We cater to all levels from beginners to advance. Fit Zone specializes in helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility or get healthy, Fit Zone is the right place for you.
Fit Zone membership includes access to a full service gym, steam, sauna, lockers, showers and changing rooms.

I found Irfan’s HIIT class through ClassPass while I was trying different strength-focused workouts like Hyrox and F45. I was immediately impressed. His class centers more on strength-training circuits than high-intensity cardio—exactly what I was looking for—and he’s incredibly attentive to form. I never had that level of coaching in Hyrox or F45; I often felt like I could easily injure myself there. Not in Irfan’s class. He gives clear, helpful corrections when needed, and it makes all the difference.
I started taking his class in October, and I keep coming back because it’s fun, challenging, and I leave every session feeling stronger.

If you are beginners or professionals, this is a gym for you. You will have everything you are looking for. Before joining Fit Zone, I had several personal trainers and gyms, but when I met Irfan and Ryan, I realized what I was missing in training. I took a group fitness class with coach Neeti. I loved that she went through exercise explaining what areas they are supposed to target and ensuring our forms were correct. She also gave alternate exercises if for some reason someone couldn’t do the planned one for the class. She’s very approachable and patiently answered any questions during and after class. It was such a great group class and highly recommend booking class or training with her.

I regret not signing up sooner! I’m a 49-year-old woman, and joining this program has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The instructors have been incredibly patient in teaching me how to do the exercises correctly, especially with posture and movement. The classes are dynamic, the instructors are all very friendly, and the music and atmosphere are excellent. Everything is very clean and well-maintained.
I highly recommend the full package, as it includes yoga classes that are amazing for posture and offer an incredible extra workout. I truly recommend these classes for both physical and mental health.

I trained with Irfan for three months, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness. I came in with some basic experience, but Irfan really helped me level up — not just by pushing me, but by teaching me proper technique, how to train smarter, and how to stay consistent.
Each session was well-planned and tailored to where I was at, but also designed to push me just enough. I never felt overwhelmed, but I always felt like I was progressing. Irfan pays close attention to form and explains the “why” behind what we’re doing, which really helped me stay motivated and injury-free.
He’s super easy to work with — professional, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about what he does. If you're looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, supportive, and actually cares about your progress, I’d definitely recommend training with Irfan.

I am visiting family this weekend in Milpitas but wanted to get some workouts in during my time here. Ended up finding FitZone through Classpass and going in for a class on Friday - led by the trainer, Irfan. I loved the workout as it was incredibly well structured and focused on getting in a solid 50-55 mins of a TABATA style workout with a focus on the entire body and the different muscle groups. I loved Irfan’s energy! He was also very attentive to everyone in the group and ensured that he was helping correct form and posture during workouts to ensure you were doing it correctly. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up coming back for a second class on Saturday morning which was again a structured workout with a 5-7 min warmup followed by segments of arms, legs and core workouts of 12-15 mins followed by a cooldown of 5-7 mins as well. Would highly recommend this gym and the group fitness classes they offer!

I moved to Milpitas two years ago and have been going to this gym regularly ever since. While I wish they would update some of the machines, I really appreciate how affordable it is. The environment is very comfortable and relaxing for me, my son, and my sister. We all enjoy coming here together, and I plan to keep coming back. It’s a great value for the price!

If you’re looking for a gym where you feel not only welcomed but truly supported in your fitness journey, this is the place. The entire staff and trainers - Mark, Irfan, Ryan, and everyone there, genuinely cares about your progress and well-being. They have your best interests at heart and go out of their way to help you get results while also making you feel good about yourself.
What I love most is that there’s no judgment here. No matter your fitness level, they meet you where you are and help you move forward. That approach has made a huge difference for me, and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Irfan’s HIIT class at Fitzone is one of the best out there. I go regularly since 2023. He’s not only professional and super knowledgeable about physiology and how each movement targets specific muscle groups — he also knows how to make the class fun. He explains each exercise clearly, so you understand exactly what you’re working on and why. The sets are well-structured, hitting different body parts in a smart and effective way. And bonus: Irfan’s sense of humor keeps the energy high and the mood light, even when you’re sweating buckets. Strongly recommend!

Fitzone has been a fantastic experience. I started out taking the HIIT classes with Irfan, and I can’t express how friendly and accommodating Irfan is. He is also very astute and noticed many small but significant errors in my form. I signed up to do personal training with Irfan and I could not be happier. Having been through other personal trainers in commercial gyms, Irfan is not a “cheerleader” and truly takes a holistic approach to your fitness (your past injuries, how you ate, how you slept the day before, how you are feeling), and adjusts your workout based on that. I felt that Irfan really cared about my fitness journey, and he is not a salesman like other personal trainers. His depth of knowledge and attention to detail speaks volumes to his character and integrity. I pushed through and exceeded my previous limits and personal records in weightlifting even when I was 10 years younger.
Even more than just weight lifting though, Irfan’s exercises are well thought out, and the HIIT classes are more than just stations with traditional lifts. They are all exercises that focus on “functional fitness,” something that you can take back with you in your sports goals or everyday life. They test your stability and other important small lateral muscle groups that most other trainers don’t focus on. My stability improved drastically after training with Irfan. Although my personal training is done, I still attend HIIT classes regularly with Irfan, and I intend to do personal training next year with him to continue my long term fitness goal.

I found this gem in mid 2024 and was initially skeptical about the group lessons. However, this was the best decision I ever made! The group classes are motivating, targeted and is the best for folks looking to stay active. Although I had been previously training with a personal trainer, after coming to this gym, lot of my form was corrected by the trainers as I progressed. I lost 6lbs in about 4 months and I am happy that I was able to hit my goal weight and achieve it in a healthy manner through workout.

I have tried different gyms for group classes. This gym is one of the best I had experienced so far. The instructors Irfan, Marvin, Lani and others are super nice. They pay attention to each one of us despite the size of the class. Within 3 months of being consistently working out here I had seen so much of difference in my strength and physique. Even their regular gym is quite big with all the equipments one usually needs.
Update. The only bad experience I had was trying to cancel my membership. I requested my instructor to please cancel my membership to which he said to just send an email. I send 3-4 emails over a duration of a month to cancel my membership to finally get a confirmation for them. Never understood a month advance cancellation policy. I told them to cancel my membership on the 3rd of a month but had to wait for 58 days to get it finally cancelled.

Fitzone doesn’t look like much from the outside — it’s humble, not flashy. It doesn’t have rows of machines or the latest “fitness trends,” but it has a solid range of equipment that focuses on what I need to get a full-body workout that is both challenging and interesting.
The instructors - Irfan, Ryan, Joanna, are super knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, they know how to structure workouts that challenge me without turning every session into an episode of Ninja Warrior. They never treat me like just another body in a class. They’re quick to correct my form, introduce new exercises, and somehow make even the most grueling sets feel totally doable and productive. What I also love is how they include exercises that help with coordination, focus, and stability, ensuring my fitness improves holistically.
Beyond weight training, the yoga classes are a hidden gem. The yoga instructors - Ramya, Aparna, Shobha have a rare gift for making every session both relaxing and challenging, no matter your experience level.
After every workout, I leave with that perfect mix of pride and exhaustion, knowing I’m that much closer to being the person I want to be.

I did classes here for awhile, primarily with Irfan. They were all top notch HIIT classes. You control your weight and difficulty so whether you’re new to working out or experienced you can get what you’re looking for and more because of their emphasis on correcting good form.
On top of that they’re very friendly and try to learn your name.

The group HIIT classes are great. I do a lot of strength training on the side already, but the sweat and overall workout I got from the HIIT class with Irfan was great. The classes are 1 hour long, and you cycle through a lot of different weighted exercises before doing abs and sometimes cardio at the end. Irfan helps the class with correct form, and you walk away learning new exercises you can do on your own and getting a better sense of how far you can push yourself mentally (the classes normally push me harder than I would on my own!).

Irfan is an amazing Personal Trainer! He listens carefully and caters to your needs. He explains benefits of each workout and its importance. It is amazing to see the progress I have made so far especially after recovering from fractured and dislocated wrist. He motivates me beyond and I was able to barbell deadlifts (125lbs!) and other weights with great confidence which I thought was not possible after injury! A great workout for all levels - the classes always have a variety of exercises that are well planned and explained during the hour class time. And most importantly to me, the instructors and other regulars are welcoming and are what keep me motivated to return and stay in shape.
After moving to Milpitas, the first fitness place I tried out was Fit Zone, and I'm glad I did! In the classes I take, I can challenge myself with weighted exercises - of course you can choose what weight to use. The proper form and technique is emphasized so that the muscle groups can be fully targeted. I've learned a lot about form, and noticed fast and definite improvements to my strength and appearance after working out at Fit Zone!

I joined FitZone over a year ago, struggling with excessive weight gain caused by thyroid issues. Despite trying CrossFit and other gyms, I couldn't find a suitable fit for my hectic schedule and the motivating atmosphere I was seeking.

I have been a gym member in the Fit Zone for almost two months. I’m feeling very lucky to find this gym. I usually take noon’s HIIT class and I highly recommend this class. The coaches there are professional and very kind. They demonstrate what we should do very clearly. I also like the way they correct me until I get the point of the skill. The coaches always encourage us to do our best to reach our personal goal. For coach Irfan, he even can remember everybody’s name without a doubt. It’s amazing.
When I took the HIIT class for the first time, I felt it’s very hard for me. But after showing up more than one month, I can see the benefits. I’m not just looking better, I also feel nicer and happier. The programs really help me burn fat quickly, build more muscles, get strength and health.
I am also trying to join each yoga class there and I love the class very much. The yoga teachers are also masters. They teach me how to focus on my breath, stretching and relaxing. When we have yoga class, the light will be turned off. It seems so quiet, especially in this always crowded gym studio. I’m very happy I can get one hour’s peace there. I also think yoga classes are very helpful for my body’s flexibility even after taking the hard HIIT class.
There is a saying: “Good things come to those who sweat.” I will keep doing the work out with these friendly people in the Fit Zone.

I highly recommend this gym! Every time I go, I know I’m going to get a high quality workout in. Irfan is a very knowledgeable trainer and motivator. He is attentive to form and emphasizes on the the quality of your workout where he goes around to correct your movements. No two workouts are the same and you can tell there’s much thought that goes into these sessions. He also remembers everyone’s names!
I believe this gym is so much better than Barry’s and Corepower Yoga because FitZone keeps it interesting with weighted workouts, treadmill, rowing, and floor workouts. If you want quality over the hype and the frills and fluff of other high end gyms, FitZone is it! Definitely a gem and I’m glad I found it.

I started training at Fit Zone about a month ago, and I am really happy I did! Over the past 15 years, I have moved between self-led workouts at the gym and personal trainers -- and always avoided group fitness classes. I didn't like the idea of working out with a bunch of other people; the thinking was I couldn't get a tailored workout that was optimized for me.
My prior gym ended up abruptly shutting down, so I tried out Fit Zone and from the very first HIIT class I knew I found my new fitness tribe. The classes are challenging, the trainers and fellow trainees are highly motivating, and I get an efficient workout every time. At Fit Zone, you can wear a tracker armband (which they provide) that tracks your heart rate and calories burned. There are live stats on screens around the gym so you know what heart rate zone you're in and how many calories you've burned. It's awesome! And Fit Zone's mobile app lets you see your stats after every workout. The metrics are great.

I joined Fit Zone two weeks ago and I have definitely seen the progress. The trainers Irfan and Lani have been a great help on my fitness journey and have helped me remember that staying consistent is key to losing weight and remaining fit. Since I’ve joined I can say that I feel much better during the day and have a good rest every night. The workouts in this place are hard but it’s doable if you put work in. It’s not a good workout until you’re sweating profusely and a bit out of breath. The environment is also really nice and the people are very welcoming.

I joined FitZone about 5 weeks ago and so far, this has been game-changing for me. The trainers Irfan and Lani are very professional, and they push you to do better and offer personal advice as well, to correct your form/posture etc. I have been consistently going for over a month and can already see the results in my fitness levels and agility.
The heart rate monitors are also very helpful in understanding and motivating to push yourself more.
The HIIT classes have a myriad of circuits and I am always surprised by something new each time I go to a class.
I would highly recommend FitZone for your next workout venture.

I have been coming to Fitzone for about a year and I am absolutely loving it! The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is so inviting. I feel like I'm part of a family. The classes are amazing and the instructors are so knowledgeable and motivating. The variety of workout offered is also great and there is something for everyone. I took a HIIT class with Irfan and WOW! The (adaptable) intensity and quality of instruction were both some of the best I've experienced in a group exercise format. The individual exercises are paired, circuit-based, and extremely well planned such that (1) you are always aware of what is coming next, and (2) your muscle groups are activated and fatigued in sequence. Again, this is all thanks to the preparation of the staff who obviously value safe and effective training with a huge emphasis on proper form. Will definitely take more classes here whenever I can.

I would say fitzone is really good to start with HIIT training schedule. There are pretty much 4 trainers and the workouts are varied daily. Mark does a wonderful job in hearing any feedbacks and suggestions to implement it quick. Marwin , Irfan , Joanna and Lani are great trainers who are there to look after you shedding those fat and building muscles . Highly recommend fitzone for others.

Have so much fun working out here! I have never been a gym person, but the trainers here make sure you are welcomed and take good care of you. “BEST GYM EVER!”
I’ve been coming here since 2016 (off/on) I just love it! Unfortunately, we’re relocating out of the area. Fitzone is a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) let me tell you, it works! I used to go to 24 Fitness, it’s good, but you’re on your own. If you lack workout discipline (like I did) Fitzone is for you! The instructor’s are like having your own “Personal Trainer”.The 6am & 830am classes get you going for the day! There are several options. All instructors are good. But there’s one in particular that ROCKS! His name is IRFAN! He’s an amazing trainer who knows his craft and loves it!! He goes the extra mile to help you accomplish your goals. He’s there early waiting on you and has a workout plan ready to go! He will tell you what to do, how to do it and why. He motivates you, inspires you, and supports you! Make an Appt to talk with him. If he doesn’t convince you to workout, then you’re not serious. Just DO IT!

I joined fit zone a couple of months ago and am loving it! The classes are awesome! The coaches are professional, they always make sure they know the members personal needs and possibly injuries when it comes to training, so you are only pushed the right amount to get a good workout in a sustainable manner. This is a great little gym nestled inside a larger facility which offers boot camp/CrossFit like classes. The hour workouts are fairly scalable meaning you can adjust the intensity based in your fitness. And best if all, the instructors are fantastic!

In my college years I was fairly active, but it all changed when I entered the workforce; I lost my drive/motivation to work out regularly. After a few failed attempts to build a regular workout routine for myself at 24 Fitness /Gold’s Gym I kind of just gave up. I realized a conventional gym was not enough for me because I am no longer self-motivating myself enough to make it work or worth my time; I was getting nowhere with meager results. About a year has passed since I’ve had a proper workout. In my head I knew I shouldn’t give up on my fitness but having failed a few times at conventional gyms made the thought of signing up again a total drag, I did not look forward to it. I decided to look for something different, and I found FITZONE.
I decided to give it a try because the reviews were great and speaking from experience, the reviews I read are spot on. FITZONE Milpitas is neat and clean, the trainers are exceptional at keeping you motivated and helping you get the most out of your busy day. I originally signed up for 8 classes and I ran out of them in two weeks because I started seeing results so fast, and working out in a class with professional trainers is really fun/motivating. I am now planning to make this gym a priority for my well-being and a regular part of my weekly routine with unlimited classes (so worth it).
Environment: At FITZONE I feel like I am surrounded by an extended family of busy professionals, parents and students all striving to better themselves. It feels like a very safe and comfortable environment. The trainers know you by name and keep a personable relationship. They play great music which is a big deal to me as it makes the work out soooo fun.
Effectiveness: I know I’m burning calories as my heart rate is up and I’m sweating through the whole class. We wear heart monitors during the workout and after each session I receive an email summarizing my performance. I feel like this is a very unique aspect of FITZONE and unlike anything I have experience before. Both Eric and Paul help me with my form and suggest modifications to help with my knee issues and carpal tunnel.
So worth your time, it’s well priced and it’s fun. I’m really happy.

When I first started training at fitzone since day one, I knew right away what the difference between working out with just a trainer and working out with a bunch of other people was. And watching other people work out by the same trainer makes me more motivated then just working out with just a trainer and no one beside you, what’s great about this program is the eric is a very motivated hard working pushing machine. My friend introduced me to Fit Zone 8 months ago and I've been hooked since! When I first came, I didn't know what to expect, but Eric (owner and coach) was very nice to welcome me to the class. Eric is a great coach-he explains everything very thoroughly and is very motivating throughout the hour class. The rest of his staff is very nice and great too!
The workouts are great)! You wear a heart-rate monitor and it tracks your progress on the television screen throughout your workout (HR, Calories, % ). No two classes are ever the same so you'll never get bored! M/Th is Upper body, T/F is Lower body and W/Sa is full body. The workout switches between cardio and strength so you're able to work it every muscle and burn the fat. Extra points: The space and the equipment is very well kept and clean!
I would highly recommend Fit Zone to anyone readying this and considering a great place to work out!

Went in for a trial class and absolutely loved it! Was completely sore the next day, but perfectly planned one hour workout.. I attended morning class and the best thing was I was active for longer hours throughout the day. Not only did I lose calories but also had great energy for the rest of the day. I would definitely recommend this place for someone looking for serious weight loss or trying to be active.
