My experience extends to working with pregnant and postpartum women, ensuring safe and effective fitnes programs during this crucial phase of life.

Throughout my career, I've been committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and making wellness a priority in and out the gym.

Well, my trainer Nailah is awesome! She is thoughtful; technically grounded while also being highly responsive to my whims; super attentive to proper form, injuries, creaky aches, and other matters of interest to a mid-50s guy; generous with her suggestions; research-minded in her problem solving; and generally fun in both the workout designs and the conversations.

Don't wait as long as I did: your trainer can be as awesome as my trainer!
