Joined it this month. Full of energy and enthusiasm in the trainers. Santos and Nikki are the best, try their workouts and you wont regret it. Both are passionate, that's evident from their workethics.

Great and clean. With most machines new it helps to know everything is in working order. Great atmosphere, locker rooms and showers nice. In my opinion free weights could expand but overall not busy yet that you cant squeeze in.

The manager Chris was super helpful in addressing concerns that any of the customers have. Cheapest rates in town in addition to having showers, lockers and a ton of different equipment.

Update 1/10/20:
So much potential for this location because of great trainers and front desk staff but....strongly warning others of continued issues with poor management and wrong billing. Was not told of extra enrollment fees up front when I added classes and was also told my account was charged by mistake and it would be refunded but was not. After several weeks of waiting and trying to work out and get a manager to call me, I had to resort to refusing the charge with my bank. Finally connected with Chris the manager today and he admits the error on their side and apologies that they made the mistake but I still need to pay back charges plus reinstate membership at the now much higher rate. After Chris commented that he didn't need my membership anyway after the negative yelp review for no hot water, I will be pulling all four memberships we have now and not returning. As a customer service manager myself, I highly recommend that Chis gets re-trained on how to resolve issues with clients. Ben and others at front desk deserve better leadership and deserve 5 stars alone.

As of yesterday still no hot water in men's bathroom...

Joined for variety of equipment options but soon learned that hours are very short on weekends and very busy as people are trying to cram in their workout. Free weight area is very busy at all hours and causes me to limit my workouts to other equipment, opposite of why I joined. Normal gym hours and an improvement to the free weight area would make this a solid gym.

I’ve been going to this gym since it opened in April of ‘18. I love it! Never had anyone be rude to me. Never had a staff member be rude to anyone. They keep it clean, maintained, and up to date. I love love love the group fitness classes. The price is super affordable compared to most places around.

Would give it a 5 if they Up there closing hours they close to early. 11pm would be great as alot of people dont get out until late on weekdays . i use to go to inshape due to this reason as it provides me with more workout time when I get off work. they also close to early on weekends they should extend it at least until 10pm. it's a bummer but gym is nice. but it's gonna be hard as we have to accommodate to the gym instead of the gym accommodating to our needs which will cut there business if they don't try to improve in this area.

Also if they would add Indoor Cycling machines as this place, lacks this.they have other styles which to me are a bit odd. but not a true indoor cycling bike machine which would be amazing if they added .I do hope they add the cycling bike as someone that gets my cardio off biking more than running since I burn more fat&helps in joints it would be great to see it added . there's alot of cycling fans out there that have to go to inshape due to this only reason since we can't find these machines alot. other than that it's a nice place new equipment that works. clean place though a bit small. it's a nice place to work out. classes are super cool and fun and they definatly work u hard. though it does get packed so u have to find the right hours that suit u .

Best Gym in Town.
For everything I get, for what I pay, I feel like I’m robbing these people. I mean, come on- clean locker room, state of the art equipment, all for $10/mo? It sure feels like stealing.

If you’re thinking about joining- Do it! Don’t wait. You’re just not going to find anything better unless you’re prepared to drive to Modesto or Livermore.

I try to hit this place in the morning or at least before noon, except in Saturdays where I come in toward the late afternoon. The reason is- yeah the hours kinda suck. But, I can’t say it’s the gym’s fault as much as it might be the Mall’s.

Horrible customer service. I was overcharged twice. I went in to place my account on freeze because I’ve been disabled after a bad deadlift. I specifically told the kid at the front desk that I got hurt and needed to place my account on hold. She then looks my account up and says my card number was not on file for some reason and that I owed backpay. She tells me that she’ll wave some fees to make it less. I pay it then low and behold the next month I’m charged $55 when my membership was only $14 a month. The fee she “waived” was charged to my account. I called and spoke to the manager and assistant manager. They both listened and assured me it would be addressed but for me to email the corporate office because only corporate can approve refunds. It’s been about three weeks and I still haven’t heard from the corporate office about this. The gym is large, clean, new and I enjoyed it greatly but not worth all the trouble I’ve had. I’ve been out of work disabled for over a month with zero income. I used this gym about 10 times total and was charged 124.96. Incredibly ridiculous, unprofessional and impossible to reach a corporate office associate to ask for a refund or even explain the situation. I’ve never had this issue with any of the other gyms in this town.

Just joined yesterday, great place to work out. Very spacious and easily accessible to the freeway. Also the people working here are very friendly. I would recommend this gym to anyone. BTW I was told they will be changing extending their hours soon because right now they are still in the phase of "soft-opening." I am looking forward to working out here more often...
