Can't say enough good things about Fit4MOM and especially this location. The instructors are all super welcoming and supportive and love that the workouts can be scaled to the intensity you need. They were my saving grace postpartum and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Love Fit4mom La Mesa! Great workout while with our babies, and best support from other mom's who get it. Fun and no judgement! Amanda and the other instructors are amazing too! Understanding, knowledgeable, energetic, caring, and keep it entertaining and fun. Also throughout each month we have theme days, kids crafts, and mom's night out.

As a military spouse (and mom of 3), finding a community and time to workout is daunting and a lot of times impossible. I was introduced to Fit4Mom and immediately those problems were solved. The women and instructors are amazing and it always feels so good and welcoming and just like you’re hanging out with friends. The workouts are incredible and I always walk away feeling so proud of myself, even if I moan and groan during my push ups 🤣 not only has being a member provided me with the ability to take care of ME, which is so important as a mom. It’s given me and my kiddos some incredible people in our lives.

Fit4Mom La Mesa is basically a mom workout party with strollers. Instructors keep it fun yet challenging and the other moms are awesome—like free therapy with push-ups. I’ve met some of my best friends here. This group truly has your back through every chapter of mom life.

I joined Fit4Mom after my first pregnancy in an attempt to get back in shape. The organization soon became one of my most favorite activities to do during maternity leave. I rejoined Fit4Mom after my second pregnancy. I love that the classes are outside. The instructors are great and super supportive. They provide modifications based on your needs. Not only is it a good workout, but it is a place where you can find other people for support. I enjoy connecting with other moms and relating to different phases of parenthood. In addition, I often have the opportunity to ask other moms for resources and ideas based on their experiences. My two-year-old, loves going to class because she gets to play at the park after. I highly recommend Fit4Mom! 💪🏻💛

I started going to this group a week ago and have been loving it! Everyone is so friendly and the classes have such a positive vibe where you just come, have fun, and get stronger. It’s the perfect environment for moms trying to find joy in exercise with our littles next to us. The trainers rock at making classes where each person can meet where they are at - I.e options for the exercises if you’re just beginning.

Best instructors and owner ever!!!! They have multiple types of classes so it’s not just for postpartum moms and babies. They have multiple offers for packs and membership so great options! All the moms are so supportive of each other and no judgement passed! Can’t praise this group enough!

I love Fit4Mom! It’s such a great community of moms and babies, and really has made such a positive impact on my life!

I recently did two sessions of Body Well (the twice a week nightly workout program) and it was been a game changer!!! Not only does Body Well give you an hour free of all the chaos in your life, but it gives you an hour to work on you and only you! I feel so much stronger, happier, and healthier since completing the past 13 weeks of Body Well. I’ve seen how well a strict and consistent workout plan can help and I can’t wait to go back.

I just completed my second 8-week session of Fit4Mom's Body Well program, and signed up for the third session!! and I can't recommend it enough! Over the course of these sessions, I’ve not only lost inches off my body but have gained something even more valuable—strength, confidence, and a deep sense of empowerment.

The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the coach, Amanda truly understands what moms need. Every class is a safe, supportive space where I could push myself physically and mentally. The accountability, nutrition support, and sense of community kept me motivated and on track.

Now, I feel stronger, more energized, and genuinely confident in my body. Body Well has given me tools and momentum that go far beyond the gym—I feel more like me again.

*Posting from my husband's account!* I have been a Fit4Mom La Mesa member for over two years, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made in motherhood. I started when my son was just over a year old, and as soon as I showed up, I wished I had started sooner. This community of moms is so welcoming, the instructors are very supportive and encouraging, and it's been such an important part of my postpartum experience both with my first son and now with my second son. I was able to participate throughout my second pregnancy as well thanks to the prenatal modifications offered. If you're on the fence about it, don't hesitate any longer and just show up. I love Fit4mom!! The instructors are so kind and easy to talk to. The workouts are a great challenge if you want to push yourselves, but also adaptable to new mom life and postpartum recovery.
