Fit4Mom has been so life changing for us. I joined when my oldest son was 6 months old (he’s now 3!). The VILLAGE is the most incredible support group, and the mamas have become some of my truest friends. The workouts are great, you can pace yourself / modify to your prenatal or postpartum needs (the teachers are super knowledgeable about how to help with this!). Our main teacher Barbi is an absolute dream come true in regards to support, friendship, encouragement and advice. It’s truly impossible to put the 5 Stars into words - you need to be there to experience how incredible this group is!!

I joined the Sacramento F4M toward the end of maternity leave and am so glad I did. It's a special group, so welcoming and very down to earth. The classes are fun and you can push your self or just enjoy the movement if you're not feeling it that day. The instructors have been engaging, kind, funny and so have the members. I would especially recommend this group if you are new to town or hoping to make new mom friends. There is a book club and monthly nights out that are really fun. Don't worry if you are shy or feel out of shape or not "put together" or whatever you think might be a barrier, it's not, just go. I'm moving or I would definitely want to stay in this group for as long as possible💕

This class is absolutely amazing.
After birth, I was looking for a way to get back to myself. I am a new mom and don’t have many mom friends in my corner. Motherhood can be lonely and even lonelier when you feel like you lose yourself for a bit. I was very active before birth and I constantly was looking for a way to be active with a little guy. I searched and found Fit4mom! Workouts with the kiddos! I attended my first class about 2 months ago and immediately after became a proud Fit4mom member.
We attend class almost every morning. During the workouts, we sing songs and read stories to the kiddos. We involve them in each step so they are entertained too. Although my son is only 6 months, he has already got into a routine of being in his stroller for the morning hour. When my son is fussing during the workout, the instructor or other members are ready to step in to help. I am not a person that accepts help easily but being a new mom, these other moms get it! And I have accepted all the help.
The workouts are also amazing. I break a sweat each morning. The instructors often provide alternatives so each mom can take the workout at their pace (which I also love!). Being 6 months post partum, this has allowed me to feel like me again.
Although the workouts are great and stimulation for my son is needed, the biggest take away are all the moms in this class. It is not just a workout class but a village of moms in your corner. Validating you and supporting you every step of the way. This is priceless.
I will forever be thankful to have Fit4mom in my mom journey!!

Fit 4 mom has become such an important part of my motherhood experience.
I signed up for my free class back in December 2022. I was 3, almost 4 months postpartum, and I was ready to get my body back. I had gained 65+ pounds during my pregnancy. I zero energy, and hardly any strength. I felt defeated. I was also dealing with postpartum anxiety/depression.
The classes offered are fantastic for new moms, because you’re able to bring your little ones with you and they are entertained throughout the class. At first, Luke would fuss about half way through, pretty much every class. All of the other mamas are happy to step in to rock your stroller, or help in anyway.
This program is so much more than just workouts. It’s a beautiful community of strong mamas, with little who all become great friends. If you’re looking for your village, you’ll find here at Fit4mom Sacramento.
Fast forward 9 months, and I have reached my pre-pregnancy weight, I have more strength than I ever have, and I’ve made friends with so many beautiful mamas at all different stages of motherhood.
I’m so much happier, and I’m showing my son the importance of taking care of your body with movement.
I am so grateful for my Fit4mom community.
If you’re on the fence, this is your sign.
Take the free class! Get out and move your body, mama. It will change your whole motherhood experience in the best way possible.

Now on my second kid, I am ever more thankful for Fit4Mom. It’s a true community! I’ve been doing the Bodywell workout series at night (no kids, just mommas, hardcore workout with meditation, salad prepping, and an 8-week series of health-based habit builders) and it’s the BEST part of my week.
Also - moms night out, book club, themed classes (Barbie class was so much fun!) and playgroups for the littles.
I’m so thankful I found this community, led by the amazing owner Barbi.
