 7th time they have not been open or lost the key to open the gym. Management has a serious problem here and will lose its members if they do not shape up!!

If you know how to workout, you only need a few machines. If you're some one that wants classes then you won't find them here. But I believe this gym has enough machines that you need for a good workout. I wish it had more kettle bells but other then that this gym has what you need for a good price.

For those who know me know I love a good deal. You can't bet the membership fee here however when I originally joined, my gym had a pool, classes, and was large enough for several members. Then after relocating to Lodi I found that this gym was nothing like my previous gym other than having a few machines. I'm disappointed and have started to look for another gym that offers the things I enjoy using when working out.
