Scott’s knowledge of Kinesiology diagnostic ability is unmatched. He was able to diagnose my issue, and identify potential causes in the very first meeting. I love Fit Societe! I have been a loyal client for 4 years and they have completely changed my life and health! Love this gym. You are known by the coaches and other members. Workouts all multi faceted: functional mobility, strength and cardio. The coaches know how to modify workouts based on any injuries you currently are dealing with. Scotty at Fit Societie helped me stay active despite my broken ankle-knowing that physical activity for my mental health is vital. They also offer nutritional consultations which has been really helpful for my overall health. FS has kept me hiking, biking and swimming well into my 60’s!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Every coach is extremely knowlegeable about how to help you achieve your wellness goals in a way that won't burn you out or get you hurt. I just got back into fitness classes after having my kid by starting the group classes here, and so glad I did, because I was able to use my improved stregnth and agility to do a once in a lifetime hiking in trail in Hawaii. I don't think I could have done it without the great coaches who have helped me get back into shape.

I’ve been attending Fit Societe group classes for about 6 months and love going. The program is outstanding, the coaches are friendly and very attentive about proper exercise form and give smart advice, and the gym is well stocked with all needed equipment. I like how the classes have a mix of cardio and strength training designed by experts with backgrounds in sports and physical therapy. They offer a convenient set of class times throughout the week. All the people I’ve meet who attend are very nice. I started coming here after doing PT at Rehab United for a knee injury and subsequent knee osteoarthritis. PT was key to overcoming limitations from this condition, and Fit Societe helps me maintain good knee health while improving my overall fitness.

I’m at the tail end of PT at Rehab United and was recommended Fit Societe when I asked my PT about help getting in better shape for tennis. What a great recommendation! It’s been exactly what I was looking for. The LivFit classes are taught by highly trained and professional coaches (shoutout Bobbi and Scott) who give you guidance as you workout. I’ve learned so much about proper form and how to prevent injuries. They’ll also work with you to modify things if you have any injuries or concerns. You can tell the coaches really care about your wellbeing and helping you improve your fitness.

The community is also very supportive, welcoming, and just a great group of people! Everyone is rooting for each other to succeed.

I always leave the classes feeling completely gassed but accomplished at the same time!

Rehab United was my go to after several knee surgeries. I’ve used most of their services including physical therapy, personal training, fit societe, massage, and wellness. Scott from fit societe is my go to knee expert and he’s my first call when I need a professional opinion on an injury. Chris G. and Jeff are great physical therapists, extremely knowledgeable and able to help work through complex recoveries. I also had a great experience with Alyssa for pelvic floor physical therapy and learned a lot from her. Mariah from the massage side is really great at working through knots and muscle tension at your comfort level. Kathy also leads some fantastic sound bath sessions. The whole crew at RU is great.

Fit4Life program of exercise for people 65 and over is great.Good program for those just coming out of physical therapy following surgery or injury, who need to keep exercising to regain strength and flexibility. I worked with Scott on a whole host of mobility and strength issues I was having with my core, back, and lower body. He was one of the most attentive coaches I've ever worked with and made sure everything we worked on was targeted on exactly what my body needed to be stronger and pain free. I love this place - originally scheduled appts for frozen shoulders which Patrick turned right around - then joined the Fit Challenge and after 8 weeks gained 7.5 lbs lean and lost 5 lbs fat. i really love Rehab United/Fit Societe!! All of the trainers are *amazing* (although I have to give a shoutout to my personal trainer Kainoa!). I love the energy and the way the workouts are structured. Kainoa and Scottie try to plan the workouts for all fitness levels and goals and include options for attendees to choose from (a strength exercise set and a cardio exercise set). I actually really appreciate that the classes are designed so that you can go back to back if you want to do both types of workouts and the times they occur are really friendly to my "i like to sleep in" and "I like to avoid traffic after work" habits.

Also Kainoa is an EXCELLENT personal trainer. He's a former pro-soccer player who understands injuries, shows up with a smile on his face every dang day, and is nothing but encouraging while pushing you to perform in a way that isn't annoying or stressful to the athlete! i have worked with trainers before and they seem to be on their own agenda but Kainoa really takes into consideration your goals and helps you along the pathways to accomplish them by integrating unique workouts that also touch on elements of physical therapy (something you don't get at most other gyms) to help you perform exercises correctly and consistently.

Even if you don't go to the fit societe classes on their schedule, the trainers are really flexible and willing to help you out if you're just around when they are (I think they may be starting "open gym" hours soon)! i really love that the programs are designed to emphasize mechanics, ensuring that you do the exercises properly, and are really able to help you if you have a deficiency in your technique. I've learned so much in the 3 months I've been going to the classes and I can't wait to learn more!

One final thing I have to say is that I admittedly *Hate* yoga but they have a class on Saturday mornings and I decided to give it a try last week. I was so impressed at how Krista noticed immediately one of the reasons I hate it (my flexibility) and she told me how to make yoga WORK for ME in a way no other instructor has ever realized. she corrected my super bendy form to ensure i was engaging muscles people are usually fighting to release and ensure that i was able to gain some progress from the class and help me be more mindful of my body. it was incredible!
